The Crawfish were amateurishly done and almost inedible. Service was beyond slow. The manager acknowledged the crawfish were poorly prepared yet still made almost no attempt at service recovery. Avoid this place!! Almost any backyard crawfish boil is better than this place. read more

Food was ok but customer service was horrible! The server wasted drinks on me and apologized but it took him forever to clean up the mess. I informed the manager of the customer service being terrible and his response was "I seen the mess but I thought it was from a cup being spilled, I didn't know the server did it, had I know the server spilled the drinks I would've offered an apology". I said you came over immediately after the drinks were spilled and offered no apology nor did you ask what happened. It was a really bad experience for it being my first time. read more

I came across this place a week before my birthday. I walked in with my fiancé and was greeted by employees & manager. This is a plus for me. We sat at the bar & instantly got along with our bartender. Nice & friendly. AWESOME happy hour specials & the crawfish is a great price. Needless to say, I switched my birthday lunch to this place. Nice atmosphere & outside patio. On Saturday, they had a hookah rental. Happy hour & hooks = WIN. Plus side, it's 10 mins from my house. I had a good experience both times I went. Sadly, a few weeks after my birthday COVID came. I haven't been back but I've ordered delivery. Once things get back to normal I'll be back at the bar! read more

Don't waste y'all time in coming here. Last night my parents friend was hosting her birthday dinner here. Got there and wasn't even greeted or anything, basically had to hunt someone down for at least a glass of water. The waiter was not doing his job at all. Would disappear for 45 mins to an hour for a drink. Haven't even ordered at this point too. Keep in mind you have to pay $15 to get in. My stepdad had to go and look for their waiter and told him he wanted to order after waiting so long. After a while of waiting once again; he comes back and told us that the kitchen was closed. Why give out the menu in the first place knowing that the kitchen was closed? Or why not give us a heads up? We were there for 2 hours and we waited so long for a drink. They definitely need more proper training on their staff or get new people. We left hungry & for sure no doubt we will not be returning at all. We paid $15 each for no reason. The manager was willing to help us out and get our meal out for us. But at this point we were beyond frustrated & this whole situation and give someone else our business. read more

The absolute worst service ever. The waitress was completely incompetent. I was there over 2 hours and still waiting on my second drink. Almost an hour since I ordered it. Spoke to the manager who told me one of the servers walked out at the beginning of the shift and he was doing the best he could with what he had to work with. Who talks to paying customers like that? The stand-up comics suck, the service sucks, the staff sucks. I asked for my check and the server asked me what did I order. I replied that she should know. The vibe of this place was good. But the food just didn't hit. We ordered light. Empanadas we're not seasoned AT ALL. Steak quesadillas were extremelyyy over seasoned. To the point that we believe the chef forgot which meat he seasoned and seasoned the filet for the quesadillas twice on accident. I couldn't finish my plate with out an excessive amount of water. Visited Katy Vibes on a Saturday night, for dinner and some fun dancing. For dinner I had the fried shrimp and they were amazing. The breading was just the right amount, the fries were amazing and the cole slaw was surprisingly good( usually not a fan of cole slaw). To drink, I had the bikini martini and it, too, was good. The live band was Grupo Latitude and they were amazing. Overall worth the $15 cover. I highly recommend calling ahead and reserving a table. read more

Finally made it to this place and the vibe was nice but the food poor. Went with the party sampler and it was terrible. You could tell that everything was fried in the same grease and if not it might as well been. Everything was over fried the chicken wings, mushrooms, the curd was fair nothing special. Headed to Houston for work, and ran across this place. Nice big bar inside, great place to watch football. The Michelada was on point. I ordered the cluster bucket (sorry no pics)... Went on 7/6/19 to watch the fight and have a few drinks with my husband and everything was fine. I check my credit card 2 days later and I see two extra charges. Everything that we ordered was on our bill and we paid our tip and cover charge in Cash so I dont understand why CAM was charging us for extra things. Went here for dinner Friday night. I was expecting yummy, delicious higher end food based on the pictures YELP displayed. I ordered a speciality drink, I believe it was the texi-cane or something similar to that. This drink was so strong, it was gross and I could not finish it. Waste of $9! We ordered there appetizer sampler. The onion ring batter has ZERO flavor, which is disappointing because they could be seriously delicious! The chicken wings were the smallest I've ever seem! LOL You can get better/bigger wings from Pizza Hut. Crab stuffed mushrooms were ok as were the cheese curds. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger. Burger was cooked well and the Mac and cheese was ok, definitely could have used more seasoning. Husband and my oldest shared the crawfish. They enjoyed it. My other son got chicken wings and fries. The year is 2020 and there are still restaurant managers that don't care about their guests. Here's my rant about a company that I will not be going back to. January 4th, 2020, the Houston Texans vs the Buffalo Bills, playoff game round one. I got with some friends and we went to "Katy Vibes". Three of us meet in the parking lot and we go in. Lady friend of mine sees her neighbor and wants to sit with them. We sit and it's busy in there. A waiter comes by and we make our drink orders. The first quarter starts. The first quarter ends with no drinks. We're all converting so it not that big of a deal. Drinks finally comes and we immediately order our next round of drinks and food (20 wings @.50 each). I look around to notice 5 groups of people I know. I go say hi to all 5 tables and come back to find no drinks no food. A third of the way through the second quarter, I got up and went to the bar to fetch my own drinks. 15 minutes at the bar and I finally got them and they were wrong. Tequila and pineapple does not look red nor orange. Two minutes later I got the right drinks and headed back to my table and as soon as I sat the drinks we ordered at the end of the first quarter, arrives. Wings followed. We eat and the first half ends. We decided to pay our tab leave. we asked for our checks. Second half start and still no bill... (get it ). I asked the manager for our bill and he says it's coming. Ok. 10 minutes later I get my friend and my bill. Others from the table didn't get theirs yet. I look at my bill and 21 wings we only had 20 and there is a automatic 18.00% gratuity. 18% for a terrible experience. I let the manager know. While he's letting me know all the reasons behind the terrible time I had, he then offered me a $5 coupon, as if I'm going to come back... what do I do the next day, I go right back there, to talk to the manager about what happened. After letting him know what happened, he goes on to tell me that they have been getting hit on social media about the issues the , the offered me the same $5 coupon that I didn't take the night before. I will not be going back to Katy Vibes at all. There are MANY other places in a half mile radius that would give a better service. read more

If possible I would give NO stars! They wrongfully charged my card that they had on hold for an amount double of what i paid out in cash so it had to be someone else's bill. Mistakes happen, but when I call to fix the problem I'm put on hold for over 15 minutes so I call back and the host tells me the manager is too busy I would need to call again tomorrow. I tell her the problem at hand and because it's serious I would like to speak with the manager ASAP and apparently he only had time to tell her it wasn't happening he had too much to deal with. HORRIBLE way of handling a situation y'all made!!!! Won't be coming back or recommending this place anymore other than to fix the problem. My brother told me to come and try this place's amazing food, and let me tell you they did not disappoint, they had some of the best sea food I have ever had to tacos with the most amazing flavor, absolutely incredible. There service was also not a disappoint with top tier service. It's was our first time coming here, and it will not be our last, I had the beef tacos they were the best I've had in Texas, my wife had the blackened tilapia she said it had amazing flavor, not to spicy but not bland either, our server was Brad, he was the best server we've had since living in Houston, the only thing that could have made it better was if the baby was here we're hoping to see him perform here next time. Food & service were good & wait staff attentive, we all liked our food & drinks BUT unfortunately how the Karaoke was handled put a huge damper on an otherwise fun birthday night. It was busy night but not crazy busy. You walk up & decide on a song on your own, (there is no song list) & give your name & song to a guy that's standing there next to the DJ. What happens next is you'll never know if you are "chosen" to sing, when you are chosen, where in line you may be if you are on the list.....it's based on who you know that works the machine, if you're a regular, song choice, your age,.....etc etc. There needs to be more transparency! When a person requests to sing maybe have a song list and put their name on a list that is available for all to see? There needs to be a better attitude from the DJ & Assistant. They were rude, condescending, belligerent, discrimatory & mean. It ended up being a terrible experience for all of us. Sad. This could have been a lot of fun :( read more

Was here Saturday night dancing to Grupo Latitude. Music was great. Everyone had fun and an enjoyable time. The service is great. The bar is great and you can enjoy football, basketball and news at the same time. Great entertainment. Sunday we came in for lunch after church. The food was delicious and enjoyable. The server was really friendly and the was food was well priced and good portion was. The owner/manager is truly sociable and stop by your table to make sure you are satisfied. This past 4th of july weekend was not !!, We only ordered 2 entrees and a few drinks. This was just me and my GF. When the bill came, They waitress added a $11.00 gratuity to the bill. I let her know that is against the law, I could see if the party was 4 or more people. I didn't argue! we paid and Left. This is another effective way to del with stuff like That!
