The associate at Smith's took the time to explain that the starter I previously had was old, which is why it failed, and they guaranteed that the replacement they installed was brand new. Their service and communication throughout the entire visit were excellent and very reassuring. On my second visit, my car wouldn't start and had to be towed. I called in the morning, and they immediately recommended a partnered tow company, got my car into the shop, and had it fixed before closing the same day. Told me it needed to be replaced or it would go out again. I took it to 2 different places and they couldn't find a thing wrong with the computer. And the computers history was conveniently deleted. They also damaged the exhaust manifold bolts and didn't fix the problem correctly - broke the bolts, over tightened them and they left it unsealed causing a major exhaust leak. They also replaced my shifter cable, less than a month later that also went out. Come to find out they used the wrong part. Avoid this place.
