I really like Dr. Kaufman. I believe he's my 4th chiropractor and hopefully my last for a while. He bounces between the Bothell and the Monroe clinic, which is nice so you can pick which location suits you best. He is a really genuine man, and wants to make you better, but doesn't over promise anything. He looks at things realistically, which is a nice change from all the over optimistic chiropractors I've had who promise you the moon. Randomly one day I could not turn my head to the left. It was horrible. It hurt, and made driving a pain (turning your entire body for a head check, annoying). I called in and asked if they could squeeze me in. They could at around 5 oclock that day. An hour later I called back and begged them to see if they could get me in earlier, they made a spot for me at 4 and they were able to have someone else do my assessment so that I could see Dr. Kaufman earlier. He didn't try to sell me on some crazy 3 time a week program for several months like other chiropractors did. Just wanted me to come in a couple times until I got better, decreasing the frequency as I was feeling more relief. I would 110% tell people to come see Dr. Kaufman, and I will definitely continue to come in if I need any sort of adjustment. read more

Don't get me wrong, Dr. Guindon is great and so is the front desk staff in general. Billing/Insurance, like with many clinics, could use some better handling. They DO expect you to keep track of how many adjustments/sessions you have used and will take no responsibility and will not work around it if you used even one more session than your insurance covers. They won't even warn you when you are getting close to your allotted limit. That aside, their rehab program was really good last year and I felt like I was getting a lot out of it but then they changed trainers and suddenly I felt like I was singled out for wearing the same exact clothes I wear to the gym due to their new 'dress code'. I paid my bill and canceled future appointments. If I need chiropractic/rehab work in the future, I guess I'll go elsewhere. read more

Dr Wedell is fantastic and although he has moved to his own practice, Dr's Kopet and Reese are great too. But the reason I love Kaufman Chiropractic is the Rehab aspect being part of the total care. I have been in chiropractic care since I was a child (that's A LONG time) and I have been shown stretches and exercises before by previous Chiropractors to help strengthen my back and core and work toward better flexibility BUT having the REHAB with personal attention from knowledgeable physical therapists teaching you what to do and helping you know you are doing them correctly has been HUGE in me seeing results like never before! At almost 49yrs old I am very pleased with the total care provided at Kaufman Chiropractic and would recommend them to anyone and obviously encourage people to embrace and use the rehab portion of the care. Prior to going to Kaufman Chiropractic I had never been to a chiropractor before. This past March I sprained my back. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. My insurance directed me to a couple of chiropractor offices. Kaufman was the only one that was able to see me on the same day that I called. I needed help badly! I met with Dr. Neely and he gave me a very thorough examination. After the initial exam he spent a few minutes giving me my first adjustment. Having never been to a chiropractor before I did not know what to expect. I couldn't believe the results. When I walked in the office I gauged my pain at a level of 8 out of 10. After the adjustment my pain level was closer to 3. Also, my mobility increased significantly after the adjustment. As part of my treatment program I also did a few sessions in their physical therapy office. They are very well staffed and well equipped. They put me through a challenging exercise program in the office and provided me with exercises to do at home to expedite my recovery. I have continued to see Dr. Neely on a maintenance basis. At times I come in with some level of discomfort. Dr. Neely carefully and systematically assesses my condition based on my complaint and has always been successful in identifying the source of the pain. There is no trial and error to it either. His method of assessing his patient and determining the root cause is quite impressive. I also have to compliment the front desk staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful smiles when I walk in and they remember my name even if it has been a month since my last visit. Overall I would have to grade Dr. Neely and Kaufman Chiropractic as nothing short of excellent! I am a very active person. When I am not able to do the things I enjoy doing (exercise, hiking, climbing, etc.) it affects my quality of life. I love Kaufman Chiropractic! I can not say enough good things! Dr.Wedell Has been my families chiropractor for almost 10 years and we all just love him. I recently was in a car accident and needing more in depth care then just your average maintenance. He took x-rays and then sat down with me, going over the concern areas. He has me seeing him 3x a week as well as seeing one of the physical therapists next door. So far I have been feeling so much better. The headaches from the nerve damage are diminishing. I love Dr. Mike Kaufman. I have been seeing him for the past 14 years. I am typically a last minute call in and can almost always get in with him that day :-) It helps if you can be flexible in scheduling, as those peak before and after work times can get busy. He is awesome with people of all ages and dogs too. I took my daughter in for adjustments starting at only 1 month old to see if adjustments could help her with her colic. He was so gentle and good with her even when she would cry. She is now 4 and likes to see Dr. Mike!! I even got my husband to go see him who had never before gone to a chiropractor. Only downside is because he is so personable and friendly he does get backed up sometimes. But is caring about your patients really a downside?? read more

I've been getting adjusted by Dr. Kaufman for years now. For my lower back L5 issues he is the best I've found by far -- and I've been adjusted by several other chiropractors. He seems to always get the most movement and get me back on my feet moving normally faster. Highly recommend Kaufman. I felt that the staff was really pushed to hard sell extensive treatments despite my concerns about distance and cost. I had one x-ray that the doctor thought looked suspicious near my thyroid. Since I have a history with thyroid issues I paid 35 dollars to have the x-ray read by a specialist. I was told I would have results in 7-10 days. After that time period lapsed and I heard nothing, I called only to learn that the x-ray hadn't even been sent out! If I hadn't called, would that have been the end of it? Would it have been expedited if I was able to afford further treatment? I do believe that the chiropractor I saw was excellent, however hours, cost, and distance prohibited me from further treatment. That should not negate the money I already paid and the service I was promised. read more

Dr Neeley is by far the best chiropractor I have ever met! On a daily basis, I suffered from chronic pain in my elbows and wrists from carpal tunnel and tendinitis and through Dr. Neeley's treatment I was able to have that pain completely alleviated!!!! Ever since Covid-19 happened I haven't been able to get a proper adjustment. Working at the Amazon warehouse has taken a strain on my body since demand has been so high lately. Decided to stop by Kaufman Chiropractic Clinic and see Kyle, who a good friend recommended and man, he did not disappoint one bit. I was skeptical at first of course with everything going on, but they all reassured me that they take every safety precaution possible to sanitize the work place and station. When Kyle first approached me, he made me feel comfortable with small talk, got to know me, which is when he got to realize my line of work and what kind of adjustment I needed specifically. He reassured me that the station was fully wiped down, and everything was safe before I lied down. It was amazing to get my body cracked like a glowstick after months of strenuous work, and Kyle did an amazing job. He made sure I was aware of what was happening every step of the way, if I was doing alright, and treated me as if I was new to do this. At the end of the session, I felt like a new man! Fantastic group of chiropractors. I use Dc Wedell and Dc So primarily, but have used all but two. They've been very professional and responsive to my needs for over two years now. I tend to live with my pain for too long due to busy schedule or working out of town for extended periods, then go see these Doc's for a steady regimen, stop going due to low or no pain, then eventually it creeps back and repeat. I have been using chiropractic care for over a decade to deal with a back and neck issue. Otherwise a pretty fit individual. I've found the best mix with chiropractic care is massage, healthy food intake and physical therapy and/or yoga. This clinic by far exceeds the standard set through my experience with others within their profession. Statistically to me, they are 100% and outside this clinic, I've been satisfied with only four out of eight or so chiropractors I used. Only one of those eight would get five stars from me. The receptionist are always super friendly and do a good job of getting you in right away and not forcing you to sit in the waiting room forever. The doctors are always friendly and my personal favorite Dr. DuBois is as much entertainment as she is a good chiropractor. I had gone a few years ago then stopped going when I started to feel better. Over two years went by before I went back. Not only did she remember me, she remembered giving me a hard time about my girlfriend at the time. I was impressed considering the number of patients that go through the doors. I've been to perhaps 3-4 chiropractors over the years. Hands down, the best. I've been going for close to 8 years for mostly lower back problems. Dr. Kaufman is great.
