We had to approach the bar each time we ordered something, but any empty glasses and plates were collected at the table. Once we closed out our tabs, we were thanked for coming as we headed out into the night. Everything was chill and easy - thank you! PARKING (Varied; FREE this instance): I parked in the nearby original Glendale Galleria parking structure and simply walked over first to The Americana then to this place. Otherwise, there was limited parking along the main drag of Brand Blvd. and other surrounding side streets, the nearby Glendale Galleria II parking structure, The Americana parking structure that offered validation, numerous public transportation options, and rideshares - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A dark cavernous speakeasy-like place with open space, various tables and couches strewn about, and a large long somewhat decorative bar with an impressive whiskey selection displayed behind it. I appreciated the exposed brick walls which gave it that old-time feel with a few framed pictures hung on them. Minimal natural lighting came through the front doors and windows while minimal electric ceiling lights filled in rest. Sadly, I try to avoid the highly congested area as much as possible. I loved the fact that they had a daily happy hour (4pm-7pm) and late-night SU-TH happy hours (10:30pm-close), so there was always a deal to be found. The drinks were the main reason you came, while the food was just an add-on. The prices were elevated, but you had a good menu selection of libations (nice local craft beer list) to choose from. The customer service was easy, friendly, and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $42.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... Wine and cocktails were great. I think you can order food here, but we only got drinks. The piano player was great! He really set the mood. There was even a tv on with a crackling fire. We met one of the staff - a woman in her late 20's (not sure if she owned the bar or was a co-owner) and she was super friendly and helpful with answering questions about the drinks.

This was our second visit to Le Brand, and I was genuinely excited to return because our first experience was memorable. The food was good, the drinks were fabulous, and the entertainment was absolutely amazing -- it truly made for a special night. Unfortunately, this second visit did not live up to that first impression. Let me start with the positives: the singers were incredibly talented, the female performers were exquisite, and the male performers were strong overall (although the "Jailhouse Rock" performance could use a refresh). The ambiance remains beautiful, and the energy has so much potential. That said, the DJ could improve the music flow -- smoother transitions and better mixing would greatly enhance the overall vibe. Service, however, was where things began to unravel. Our party ordered several appetizers, but the orders were repeatedly mixed up. We received salads and drinks that we did not order and had to send multiple items back. While our server was very sweet and polite, the constant errors and slow service became frustrating. It disrupted the rhythm of what was meant to be a celebratory evening. I personally ordered the steak and a dirty martini -- both were enjoyable -- but the repeated service issues overshadowed the experience. The most disappointing part of the evening, however, was the atmosphere on the dance floor. There were approximately ten children running around and throwing a toy while adults were trying to enjoy a Saturday night out. It completely shifted the mood. It felt chaotic rather than upscale. We even asked the host to intervene and speak with the parents, but were told they had already tried without success. At a venue positioned as a lively, sophisticated night-out destination, this was deeply disappointing. We nearly paid and left because the environment no longer felt aligned with the setting. Overall, Le Brand still has the ingredients for a fantastic night -- talented performers, a beautiful ambiance, and a fun concept. However, better order accuracy, stronger floor management, improved DJ flow, and clearer boundaries around maintaining an adult evening atmosphere would elevate the experience tremendously. I truly hope management takes this feedback constructively, because we would love to return and experience the magic we felt the first time. read more

I've been driving past this place for months looking at the stages of its construction and today I was finally able to try it. I won't lie, it sky rocketed my expectations, I knew it was going to be good but I didn't know it was going to be this good. The service was amazing, the vibe was spectacular, the live music just remarkable but the one that beats them all was the food, just looking at it, your mouth starts to water, everything was high quality, well-prepared, just overall exquisite and heavenly. It was hard for me to choose because everything on the menu looked irresistible, but I only got their amazing bread and hummus to start off with, while I waited for my ribeye. The house-made bread was just to die for, the hummus was so rich, but the real stars of the show were the ribeye and the desert. The ribeye was a perfect balance of flavor, texture and juiciness and with each bite it was a new level of satisfaction. I am a die hard desert fan and their house-made cheese cake was very smooth and rich, with a perfect silky texture. Overall I loved it and everything about the place. I would like to share with you my emotions that I got in this restaurant. We really liked the dishes that were provided to us, especially the service that was shown to us. I recommend this place to you all, no one will regret it. We ordered LeBrand salad, which we really liked, it was very unusual. We ate it for the first time, the eggplants just crunched in the mouth and there was a sweet hot sauce. I recommend everyone to try the dish that is in this restaurant, the service was unique. If you haven't been to Le Brand yet, you're missing out! I've been to Le Brand more than once, and every time I leave very impressed. This time we came for a girls' night, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was beautiful, the music was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially want to mention the shrimp scampi -- it was amazing The cocktails were also very interesting and tasty. And the hookah was honestly the best in LA! I also want to highlight the service. I'm in love!!! As an avid traveler and a big food critic, I have been to countless critically acclaimed restaurants, I have to say Le Brand falls in into that category without a doubt. The atmosphere is straight out of the pages of Vogue!! The architectural design, colors, textures, lighting are perfection! On my first visit I spent a lovely evening on the patio, the olive trees change the entire mood, it takes you to a European romantic setting. The cocktails are bombastic!). Not only that, they were either out of or didn't have enough of so many things. No shishito peppers, ran out of filet mignon after a handful of orders, out of the sake we ordered, only one bottle of the wine we ordered was available...it was almost comical. In addition, service was abysmally slow & forgetful, food came out cold, and wasn't that great/cooked correctly either. My "rare" filet mignon was medium at best. The "rib chop" my coworkers got was flaaat as hell and overcooked with inconsistent presentation/preparation. Can't send my overcooked filet back of course because it's the last one. Crème brûlée was actually soup in the middle. Bread pudding was dense and unpleasant. Potatoes were cold. Given our group dropped almost three grand, it was pretty damn lackluster. It's too bad because it's in a great location and has nice ambiance, but that doesn't make up for everything else. Brownie sundae was the lone highlight.

Their hospitality is genuine, and they have created an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Everything I have ordered has been delicious. I also appreciate that I can bring and enjoy my own cigars while spending time there. If you come at the right time, you'll be treated to a beautiful sunset and then get to watch the moon rise, which makes for a pretty special evening. One of the underrated perks is the abundance of free street parking. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes visiting easy and stress-free. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, or smoke a cigar. What keeps me coming back here is how they make people feel. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed, appreciated, and at home.

So the only comment I have is about the constructive criticism of the portions to the price. As it stands, it feels like what they served was about a $12-15 plate at most in "comps" value to what you might see at peer competitors, 'tho this is gourmet quality. If they doubled the portions served for $27, I wager they're profit margins won't get hurt on the cost of goods (food and portions) but I'm betting the customer care and satisfaction scores will bring back loyal customers with frequency. The service was friendly and atmosphere was nice with the outdoor seating. There's a sister restaurant, across the way with indoor dining.
