The only reason they are getting a one is because zero was not an option. Went in the store to get my gift from my fiancé cleaned. While I was getting that done a very sweet young lady was telling me about this amazing sale that was going on. This lead to me purchasing my fiancé s diamond wedding band from there. While finalizing the sale Krystal ( who was amazing ) told me about this cool rewards program that Kay had. Needless to say I signed up. Now as anniversary ring and a watch purchase later I find out that the rewards program is non existent. If you lie about getting discounts based on your previous sales what else are you lying about. read more

Recently my boyfriend lost his mother and inherited her belongings. He was elated to find the beautiful ring that his deceased father had worn daily and was designed and made by his mother. He decided he was gonna get it appraised and wanted to wear it because it was so special. Unfortunately it was too small, so he took it to Kays. His parents had purchased jewelry at Kay's for many years. We went to Kays off hwy 20 on January 2 and dropped it off to have it appraised and sized. When the associate looked at his father's ring under what appeared to be a microscope, she made a comment that all seven diamonds were impeccable, and that it was a truly amazing ring. We bought a bracelet and an Opal ring for my daughter as well. We left the ring in their possession to be sized and appraised, and they told us they would contact us as soon as it came back from the appraiser. Almost 6 weeks later, and after several attempts to reach them by phone, we went back to the store. We tell them why we're there, and they start looking up our account. We were told they hadn't contacted us because my boyfriend's phone number was listed under another name; and they seemed generally disorganized and unprofessional. We were baffled because we have a Kays credit card, and have been there several times prior. Already frustrated....we were shocked when we were informed that a burglary had occurred, and my boyfriend's ring had been stolen on the 4th of January. We were literally in shock, and appalled that the nanager had no sympathy for a lost ring that meant so much to my boyfriend. He mentioned casually that other customers had lost pieces of jewelry in the theft worth much more than ours....as if that made our loss less traumatic! This situation became the most unprofessional experience of our lives! We were never notified about the incident. We were not given any insurance claim information. We were told the possibility of recovery was highly unlikely. The store manager showed total di sregard for the loss of a ring that had immense sentimental value to my boyfriend. Beyond that, he took no responsibility for the monetary loss. It is beyond comprehension that any business manages to stay afloat when treating customers as we were treated. If you don't believe me Google this business and you'll see.... It's March 21 and the robbery was supposedly January 4th and we still have not heard from Kay jewelers or their owner Signet. Horrible customer service! Horrible jewelry!! Ordered a bracelet 3 months ago for my husband's birthday and the engraving came back horrible and ugly after taking over 2 months.. now its just sitting in the store collecting dust. You Cant even see the engraving and this was supposed to be a special gift to my husband. No one in the store gives a shit and they keep pretending like they are trying to help the issue when they are just letting the bracelet sit there.. They wont give me my money back and I still don't have a bracelet in my hands. They took my money and didn't give me my product.. management is a bunch of lying con artist! No one calls me or anything. They have my money so they don't give a shit. Ill be in touch with corporate! Received text that my jewelry was ready for pick up. Went this afternoon and store is closed until further notice. Call the phone number and phone just rings cannot leave a message and no message the store is closed. How am I to retrieve my property. Do I have to call everyday to see if they are open? read more

We placed an in line order to pick up in store at this location. We received an email that our order was ready for pick up, so we went to the store to get our item. Upon arriving we were met by the acting store manager (Jessica), who told us our item was not there. She informed us that she had been there for the last 4 days and our product had not arrived and she had accidentally sent us the email. She also told us that the Kay Jewler on line sales dept was a separate entity from there brick and mortar store. She told us that we would have to call the on line sales dept and check in the order. We did that while stile in the store. After explaining the issue with the very polite on line sales person, she put me on hold and called the manager. To Jessica's amazement the on line sales person demanded that the product had been delivered to the store and was there. The manager ended up finding it and giving us a variety of excuses. In short, stay away from this place! They want quick easy sales and have terrible customer service skills! read more
