I would say her front staff are super friendly and always makes you feel welcomed. But for the doctor herself, i have mixed reviews. after researching for another doctor to help me with cysts and endo. i thought she would be perfect..the first visit seemed like it went well meeting her. she told me to get bloodwork done elsewhere and make another appt for vaginal ultrasound then make another appt to talk to her through facetime. now i hate when doctors make you make random appts to come the office multiple times or go elsewhere to get tests done. i rather it all just get done in office or same day to limit the times i have to waste gas. after i got all her tests she wanted done...i had msged her through the portal site she uses about pain and etc. this was where she totally turned me off about her..it was almost like she acted like i was child and asking and telling me basic information i know and etc. it almost felt like i bothered her to ask her questions about my health..it just seemed like cold and just like get over it type of feeling. thats the time i felt like she rubbed me the wrong way. i dont like being dismissed when i know something is wrong with my body & youre acting as if its my period or just take tyllneol. my last straw was when i had to cancel my facetime call due to work but asked to be msged instead. also i never got instructions prior to my call like i was told they were going to so idk what happened to that. also i previouslu had booked it for july 5th which i actually made time to get time off but they had called me to say she was going to be off july 5th and had to move to july 6th. if anything that was a inconvience for me ask for the day off and then had to move it to the 6th. which i did say yes to it but my job was too busy to where i couldnt spare time during that shift to make that call anyways. i just think its a huge inconvience overall like we all have jobs and having to work with her tight schedule was hard. then i was told i would get a call back for updates but nope, i didnt get one. i had to call myself again and then she left a messsage for me to the front girls that seemed cold in my opinion. although i didnt wanna express my concerns to them..bc i realistically only have a issue with the atitude & bedside manners with the doc..i just decided that im moving on to see another doctor. no patient should have to feel belittled, feel like theyre incompetent about when they asked questions and ask for help/meds, and then you want to be sarcastic at it as well. also she doesnt work fridays which was a inconvience when shes booked and with ppl like my work schedules..we have to somehow find a way to make it work. im with the reviews that are online where she has gotten low reviews and maybe i just didnt get the upperhand but i would appreciate a doctor who would actually listen and not give me a generic style answers and someone that would actually want to help in those times i needed to be heard. read more

Following a failed IVF transfer, my fertility specialist referred me to Dr. Rebeles for the removal of a submucosal fibroid, but I conducted independent research and visited two other surgeons to make my decision. Once I met Dr. Rebeles, I knew she'd be the right surgeon for me. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and a great listener, and I have never felt rushed. She always answered all my questions and comforted me, no matter how silly my questions were. She is very sensitive, skilled, and sincere, and she has such great bedside manners. She performed laparoscopic myomectomy minimally invasive surgery with robotic assistant, and provided a very detailed post-surgery report, a level of detail I have never received from a surgeon for any of my previous surgeries. Additionally, she identified and removed endometrioses. I healed very quickly, and I resumed normal activities only 2 days after surgery, with minimal almost non-visible small 3 scares. Before my second transfer, my fertility specialist performed a hysteroscopy to ensure there was no scar tissue present (Something I was very scared of, due to the location of my fibroid), and my fertility Dr said uterus looks great, cleared me for the transfer. Today, I received a phone call from my fertility clinic, who confirmed that my second transfer after the surgery worked and that I'm currently pregnant. I'll be 43 years old this November. Also, Maribel, the coordinator, is very friendly and efficient. Scheduling and handling my disability paperwork couldn't be easier. Best Gyn/surgeon/Dr ever, very caring, dedicated and skilled, knowledgeable and kind hearted. I could write a book, i was hesitant about surgery in general just the thought of being under anesthesia gave me goosebumps. Dr Rebeles was patient enough to put up with my traumas and what not.. truly caring and extremely helpful through my whole journey of 3 months of hell. She called after office hours a few times, saw me at the hospital once.. she is a God send. Cant thank her and her staff enough for everything they have done. I remember when i first called her office they were not accepting new patients, i called again about 6 months later and whoever took my call asked why i needed to be seen and after explaining some of my issues they booked me. Thank God because i couldn't be happier elsewhere. My issues aggravated once i was already her patient, so at least i was in great hands already :) If you have any type of gynecological issues, please see Dr Rebeles. I bounced off from at least 4-5 Gyn in a span of 10 yrs before i saw her. My surgery recovery was a breeze and i am sure its because she is that great of a surgeon. Had a visit today with Dr. Rebeles who listened to all of my concerns without judgement or rushing me. She was very helpful and attentive and provided additional information to make my visit complete. The office staff is on point as well as courteous, professional and helpful. Wait time was minimal. No concerns regarding Covid exposure either. Very clean reception area with hand sanitizer. Not crowded at all. I was very pleased and am so happy to have finally found a good Ob/Gyn who listens. Dr. Rebeles is truly one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She is professional and proactive, and she has a great sense of humor. Both my daughters and I were all patients of hers. Each time that I called or went into the office, the staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful. My younger daughter suffered from a painful condition that Dr. Rebeles was able to diagnose through surgery and the subsequent treatment plan greatly improved my daughter's quality of life. I am not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. I am over 60, so have had many years of experience at the OBGYN. At my first appointment (and last) Dr Rebeles was very confrontational. If I were a newly pregnant young woman she would have had me in tears. I like the staff and the office, but she is not pleasant. She quizzed me about all the meds I am on and procedures I have had and wanted to know WHY doctors did this or that because it was the wrong thing to do or is not current medicine. I was really flabbergasted that she has found her way to this area of medicine. She needs to be doing research somewhere away from patients, and especially emotional and fragile patients. After waiting for a long time for my appointment, her staff decided to cancel my appt without informing - me because they called and I did not answer. (After the appointment was previously scheduled via email. I was offered a few minutes with the doctor because the doctor had moved to a different patient. I was so mad because I had canceled work meetings for my appointment and waited weeks to be seen by the doctor. I hope that the assistant receives her karma soon. read more

I searched for a gyno for my wife through yelp. My wife is from another country and can barely speak English. I asked to speak with Dr. Rebeles to discuss why my wife was coming is because of the English barrier, I was told she would call me, never received a call. I called twice more and on the 3rd attempt, rather than speaking to me directly she sent her receptionist to tell me she cannot speak with me until my non english speaking wife comes in. How this lady has 5 stars, beats me. Rude Non communicative staff, I had to call 3 times before I was told she would not speak with me, she did not even ask why I was calling on her behalf, why, because she didn't care. If she did she would have understood the circumstance. I cancelled the appt and immediately made an appt with another doctor that spoke with me on the first call . Over 100 reviews plus 5 stars. She must get most of her reviews from friends and family. If they were genuine she would have communicated with me through her receptionist at minimum on the 1st call. I own a successful business, so I know the value of a client and service. Everyone should feel special, not with this lady or her office. Shame on you Sonia! read more

I met Dr. Rebeles earlier this year for a consult to remove a fibroid that has potentially been affecting my fertility. Prior to finding her I had seen an OB who had terrible bed side manners and scared me half to death about the myomectomy procedure. So, prior to meeting Dr. Rebeles I was already walking in to the consult feeling fearful and apprehensive. Upon meeting Dr. Rebeles I was instantly put at ease. Her warm nature and kindness immediately resonated through her as she greeted me with her bright smile. Her examination was thorough, she took the time to explain everything and then took more time to let me ask questions and then answer them all without making me feel rushed despite her busy schedule. By the end of the consult we had come up with a game plan and I was so happy and at ease that I hugged her and told her I was ready to move forward with the procedure. Fast forward some months after my IVF cycles to bank embryos before my myomectomy. Dr. Rebeles performed my surgery on 8/8 and I'm exactly 1 week post-op! The surgery went really well and the recovery has been nothing what I expected. I've had minimal discomfort and I'm pretty much walking, bathing and doing most things on my own. Everything has happened the way Dr. Rebeles said it would. I'm so blessed to have had her as my surgeon. She's compassionate, knowledgeable and overall a beautiful, kind person who was always available to answer my questions or concerns.
