First thing I noticed was just how polished and utterly spacious this shop was - something you just won't know passing by in a car. And I also noticed they carried a lot of high end products all set very nicely in their shop. A gentleman greeted me, quickly gave me a price to replace the watch, took it off me and went upstairs to work it. Took a bit less than 10 min and I was done. I asked earlier for polishing but for that he said I would have to leave it there and I wasn't planning on it at this time. If I had known such a shop was right under my nose, I should've gotten my wedding bands done here instead of in the mall. I would always support local and small businesses over chains and national retailers! I heartily recommend everyone getting fashionable jewelries high-end or even more casual, watches, polishing/repairs to go to D'Amore Jewelers. I just paid $300 to have a simple ring sized down from a 7 to a 4 1/2. There were no other customers in the store and the job took about 15 minutes. If I wanted to wait until next Saturday (I guess because they were so busy ) it would have been $100 less. What kind of BS is that? It's all about who you know in that place. They are really the only small jewelry store left in the area and I'm sure they charge more money because of this, plus it must've been a slow day so I believe that I was taken advantage of and I will never go there again.
