Sooji and Yuri always made time out of their busy schedules to meet with us, even if it was late at night. They frequently gave us recommendations when we asked; at the same time, they gave us free rein throughout the entire planning process. We fully trusted their expertise! Even on the day of the wedding, they gave us tips on how to hold the bouquets to look the best in photos, and they fixed my husband's boutonnière when they noticed it was lopsided. And yes, you read right- they personally came out to our venue to set up all of the flowers. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you, Fraiche!

My wife, the new grandmother, asked the shop owner for something special to mark the occasion. Well we have dealt with many florists over the years and observed the owner create a most wonderful arrangement. Her craft and artistry exceeded our expectations for a short notice request. The arrangement consisted of a variety of different and beautiful flowers that were placed so delicately and with a focus on creativity. Needless to say when we presented the floral piece to the new mother and father the comment was "awesome ". I got confirmation of delivery at the door so I called the relative, knowing they would be home. Sure enough there was no knock, no bell rung. Just dropped. When I notified the company their reply was simply "Sorry for the inconvenience". Considering I paid a delivery fee AND a tip, I will not be back.
