I have been going to Leann for 4 years now. The scalp massage, wonderful cut and company are the perfect experience. Leann was great at listening and advising on my initial cut. Now years later she knows me and my hair and I can depend on her to get the cut I need and I feel like friends every time I show up. My first time using this salon as I wanted to find a location closer to home where i could get my 2c/3a fine, mid-back length hair done. I Scheduled a DevaCut and Balayage color with Amy. Scheduling was easy and i didn't have to wait months to get a slot which was great. She called me a week ahead of time to clarify the services i booked and asked me to send a photo of my hair so she could get an idea of what she would be working with. Day of she was amazing. Really took the time to analyze my hair and help me figure out what i actually wanted and what would work well with my fine hair with variable curl patterns and complexion. She was super personable, professional, and just a lovely person. She didn't seem rushed and we chatted the entire time...all 5 1/2 hours worth! The cut turned out fantastic and brought new life back to my hair. She covered my grays and did an amazing job with very natural looking highlights that really accent the curls. I've had devacuts from several others before but no-one has cut it as well as Amy. She took before and after pics and texted them to me which was really cool as it helped me appreciate the transformation and was fun to show to others. She didn't at all try to push the salon products nor was she pushy in trying to get me scheduled for a second appt. Overall it was a great experience and she was fantastic in every way. I needed a new stylist and Leann was recommended so I made an appointment using their website. I was really looking forward to the appointment because I wanted to change my style and needed a good stylist to help change the shape of my cut. When I arrived on time the receiptionist acted confused and had me wait. Then after 30 minutes she confessed that Leann wasn't even in the building and would not be coming in at all. Listen-up, Kattwalk: If you're going to use the website for your appointments, then use it correctly. Also, the name on the front of the salon and on the sign in front says something else, not Kattwalk. This makes the salon difficult to find. Correct your signage. I did, however, get a good haircut. I drove over to Daniel Ross in Covington. I'll be going there from now on. read more

Best salon EVER!! This is the cutest, CLEANEST, most amazing salon that I have gone to! The ladies in there are SO sweet. Whatever you need...magazine, coffee, chai, water, scalp massage (YES PLEASE!), they will make you feel so welcome!...Oh and, they have a massaging hair-dryer chair (seriously!). I haven't had the pleasure of having Leann, but she is so very nice! Megan is the ONLY person, that I trust with my hair! She is so educated, and basically I just tell her, "do whatever you want, because I know whatever you do, is going to look good", haha. When she works, she looks like an artist making her newest masterpiece! I know that's kinda corny, but it's so true! :) I especially love, that whenever I go to Megan, she always educates me about my hair. She isn't concerned with making a "quick-buck", she is genuinely concerned with the health of my hair! Honestly, if you are on edge about which salon to go to, or what to do with your hair...Go to the Kattwalk, and have a consult by one of these lovely ladies...I promise, that when you leave, you will be SO glad you went there!
