It's an Armenian restaurant with ballroom type - dancing waiters. The food spread is basically lots of food starting from appetizers to the kabobs. It's great for big parties. Customer service was nice. They had some tuna tartar and salmon tartar as appetizers and they were fishy. Not fresh. It came out warm. They had all the hummus and the other typical food you will find in a big Armenian food spread. It's good to go with a big crowd. They have a full bar with nice top shelf selection. Parking inside a building behind.

Ok Katsin!! Came for the Rise Brunch Party and it was very nice!! R&B brunch with good food and drinks. It's a very spacious modern restaurant with exceptional customer service! Off the brunch I ordered the Caesar salad which came with bacon and chicken and it was actually really good. I'll give the food five out of five. For my drink I'll order the lemon drop and the passion D'or, Which was 5/5. I admired how they had a saxophone player which was very elegant! The customer service was really good and no rush!! The prices for hookah were quite expensive. When we came it was $150 then every hour it goes up $50 each hour.! Kind of crazy but mmmmmk lol I don't do hookah but it seems like the hookah was okay! I would come back here it's a fun brunch and good service! The music is bomb too! Played a lot of good music! They have valet parking for $18 or street parking.!

Katsin was amazing! As you walked in you are greeted with a smile! The food was amazing we ordered almost everything lol and they were all great! The tuna tartar is amazing and fresh! The oysters were fresh and so good! The beets were amazing the steak was great! The mini kabobs were delicious the fries were great! We were celebrating a birthday so we got the dessert service and it was so much fun! And the pavlova they brought out was amazing!! Didn't have the eggy smell or after taste. The dancing and singing was amazing! Very classy and well done! The ambiance was so fun! Our server was amazing sadly I don't remember his name... The bathrooms were super clean!!!!! Even my 6 year old was impressed at how clean it was! Would definitely come back and will recommend to anyone looking for a fun evening in a clean environment with great food! Well done Katsin team!

We celebrated my husband's birthday in Katsin and we couldn't ask for more fun entertainment and great food that Katsin in Glendale offers. We started with appetizers, and the beetroot salad was absolutely delicious! The beef chicks and lamb chops were on the next level. As much as the food and service were great, the highlight of the experience was the Katsin show - so much fun and so exhilarating. The evening ended with a special Birthday Show when the whole team approached our table with banners and flags and made a whole desert presentation while cheering for my husband's birthday!!! It as so awesome!!! The service was great. The prices were reasonable considering the good quality food and the whole show that's part of the experience. The valet parking was convenient, inside the subterranean parking with a direct access to the main entry of the restaurant. Will we be back? Absolutely yes! Highly recommended for family events, celebrations, date nights, or just to chill at the bar. This one checks all the boxes.

My work wanted to do a Christmas party just for the team, and we were able to get a reservation here for 16 people. Our group was so big that we even had an extra table for where we put our gifts for the gift exchange. I wish I could speak more on the names of the food that was ordered, but we went with what was recommended to us. Needless to say, the food was very delicious. The lamb was very well cooked and the pairings with the cheese, wine, salad and seafood were all excellent. Tim was super attentive to all our needs. I was actually surprised he managed to accomodate all of us very timely. One of the members of the team was also celebrating her birthday. So we brought our own cake, and when Tim brought the cake out, it went from an ordinary cake presentation to being on a platform and a smoking one -with dry ice and a lotta smoke! Parking was easy. There is street parking and there is dedicated resturant parking in the structure as well. Overall, my experience was very good and it was a lot of fun.

Everything about Katsin was a 10/10! The food, the service, and the ambience made it a great spot for a fun birthday outing We enjoyed multiple dishes family style, and everything was exquisite. (Food reviews listed in images below) Throughout the night, there was music and a great dance show. The entire restaurant was up on their feet! We had an amazing time celebrating my moms birthday today, I had to leave a review because the ambiance, entertainment and service were all top notch and of course the food was very delicious, the place is beautiful, staff was very friendly, the young man who took care of us was so kind and friendly, we had so much fun! What an amazing experience I had today. From the food to the performance and service. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was so kind and so informative, he never left our sight, until it started to get really busy ^^ but he was so sweet. The servers here are also dancers, so you get a free show!!! They start dancing and singing at about 7:40ish so it's best to go at about 7:00. Make a reservation before you go, or you won't be able to get a table. It's gets really packed.

We celebrated my 40th birthday here and we were so pleasantly surprised! This is a gem in the heart of Glendale. The service, attention to detail, and coordination of staff was top notch and comparable to many high end restaurants we've been to in Beverly Hills, Vegas, Paris, and other parts of Europe. The live entertainment is phenomenal with dancing and singing. Their food and drinks were done perfectly. Let's just start with the ambience was beautiful. The food was very tasty. The entertainment was very entertaining and enjoyable while eating, but I will say that being that we were the only African-Americans in there as soon as we walked in, it was all eyes on us. also noticing how all the waitresses and waiters were catering to the other tables more than they were us, I feel like my waiter was less tentative to us.

Katsin is a hidden gem in Glendale! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food is absolutely delicious--everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We especially loved the beet carpacio and sea bass, which were perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Portions are great, and the menu offers a great variety for both meat lovers and vegetarians. The ambiance is stunning. This was such an amazing experience for us! The music created such an awesome vibe, I couldn't sit still in my seat, I kept wanting to dance! The dancing waiters were such a unique touch!!! The food as well as the dessert were delicious, and we almost tried it all - multiple appetizers, some raw fish, steak, all the sides, and all the desserts!!! It also helped that the valet service worked so fast and made the whole experience flawless! This place was amazing!! To start the ambiance is perfect for Sunday brunch. Our party got there about noon and our waiter Tim was absolutely amazing! Attentive, prompt and just too cute! We had some of everything in the menu and it was all good. I had the shrimp and grits and of course we got the bottomless mimosas and that was a party!! 10 out of 10 will definitely go back. Finally got to try Katsin last night with 7 of my friends. What an incredible experience! The entertainment is top notch. Service is very friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were brought out effortlessly and we enjoyed each sip and bite of nearly everything! (to keep this review entirely honest the branzino ordered by 4 of us lacked flavor but not bad by any means). All appetizers, sides, steaks and cauliflower steak was 10/10. Our server was Vi and he was great and made sure we were taken care of at all times for the entire near 4 hours that we were there. It hasn't even been 24 hrs since my visit and I've already recommended the place to a few people. A must try, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Vi! -the preschool moms lol read more

DO NOT bother coming here for brunch on Sundays. The food is so horrible like I'm not even kidding. My chicken tenders taste like pickles, my ranch tastes like tartar sauce, and my orange juice was HOT. You have to pay so much money for this weak service they are providing. The only thing good is the music and ambiance. My friends order the quesadilla and I promise you the guacamole was BROWN! My other friend ordered the oysters and I promise you they were OLD! Like pay all this money for what? It's literally ridiculous. They don't have no juice not even lemonade, they only have juice for chasing alcohol beverage's. I asked them for a coke, they stated they only have Mexican coke in the bottle like this place is so trash!!! Never again! read more

Honestly loved this place. The food at Katsin was sooo gooodddd!! everything we ordered tasted fresh and full of flavor. My favorites is the steak, shrimp salad and salmon tartare. My favorite part was the dances, they were very entertaining and fun to watch. The energy in the restaurant was amazing and everyone seemed like they were having a fun time. We ate last Nov 5/Tuesday and the dinner was excellent. All the foods that we ordered were flavorful. I had the grilled octopus and ordered a side dish of asparagus. My wife ordered the chicken breast and my sister-in law had the salmon. Kudos for the chef. And for our dessert; medovik with gelato & brownie with gelato. The brownie was a little bit sweet for me but all good. Also kudos to the dancing waiters / waitresses. They were graceful and awesome dancers. We will be back. read more

I enjoyed going here on a Sunday for brunch. The atmosphere and food was amazing. My only issue is I gave the server my card because she said she needed it just to hold. At the end, my friends and I paid our check in cash. The next day my card was charged, so of course I called the restaurant at first the manager Mariam was very helpful and a few days later (after me calling consistently said she refunded my card) I never received the refund. So I kept calling she wasn't available and one of the people I spoke with said they could see that a refund was issued and they would text me the receipt. They never sent me any proof of a refund and it's been almost two weeks of me calling them. I called today and Mariam was finally available again but she sounded annoyed with me on the phone saying they gave me the refund yet she didn't even know the amount I had to tell her. Then she said she would send the receipt and hung up on me. I already spoke to my credit card company so if I do not here back from this restaurant today I will just dispute the charge with my cc. If the restaurant actually fixes the issue I will delete my review but just know if you see my review here the issue was never resolved. Be careful with your cards and check your check amount when eating here. read more

I absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere, food, and service are all fantastic. The pricing is also great for the quality of the food - definitely worth every penny. The service was exceptional, with all the waiters being not only friendly but also speedy and attentive. The entertainment was another highlight - much better than the typical belly dancers other places bring. The professional dancing and singing were far more enjoyable and really elevated the overall experience. One suggestion I have is to add karaoke for even more fun. Also, while the center piece flavors are great, perhaps a different type of flower would better match the atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you again for an amazing experience! An absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the show was truly impressive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and taken care of throughout the night. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection. I wasn't impressed for a lot of reasons. It wasn't worth the squeeze. Walk in the hosts were nice. Got seated in the back end of the restaurant away from the bar area. We looked around once seated and It was nice and modern but I just felt over decorated like I was waiting for a ride at an amusement park or something. It was super bright like I was inside a jewelry store and I was the prize in the glass. Food was mediocre. We can't hand pick one item with all we ordered that was an oh my god moment. Everything about the place from the ambiance, to the food and drinks, the service, the show, the cleanliness of the place, etc. was perfect. 10/10. This place is an experience. We ordered different beverages, each one more disappointing than the last. The concoctions lacked finesse, taste, and seemed like a mere afterthought. It was evident that the mixologist, if there was one, lacked the expertise needed to create a memorable beverage. As if the culinary letdowns weren't enough, the management's approach to customer service was the final blow. Approximately an hour into our visit, we were informed, rather brusquely, that there was a two-hour time limit for our stay and we needed to vacate the table soon. This was an astonishing revelation, and the manner in which it was conveyed left much to be desired. When we expressed our surprise and disappointment, the manager, without an ounce of professionalism, rudely claimed to have attempted to contact us. To our disbelief, no messages were received, leaving us feeling both perplexed and insulted. The staff's demeanor throughout the ordeal was not just disappointing; it was outright disrespectful. Their condescending attitude and unprofessional behavior marred what was supposed to be a pleasant dining experience. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of customer care in a new establishment that, ideally, should be striving to make a positive first impression. Especially when we took time out of our long stressful week wanting to unwind. In conclusion, Katsin left a lasting impression, but regrettably, not the kind any restaurant would aspire to achieve. I'd been planning this special evening for over a month, and making a reservation one or two weeks in advance turned out to be perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted right to our table. Our fantastic waiter immediately handed us menus and guided us through their incredible 3-course meal option, priced at only $65 per person--a phenomenal deal considering it included appetizers, salads, entrées, and dessert! The food at Katsin is genuinely unique, each dish crafted with their distinctive twist. It worked out wonderfully since my mom, sister, and I each chose different items from every course, allowing us to taste nearly everything on the menu. Every dish was bursting with flavor and creativity; each bite felt special. As the evening progressed, the atmosphere became even more magical. Though it was a Wednesday evening on April 23rd, the restaurant comfortably accommodated around 30-40 guests, giving it a lively yet intimate feel. Soon, the lights dimmed, and a fantastic live entertainer captivated everyone with her beautiful singing. Following her performance, the waitstaff surprised us by performing nostalgic songs--it was such an amazing, heartwarming touch! The highlight of the evening was when I gifted my mom a Van Cleef bracelet. Katsin elevated this special moment beautifully with a mini cake presentation accompanied by dramatic nitro ice effects and sparkling table lights. The ambiance was perfect, vibrant, and deeply emotional. A special shoutout to our waiter (I wish I remembered his name!), who truly elevated our experience. We were visiting Los Angeles from the Bay Area and decided to try Katsin for a special night out. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. To start, the service was excellent--our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. We ordered the appetizer large set, which came with Moutabal Dip, Lobio Dip, Labne Dip, Hummus, Feta Cheese, Pita, Marinated Olives, and Falafel. Most of it was fantastic--well-seasoned and flavorful--but the falafel was disappointingly dry. For mains, we had the Branzino and Salmon Fillet, and two New York Steaks (ordered medium rare and medium). The branzino was quite good, but the salmon was dry. The steaks were the biggest disappointment--both were cooked well-done despite the requested temperatures, making them tough to cut and chew. At $70 per steak, they simply weren't worth it. The atmosphere and live show were lovely and fun. It was a bit loud, but it contributed to a vibrant, energetic vibe. The interior decor was clean and stylish, which added to the appeal. However, the experience ended on a sour note. We used valet parking, and when we went to retrieve our car, we were shocked to find people smoking in the parking garage. It felt out of place and unpleasant, especially for a high-end restaurant and when we had pregnant woman and toddler with us. Allowing smoking at the entrance and parking garage really undermined the overall experience. In summary: If you're in LA, Katsin offers a unique ambiance and some great starters, but it falls short on consistency in main dishes and guest comfort outside the dining room. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me feeling unappreciated, and it seemed like the staff didn't care at all. I reserved Katsin to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a special evening. The atmosphere was wonderful, and they had a nice show, but several issues detracted from the experience. When my husband ordered an Old Fashioned, he mentioned it's usually served on the rocks. The server told us that's only available upon request, which was surprising since we'd never been asked this before. We also ordered their signature dessert to mark our anniversary, but the staff sang "Happy Birthday" instead of "Happy Anniversary." Although a small detail, it lessened the special feeling. The worst part was when my brother-in-law noticed a large cockroach on the table during dinner. He discreetly knocked it to the floor and stepped on it to avoid alarming other guests, but it was unsettling, especially as I have a big fear of cockroaches. We informed the server and manager, but they seemed really unfazed, as if it were an everyday issue for them, and took no action. If you're afraid of cockroaches, you might want to think twice before going here. As for the food, my husband enjoyed his meal, but my son's steak was served cold, which was disappointing for the price. While we appreciated the friendly service, nice atmosphere, and show, the lack of attention to these issues left us very disappointed. We had made a reservation for 6 and wanted to give Katsin a shot. After arriving there the inside was beautiful and the ambience was good. Our waitress was super nice and great at what she did. But I would not recommend going to this restaurant. If you are going to charge Beverly Hills prices make sure you have Beverly Hills quality and standards. To start the drinks are water downed my brother had ordered an old fashion and he got water with a tad bit of whiskey. It was embarrassing to say the least besides that the drinks have more ice than actually juice or alcohol to say the least. We decided since we were a group of 6 to order different items off the menu to share. We went with the tomahawk steak , vegetables and lobster mashed potatoes. The tomahawk was cold the vegetables were cold and the lobster mash tasted horrible that was also cold and the lobster tasted as if it was frozen prior. I can't believe how expensive this place and and how low the quality is I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews but spending almost $1k on your bill having cold food and water down drinks is not right. We left most of our food on the table and left we didn't even bother staying to watch any of their entertainment nor did we ask the waitress for a discount. I will never lower myself as a person to do that but if you are going to charge these type of prices at least meet the standards and quality of those menu items. The experience was amazing beyond words. The beautiful scenery was breathtaking. The interior design was done beautifully. The menu had a wide variety of different options. The Armenia location had left me amazed, dinning at this location took me straight back to Armenia. The service here was impeccable. Our waiters Ryan and Greg gave us the best service. They were amazing, they made my experience 10000/10 I will definitely be visiting again. We were lucky enough to be here during the live performance. Her singing was beautiful, made the experience even better. Her songs were both a mix for the older and younger dinners. The dancing was very entertaining, it added a level of enthusiasm. The show was absolutely fantastic, all the dancing and the music was so amazing. The show itself was a reason to be here. I absolutely loved the show. The dancing was very fun for we to watch coming from a dancer myself. The appetizers were delicious, the avocado salad is a best seller and rightfully so. All the sauces and hummus's were amazing. The mint mojito was delicious and refreshing. The steak was so divine, it tasted amazing. I was absolutely amazed by this place as a whole. I have never been to a restaurant where the food was just as good as the experience itself. It's definitely an attraction, the menus is not the only reason why I recommend everyone to visit. Oh, I wish I could give this restaurant more than five stars because our experience was truly amazing. We went there to celebrate my birthday and my niece's birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Starting from the valet parking team, who were incredibly kind and welcoming, to the host who greeted us at the entrance and seated us at our table, every single person made us feel so comfortable and appreciated. The entire staff, including the waiters, waitresses, and management, was absolutely outstanding professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. We were a group of nine people, and each of us ordered different dishes. Everyone loved their food, and the drinks were also perfectly made and excellent. The entertainment was absolutely incredible. everything from the laser show to the singers, both the male and female performers, and the dancers was outstanding and beautifully done. It made the whole night so special and unforgettable. At one point, the staff even came together to wish us a happy birthday, which made the experience even more meaningful and heartwarming. Honestly, I wish I could give this restaurant more than five stars because everything from A to Z was exceptional. It was a perfect night and a truly memorable celebration for us. Katsin is truly the greatest authentic Armenian with Mediterranean fusion restaurant with a very rich and unique menu that you can find not only in Los Angeles, but in the entire Nation. We visited it several times since its opening with my family and are always treated and greeted very professionally and friendly at the same time. Katsin has always several new dishes on their menu, one better than the other. Trust my experience, we always go to gourmet restaurants around the world, especially in France, Paris, Cannes, St. Tropez and Monte Carlo in Monaco. Katsin is at the same level with those. Katsin was one of the best new things that happened in Glendale in the last several years. The restaurant has a live show that is probably the only one in Southern California, which reminds me of great restaurants in Greece and other parts of Mediterranean. The music and song selection is outstanding. Our waiter today, Greg, truly was great and made us, including my kids like at home, remembering even about our planned trip days, we told him at our previous visit. The service was slow and poorly timed, with the birthday tray arriving when most guests were away from the table. The lack of timing and courtesy was evident as dessert was brought out before clearing larger plates. The food didn't live up to expectations; it was bland and flavorless, except for the tuna tartar and yellowtail, which were highlights. The seabass was a letdown, accompanied by unseasoned spinach. Charging $4 for butter seemed excessive. The drinks were a major letdown, either extremely watered down or missing alcohol. The menu seemed hastily put together, lacking attention to detail. Despite enjoying the music and entertainment, the volume needed adjustment after live performances for better conversation. While the ambiance, decor, and entertainment were positives, the overall experience warrants only three stars. Absolutely awful customer service. We were Looking forward to a family dinner at the new restaurant, sadly I feel like I'm never returning back and I would not recommend any of my friends and family members to even try going there! When making a reservation, they're telling you a different price over the phone but when you end up going to the restaunt then end up charging you double the price. Besides all the the negative customer service, and Food The worst part is when they come and tell you that you have to leave soon apparently your reservation is approaching to an end You had a two hour limit, and you're sitting there with your family and friends still waiting for your drinks. It's such a shame, never experienced a situation like this, then of course a conflict starts with the Manager because the second group of the reservation has to use your table and they make you leave instead of making customers happy they do they opposite and disappoint you . With this type of customer service nobody would wanna even go back there. You guys will lose customers with your unprofessionalism. read more

And let me just say, the hosts there were some of the nicest people l've ever met. They really made us feel welcome and appreciated. Now, onto the food. We started off with the Heirloom Tomato salad as our appetizer and oh boy, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth! So fresh and delicious, I couldn't get enough. And then for our main course, we decided to go with the Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks. Let me tell you, the meat was so incredibly tender, it practically melted in my mouth. But you know what really took it to the next level? The gnocchi. It was the perfect pairing with the meat, creating the most heavenly combination of flavors.
