We asked lots of questions because of all the excitement. Alex was willing to assist until we asked too many questions about the merchandise. Seems like we were bothering her as she was trying to multitask with some paperwork. I happened to check. In on Yelp and there was a 15% off coupon. There was no special writing at the bottom of the Yelp Coupon. Alex told us that the 15% was on the lowest merchandise price and it wasn't for the total sale. I mention to Alex there was nothing listed showing with the terms and conditions of the coupon. She then started having a little bit of an attitude and apparently it's 15% for one item of the lowest price. So just make sure that when you're visiting the Kauai Harley, make sure you check in and make sure you know the rules.

Called to get the safety inspection done for my company vehicle since it expires this month, and…read morebeen putting it off (already last day of the month ) I was planning to schedule an appointment for the next day, but I called about an hour before closing, and Travis was able to fit me in. The inspection was completed in just 10 minutes! The service was top-notch, and the entire process was quick, easy, and professional. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely be bringing my personal vehicles here for future safety inspections as well.

The clerk was aloha friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. After thoroughly inspecting the car, he made several recommendations for our classic car and explained the needs. We replaced a required lightbulb so the car would pass inspection. I highly recommend SMP if you need service for your bike or inspection for your vehicle. Parking is limited and difficult to find in the complex. Probably it's best to call for an appointment.

My clutch cable parted and I was stuck in first gear. I had a slightly complicated delivery uphill, at a weird angle on my driveway, sandwiched between another car on a little bit of driveway and grass. He was attentive to the angle that he left the bike at so that it would not fall onto the car parked next to it, all of this while the bike was stuck in first gear. Again he was able to pick it up without me being there, and took payment painlessly over the phone. I've never met him in person yet, but when I do I will be sure to give him a high-five & shake his hand and tell him thank you for his amazing customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend using this service for all of your motorcycle towing needs. He dropped everything he was doing to come pick my bike up and quoted me a very reasonable price for that kind of service coming from the other side of the island. Don't look for anybody else; you have all you need right here! FIRST REVIEW: I am very satisfied with my experience. He got to my bike when he said he would, he was professional and courteous on the phone. His prices were better than anybody else. And settling up for payment was a cinch. It was no stress on my part to have my bike picked up. He was able to pick it up without me there, and except payment over the phone. I would highly recommend his service. I have a baby HD (1200 Sporty) and needed to get it from HI to CO. To prep for this government…read moremove my bike needed to be drained of all fluids (later I found out that no, only the fuel had to be drained, but that's a review for the moving company!). Lee sent his mobile technician to my house, the tech drained the fluids and took away the oil and transmission fluid...the gas went to my lawnmower or he would have disposed of it, too. For me, no fuss no muss. Lee is wide ranging and will travel to CO to prep my bike for the open road once it's delivered. Now that's service!

Lee offered to come in less than an hour. Gave us a jump and we were good to go. He was affordable, knowledgable, a little talkative, but could tell he knew his way around a car. Overall, great service!
