They were AMAZING! They had a slight charred taste and were simply scrumptious! We all enjoyed them very much. We also ordered a Mediterranean Greek Salad and shared it because it's pretty big. I had the Scottish Salmon and it was pretty good. I love a good crispy salmon skin but it was just a little dry. Two people ordered the Jidori Chicken and they really raved about them. I also enjoyed an Atrium Martini and it was really good. The service was great, they always checked in on us and refilled drinks fast. Several covered places to seat us and they chose not to and we had to leave because we are not sitting under the sun no umbrellas or accommodations. So rude and didn't offer any time of alternative or apologize. Just because we're 2 people doesn't mean I need a cafe style small table. Trust me we would've paid your rent and needed a table bigger with what we would have planned to order. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Last Saturday afternoon, a friend and I decided to try a new spot. We weren't very hungry--we had dinner plans later--so we just wanted something light. Atrium is located off Orange, a street that doesn't have much going on, but the good news is there's a huge public parking structure just south of the restaurant with plenty of metered spaces. The restaurant itself has a casual outdoor seating area that fits around 20-30 people, and a much larger indoor space. Inside is absolutely gorgeous--seriously, out‑of‑this‑world décor. Outside is more relaxed, and since the weather was nice and the indoor area was nearly empty, we asked to sit outdoors. Service was perfect. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and didn't make us feel awkward for ordering just two small dishes. My friend ordered the Greek salad, and I went with the tuna tartare. Everything was incredibly fresh and served ice‑cold (as salads should be--I can't stand warm salads). The flavors were balanced and delicious, and the presentation was stunning. I almost didn't want to eat my tuna tartare because it looked like a piece of art. There must be a master chef in the kitchen who really knows what they're doing. Now, the price... definitely on the high side, borderline crazy. We paid $64 for two starters. Imagine if we had ordered entrées, shared a dessert, added a drink each, and maybe some coffee--the bill could easily climb to $300. Will I come back? Maybe, but probably only for a special occasion. My friends and I had a lovely time here after watching a ballet at the theatre next door. Everything we had was great, including the bubbly and rosé. There was live music as well--a pianist and an opera singer who sang with such gusto and passion, it was like a double dose of theatre that night. As mentioned, the ambiance is perfect. It has a Tuscan, classy, relaxing vibe to it. The tables are spaced out perfectly so you do not feel as though you are sitting on top of each other. And tonight they had beautiful live music that was the perfect addition. Service was wonderful. We had a great waiter and several others were always around and helpful. The owner/manager was also amazing - super attentive and very nice and welcoming! Now for the best part - the food and drinks! We got SEVERAL things on the menu and every dish was better than the last. I can't even pick a favorite. The caviar starter is a show stopper and tastes like heaven. The Atrium chips were eggplant and zucchini fried chips and tasted fantastic. The falafels were the best I've ever had - crunch and fluffy at the same time. The oyster mushroom were super hearty and meaty - so good!!! Our steak and Branzino were also wonderful. And the desserts were incredible! You can't go wrong with anything you choose! We're big fans of everything greek so when my husband saw this place was having Greek night with Greek music, we were very excited. The music was wonderful, there was a gentleman performer who started and closed the entertainment, would love to come back to watch him again. The woman entertainer... I will keep my opinions to myself but I will say if I owned this place I wouldn't invite her back for multiple reasons. Service here from start to finish was wonderful across the board. I love it when it's not just the server assisting you, but the entire staff is very much so hands on. We were checked on multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant is very well done, very open and bright, beautiful and simple interior. If you have a group or a large party, they can easily accommodate. They have indoor and covered patio seating. Now for the food and drinks! My husband had about 5 drinks.... Bartender really good and consistent. I can't remember my cocktail's name but it had passion fruit and it was delicious! Greek night came with a set 7 course meal. They gave a lot of starters which were all delicious, the mushrooms were our highlight because they were like nothing we've ever had, I would thousand percent recommend ordering them! The trio dip was amazing as well, each dip was great quality and very well done, only thing I wasn't crazy about were the crackers. The sesame seeds fall off instantly and all over the table and the crackers were a bit oily, every touch and you needed to clean your hands. Tuna tartare was great, and the veggie chips of course. We were so full after the appetizers that we were very happy for delay on entrees, I think they paced it by the food on our table and not by timing which I appreciated. Now for the main event, I know this is not an excuse but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that there was maybe a lot going on and too many things going out at once because everything else was so good but the rest of the menu was awful in my opinion. My husband was ok with it, but I didn't eat anymore after a bite of everything. The shrimp that came was inconsistent, they brought us two, one for each and one was pink, the under was blue and under cooked... they both tasted fishy. The branzino was not awful but it was the worst I've ever had, slightly over cooked and again very fishy. The ribeye, however, was the worst I've ever had. It was cooked medium, which is ok, but it was so dry, and had absolutely zero seasoning and flavor. I literally had to look if there was any seasoning on there and it was invisible, I refused to eat more than the bite I had. Was not happy about the sides either, the truffle fries were drowned in truffle, oil but the aioli was delicious. Asparagus not so crazy about it, but I did like the touch of cooked prosciutto. For the things I didn't like, I honestly wouldn't order there, but I would love to order some different items from their everyday menu. There was nothing I can say was just ok. Everything tasted amazing. I have been to many, many high end restaurants and if I'm honest, Atrium was probably in the top 3. All the appetizers we got were really good (atrium chips, trio spreads, oyster mushrooms, spicy tuna tartar, beat layered cake), the pizzas were excellent, the prime ribeye was fantastic, the Branzino fish was to die for, and the lamb chops were heavenly. I've had lamb chops just about everywhere around the world and these lamb chops were the best I ever had. I highly recommend Atrium for anyone who appreciates high quality food that tastes amazing. They have indoor, outdoor seating and a bar area- which usually is not filled. The service is good, with the staff pretty attentive to our table. The appetizers are what I love about this place. The atrium chips with the yogurt dip is absolutely delicious. My other favorite is the spicy tuna tartar. These are my musts every-time I am there! Regarding their entrees- the options are limited and not as impressive as the appetizers for me. The wild mushroom pizza is good, yet small, and pricey. Our group had an incredible experience at Atrium!! I helped my friend plan her bridal shower for 20 people, working closely with the co-owner to craft the perfect menu within our budget several weeks ahead of time. She was very accommodating of our changes and requests leading up to the event. The day of the event was excellent. I was able to come in early to set up decor. The ambiance of the restaurant is already chic, so we didn't have to do much to make the space welcoming and beautiful. Everything on our five-course planned out menu was really tasty, from the first salad to the dessert and everything in between. I'd highly recommend the oyster mushrooms, prosciutto flatbread, Atrium chips, dip trio... I could go on. I don't usually love fish dishes, but the branzino was really good, too. The family-style plating was perfect for our large group and everyone loved the food and cocktails. I'm so grateful to the entire team at Atrium for helping host an amazing and memorable shower. Dessert: we ordered the ashta, baklava with ice cream. My favorite was absolutely the ashta. That was phenomenal! They also have a barista machine to make coffee, cappuccino, espresso. We didn't order drinks tonight unfortunately but from what I saw the drinks looked super good too. They also had a pianist playing piano during dinner time. Parking: you will need to meter park on street which is coin or app operated or go to the parking lots nearby which are also metered. Overall everything was very good and service was also great. My cousins and I enjoyed a memorable reunion at this lovely restaurant. My initial impression of the place was really good as the colors of the restaurant are light and bright, yet the space is barely lit, creating the perfect ambiance for dining. We tried the mushrooms, brussel sprouts, endive salad, mediterranean flat bread, branzino, asparagus, potatoes, layered beet cake and a couple of the desserts. We all agreed that the mushroom appetizer was the best... woodsy, smokey, and nicely paired with this tasty sauce. Everything tasted great. The thing that annoyed me was that there was a band there with a dancer and singer, and we were charged $50.00 extra for that when I got the bill. For entertainment. It would have been nice to let us know this in advance. Also, the tip was already included for a party of two, with the option to add an additional tip on top of the included tip. The owner Artak met with me himself multiple times to go over everything I wanted , and he assured me his team would provide the best service. I've heard that many times before from other vendors so I was anxious if they'd deliver , however, I have to say they truly did. The food was five star- truly each dish was a quality plate. The service was five star. The ambience was five star and there's not one thing I can complain about honestly. All my guests left raving about how delicious the food was and how professional and accommodating the service was. The team and even the chef was so friendly , and his team including his daughter were very helpful and honest with us . The owner even let my fiancé and I sneak upstairs at the end of my event to their beautiful cigar lounge and wine bar for a quick photo shoot.
