    Waiting time 2-3 hrs then 1 hr wait time in the room. And check you for 15mins. A waste of time. Lol

    DO IT here. I came to my appt to find out info & ended up leaving with my first laser removal…read moresession!! Cindy was the nurse who assisted me today. Because of this, I ended up finding a provider that's cheaper, more comfortable, and just a little better overall. - I tried to cancel an appointment, but their limited office hours made it difficult to reach anyone. When I finally explained that issue, the receptionist became defensive and insisted they call patients the day before appointments. In my case, no call was made. The only reminder I received was a text message sent three hours after the cancellation deadline had already passed, which isn't exactly helpful if the goal is avoiding cancellation fees. When I pointed this out, it felt like she wasn't really listening and said that I'd be charged $25 at my next appointment. I told her there wouldn't be a next appointment, and her response was, "That's fine." In hindsight, there were a few warning signs. The information I received from the receptionist about the procedure differed from what the nurse later told me. They charge for numbing cream (even though they tell you this upfront, it's still an extra charge on top of the procedure). The treatment chair looked like it had retired from a barbershop years ago and wouldn't stay elevated, so I kept slowly reclining backward whether I wanted to or not. To be fair, the nurse was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. No complaints there at all, she got that extra star on this review. (Even the receptionist was great to start off, I don't know why it flipped so quickly). What surprises me is that a business would choose to lose a long-term customer over a $25 fee rather than simply show a little understanding. Thankfully, I ended up finding a different provider, where the experience has been significantly better. The treatments are less expensive, the pain is noticeably lower, and the redness/swelling faded much faster afterward. (For pain comparison, I had to stop three times on an arm piece here and, at the new place I found, I went without stopping once. Initially I was kind of at a loss that I'd have to start over, but if that conversation hadn't happened, I probably would have kept coming here. Instead, I found a place that's a much better fit.
