Sometimes I like to walk down some of the other aisles (they are organized by county/region) just to see what their foods look like. Another favorite of mine here is browsing the produce section because it is the only place I come to for Chinese eggplant. The housewares (plates/pots/pans etc.) always have nice selection of cool things. Perfect for gifting or just picking up something new for your own kitchen. My only gripe with them is they close at 6 pm. Sometimes it's a little hard to get to after work.

I'm not a fan of their produce, and the meat department is hit or miss. I do like that they have a sushi bar and their deli department is quite nice. I like that they offer Boar's head products. I do like what is offered on their isles. Their prices cannot be beat for most things. Even with better pricing, it is still not enough to make a trip into town to shop there. They offer a few self checkout stations, but I usually use a cashier instead. The lines are never long. For the most part, the cashiers are all friendly with me. I usually bag the groceries myself.

But they still represent a small savings. Plus all the non-food items are still tax free. It's smaller that most commissaries I've been to. But there is a small military community (active, reserve, veterans & retired) to service. My largest complaint, if you can call, is the build is dated and dingy. The lighting is poor. Although it's not it makes the store look dirty. I think it still worth the stop if you qualify to shop there.
