Going to learn one way or another. Ha

Fun spot to play klaw machines in hopes of pulling a stuff animal. They have all shapes and sizes of items to pull, but the most popular one seemed to be the Labubu. The box was way too big for the klaw but we still played it once or twice or a few times. Unless one of the klaws pictured the box and it got stuck, we probably wasn't going to get it. Overall a fun place. If you don't have a card, it'll cost you $2 for one. Then it is $1 for 7 credits, which allows for 1 play on most machines. The Labubu was 35 credits ($5 per play). Enjoy!

Stuffy haul! Not bad for first time there.

We visited Kawaii Klaws for the first time and had a fun little outing! I spent \$20 and we walked away with four stuffed toys, so I'd say that's a win. The place was completely empty when we arrived, which meant no waiting and all the machines were free to try. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She let us know that if something looked impossible to grab after a few tries, she could reposition the items--huge plus! My son had his heart set on the Mario Fire Flower, and after it got stuck right by the glass, she kindly moved it so he could try again and finally win it. That made his day! One thing to note: many of the machines were close to empty, and a few were completely out of prizes. Also, most of the items seemed geared toward girls--lots of pink, cutesy plushies. My son only found one machine he was excited about (the Mario one), and didn't care much for the others. We might visit again and hope for better restocks and more variety, especially some boy-friendly options. Overall, a cute spot with kind staff and decent wins for the money!

Came here when they first opened and my child won a full bag of stuffies, the grab hand was strong and held onto them until the end. The last two times we went including yesterday, the grab hand was loose. It would grab the toy, leading to believe we had a winner, then would release the toy before even getting to the top or right when it started to move to the drop box. Only once did it grab right and hold on to the very end. These games are very fixed and mostly fixed to drop the toys within seconds. Maybe they let you win big the first time or two and then your screwed. We will not be back ever!

EDIT changing my rating to 2 stars: Visited again the next week & looks like they've changed the grab rate on all the machines because after 30 plays, we got 1 plush. They originally set the machines to payout more during the first two weeks of opening to get customers in because everyone had tons of prizes, but I'm not likely to return now. Everyone else today was pretty bare on prizes, so I know it wasn't exclusive to me. I saw a kid spend $100 and only won 2 prizes Original Review: My family visited for the first time yesterday. We had an amazing time! The price per play is cheap & the grab rate was fantastic. We spent $60 & got 6 prizes, their prizes are actually cute, popular characters. The employees are so nice too, they let you swap out prizes from the same machine if you don't get the exact one you want. My kids want to go back soon

So much fun with my girls. There's nothing like the rush of a win! Thanks for the fun family time!

    All the prizes you'll win.

More like scam claws. You'll never win anything. All machines are rigged. They all release the prizes when they go up. We tried all the machines with no success. We typically win prizes 3/10 times at other places.

It's a very small claw machine place. A cute date place, I'd say. It's a little bit hot though. Maybe we might need a more variety of dolls.

We opted for a package that included an hour of bowling, food & drinks for the kids, and a $10 arcade game gift card per child. This package was pretty affordable at $18 per child. They have add one such as goody bags and food/drink options for adults. We added a couple food platters for adults and the goody bags. Pros: - Affordable and convenient - low stress - kids had an absolute blast Cons: - Overall service was very average and slow. Inexperienced party host staff. - Room wasn't set up / ready until bowling was nearly done. - Upon arriving at the venue we learned that they didn't have goody bags available that day. This was disappointing because I would've expected a heads up at least one day in advance so that we can make other arrangements. They did provide an extra $10 on each child's game card to make up for it, which was nice.

Then several hours later we were notified that our party needed to be pushed back to 2:30pm because of a buyout, ok sure. Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue. Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it". The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.

We were in the process of leaving the second time. Every time we would go, multiple games wouldn't work but it's part of the pinballz experience and we just wrote it off as no big deal but the losses do pile up. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

We were a table of 12, but that wasn't really the problem. One person who ordered, her food was given to someone else. When she inquired, she ordered again and it took over an hour to get her food. Her second beer never arrived. Unfortunately, she said this is the norm here. She comes here often, mainly for the entertainment. The server was quick to take our original orders, but follow up was zero. No attempts to get second drinks, any other food, nothing. It wasn't that busy, so I'm not sure why the service was so bad. I flagged him down for my second drink after waiting over an hour, and my friend was still waiting for her beer. It was like our table was in the ignore zone. I would come back again, but would probably order from the bar for drinks. 20% tip was included in the bill because of large party. I'm sure my friend was pissed about that considering her service was terrible. Mine was meh. Overall it was a great evening with friends. The good outweighed the bad, but don't expect great service. Enjoy the entertainment value here - Thats what makes this place special.

The server wrote down my 3 gift cards and said I need to enter my credit card in the system and she would apply the gift cards after I closed the tab. I wasn't sure when I was able to close the tab, there was no option to. I also heard that if you don't close it by the end, they charge you another $5. So had to keep checking my phone to see if there was a link to close it. Finally after the timer was up to order food, the option to close the tab popped up. During the movie I received a notification that my card was charged. The girl had told me it wouldn't be charged it would be applied to the gift cards. Went to the front to get my balance on the gift card I had left and come to find out they applied my gift cards to another table. The manager figured it out and gave me my balance owed back on a new gift card. I walked out the door and then turned back around to find out about my credit card charged, I wanted a receipt for the refund on my cc. Someone in front of me was getting comped 4 movie tickets for their troubles. The manager could not give me a receipt for my credit card and said I needed to just wait 5-7 days. Not sure why when there $5 close out fee also showed on my credit card and showed up right away as refunded. I missed many parts of the movie and the fun of going to the movies.
