They had a good amount of workout clothes, t-shirts, sweats, jackets, and sweaters. I came perfectly in time for the 40% off clearance. The service was also on point as well. I left a review for this store several years ago that wasn't that complimentary. However, I came back today and had a pretty good experience, so it seems only right to update my review. I had recently gone to the Nike Clearance store over in Arden and left there pretty disappointed. They really didn't have shit, and the cool stuff that they did have wasn't in my size. I guess it's just one of those places that you have to come to on the right day. I was expecting to find some cool retros there. However, all I ended up finding were models I've never seen or heard of before in colorways that were complete trash. So, in hopes that I could find something better, I decided to drive out to the Folsom Outlets and give the Nike Factory store another chance. I'm glad I did. They actually have shoes people want here, unlike the spot in Arden. I saw Jordan's, Air Max, Penny's, and Air Force One's here, and they were all priced reasonably. I looked around and ended up finding a pair of black canvas Air Force One's that were pretty bad-ass and were priced at $109, which I felt was fair. I tried them on and knew they would be coming home with me. So I get to the register to pay, only to find out that the shoes were on sale and were actually 30% off the advertised price. Additionally, if I downloaded the Nike app (which is free to do), I'd get a bar code that would knock even more off the price. So I downloaded the app, got the code, and ended up walking out with them for $70. I can't complain about that. I gotta admit, this factory store really stepped its game up. The selection here is a lot better than it was years ago, and the prices seem more reasonable, too. If you're dead set on getting some Nike's, I'd recommend hitting this place up first, before spending more at Champs or Footlocker, or taking your chances (and possibly wasting your time) at the clearance store. read more

The Nike Factory Store in Folsom Premium Outlets is the only crewed store in this outlet mall. It is smaller than most of the Nike outlet stores. I think this is one of the reasons why they are so crowded! Nike outlet store was one of the first stores open when Folsom Premium Outlets was available more than 30 years ago. A lot of stores have come and gone. The Nike outlet is still there at the exact location. The store is smaller than most of the Nike outlet stores and even some of the regular Nike stores. The racks and shelves are very close together. I don't think I like to shop at this store for this reason! The cashier counter has three permanent check-out counters and two temporary check-out counters when swamped. But they still have long lines sometimes. You can't park your car in front of the store--Nike Factory Outlet is a little far away from any parking lots at the outlet mall. But the walkway is beautiful and comfortable. read more

This store is located in Folsom, Folsom Premium Outlets. The store is well stocked, but this one seemed smaller than the other stores I've been to. Everything was kind of jammed packed in the store. I found somethings that I want to purchase but wanted to try them on to make sure on the size. I headed to the fitting room, but it was closed. One of the staff members that was there said it was closed because the store is closing soon. I looked at my watch and they didn't close for 45 minutes. That was really disappointing. Unless you are completely uninitiated, you know what you're getting in a factory store. The selection may be inconsistent, the crowds annoying, but the discounts can't be beat if you can track down what you are looking for in your size. I suppose my latest visit is colored by the fact that I got exactly what I was looking for. They have a number of shoes that represent the latest styles. I was able to find a few in my gigantic size (13) and made a purchase that I now enjoy whenever I exercise. The downside is that they usually don't have my size. A sales associate confirmed this, saying 12 and above is usually "the first to go." Speaking of sales associates, there are folks around but finding help is very hit or miss. read more

There is a wide selection of shoes and clothing at this location. It's the only one in the area, but it is good enough to make up for the lack of other locations. The workers are polite and the shoes always have the best deals. Whenever I am hesitant to buy a pair online, I always check to see if the store has it to try on. They also do returns which makes it easy to switch out size corrections. I love Nike and I have a wide collection of shoes from there, this store is where I bought my first pair of AF1's which may be part of the reason I love it so much, after that memorable experience I was totally hooked due to the shoes amazing quality and fashion forward styles. I walked into the Nike store located at the Folsom Outlets, and headed for the women's shoes. I stood there a bit overwhelmed with all the selections. Then out of the blue appeared "J.B." He asked if he could help me, and I almost hugged him. I told him what type of shoe I was looking for, and he guided me to the correct aisle. He proceeded to show me 5 types of shoes that met my criteria. I sat and tried them on, and J.B. checked on me at least 3 times. He also informed me about the 20% discount for signing up with my email; and an additional 15% for adding the Nike app to my phone. I drove 45 minutes away from home to visit this location last Saturday as I had never been to the Folsom outlets before, and it was a complete madhouse in here. There were too many people inside the store. People were trying on shoes in the middle of the aisles because there aren't enough benches to sit at. I couldn't browse in peace without people invading my personal bubble. The line to check out was insane, there had to have been like 50 people standing in line. I don't have much of an opinion on service because I didn't ask for any. But I'm wondering if possibly they were short staff because I don't remember seeing any employees standing nearby, offering help. I was also disappointed at the selection of women shoes that were available. I came in looking for air maxes because they're the only shoes that don't make my feet ache at work. But they only had an overpriced black pair or multiple funky-looking colors ones. I almost settled for the pink/tan/brown pair that was on sale for Valentine's Day, but the longer I looked at it, the more I realized how ugly they actually were. If I'm going to spend that much money on a pair of shoes, I want to enjoy the appearance of it too. Dumbest store policies ever. They don't match prices with Nike's website, even though the in-store prices are often higher than what's online. Even though Nike's website says that you can exchange online orders in store, even if it's a different color, size, etc., the store says it's "store policy" that they can't do even exchanges and that it "depends on the shoe". Not too many shoes with sizes available for our kids. But, they do have nice toddler shirts 2/$20. Check out line was fast and all the cashiers are quick. Yesterday visit was good. We were helped by a gentleman. Asked how was our day going. Asked us if we need to sign up for their member. Which I have already have an account but, its been over a year the account was inactive. Cashier was cool and he informed us about the clearance and the price difference because one of the shirt was $8. I appreciate him telling us. But, its $2 difference it was no biggie. This review is for this store's price adjustment policy. Background: Bought a pair of shoes here and came back a week later to find that the shoes dropped by 10 bucks. Given that I had my old receipt on hand, I asked the store if they could just do a price adjustment on my old receipt since the exact same shoe with the same style code, color code, and size was in stock. Rather than rebuy the shoes and have to do another round trip forba return to this outlet in the middle of nowhere, this Nike Outlet requires that you have the product with you too. This is completely ridiculous given I was well within their 60 day return policy and the exact same merchandise was available in stock. So now, in order to get the discount, I just rebought the same shoes and have to waste gas on another trip to this store to return the old pair. Dumb policy because I can literally get back in line and claim that this new pair was the old pair to get the refund. In this day and age when other stores (ie., Costco, Walmart, etc.) are largely just doing price adjustments with the receipt, Nike is wildly out of touch with technology, common sense, and convenience in terms of its price adjustment policies. Needed some new shoes after a year in quarantine. Got to the outlet store just as they opened, they were limiting how many customers could be inside; the line took about 25 minutes to get in. Once at the door we were informed not to try on any apparel or shoes. The store didn't really have much of what I was hoping to find but still left with a new pair of standard running shoes after; didn't want to leave empty handed after waiting so long, they fit a little tight when I got home and I'm hoping they break in. We visited this outlet today in search of trainer shoes. We were barely in the store for less than 2 minutes when we were greeted by an agent - Bella D. She was welcoming, vibrant, and made us feel like we were her only customers. She was knowledgeable about the brand and made some suggestions. I absolutely love NIKE! From the shoes, to the Polo shirts, to the basketball shorts, to the sunglasses, to the fuel bands, to the sweatbands, to the shoe laces.... I love everything. I am a huge kobe fan and when I came they had a pretty good selection of KB24 selection.. This factory store has plenty of merchandise and it usually has a lot in stock. Often, they have sales such as 20-50 percent off merchandise.... However, shoes aren't as marked down as much as clothing. But I love coming here.... The employees are cool, real chill and willing to help. I can always start up a conversation regarding kicks or sporting events because they most likely will have the same interests as you. They have a basketball section, to a golf section, to baseball, to football, to Jordan brand. I love the accessory section as well... Includes shoe laces, sweatbands, too slap reflector bracelets. They have dope women's merchandise too! Nice colors and a variety of shoes and clothes! It's so tempting to BUY everything.... But I got to limit myself... I love Nike Outlet store in Folsom. We always shop here for sport gear, running shoes, socks and much much more. This is an Outlet therefore the are items a little out of style. During holidays this place is super packed but service got it under control. One problem I have with is their shoes. I have a wide Foot and I have a problem finding the right size. Seriously out of 20-25 pairs I tried only 2 pairs fit me OK and I didn't like those that much. I'll give this Nike Outlet a 4 solid stars! read more

hi-ya! I actually had to wait in a line to get in this Sunday. There was no new shoe release, but a line to get in. It MAY have been because back to school shopping, but a lot of the people in line didn't seem like they were shopping for kids. Anyway the selection is good, but honestly the pricing is not really spectacular for an outlet store. I get that Nike doesn't price itself as cheap, but considering a lot of the items are outlet items...I would think more of a discount. The clothes are reasonable quality, but still more then I'd want to pay for a shirt that says something witty...about fitness or winning. There is really no place to sit and try on shoes. 1 small spot in the middle, but seems to always be occupied by kids and or grandparents who are waiting. A cool concept they have is socks to try on the shoes--like almost close to the real thing, but I don't know if people actually discard it afterwards. There was no sign to make it clear and I saw somebody put a pair back into the bin--gross. Overall 3 stars for this experience because I overheard the staff complaining about the hours and random things while I was nearby them and it was weird hearing that while I'm shopping. read more

Nike Air Max's are the most comfortable Nike's I have ever owned. While they cost an arm and a leg at $150+, they last forever and I highly recommend these shoes if you are constantly on your feet for work, like myself! While the price might be steep, the quality and the comfort, oh and the style is worth every shiny penny! This Nike Factory Store offers a great selection of shoes, clothing, accessories ... you name it! Everything is practically discounted, a little more than regular show stores so that's a huge plus since some things are already "pricey." Note that the entire back wall is considered "clearance" so if you see a pair that you like ask one of the workers to scan it for you - the price that is tagged is not always the correct price sometimes it is much lower! read more

It's hit and miss with the selection here, especially on the shoes, but that's what it seems factory stores are all about. Selection on the full price options are well represented, but finding the right shoe at a bargain price just doesn't seem to happen here as often as in days past. The sales racks are not as plentiful or varied. Perhaps it's related to better managing inventory? I'm still a fan but I rarely make a special trip to just hit this store. I usually come here when hitting multiple stores during the week. My most recent experience was very favorable. I have been looking for a particular sock. I found it online through Nike but the shipping was a little on the silly side. I was in the area so I dropped in to see if the store had them. Unfortunately they did not. To my surprise they offered to order it online for me and have it shipped to my address at no cost. The associate on the floor actually looked up the sock on his device. Confirmed it was what I was looking for and placed the order from said device. I handed over my credit card and completed the transaction without going near a register line. Came to buy shoes for my son and found some that he would like but towards the bottom of the shoe there was yellow marks. Looks like dried glue. Janae the manager said she couldn't discount due to every shoe being like that. And we pointed out it's a defect caused from glue. Another shoe had the same issue in other areas of the shoe as well. She unwillingly gave us a 10% discount. However, it was off putting that she tried to pass it off as if every shoe was like that. It's $4 to make a customer feel heard and for a defect. I came to the Nike Factory Outlet with a few friends to look for a jacket for one of them because her Aunt works for Nike so she gets something crazy like an additional 30% off. I thought that the prices were pretty good anyways, but I don't usually buy Nike so I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination. They seemed to have a lot of extra sales and additional discounts. The store is rather large inside and they had a good selection of women's apparel, men's apparel, shoes and accessories. My favorite part of the store was their San Francisco Giants Nike Clothing. Unfortunately they only had them for men, but some of the sweatshirts could work out for women as well. It was just nice to see them in the first place! There weren't too many employees walking around the store to help customers, but there were a bunch at the front registers because they were pretty busy for a Saturday night. Absolutely stupid policy! My son went to buy a pair of shoes that he needed the next day. Upon entering he was informed that he could not try anything on due to Covid including shoes. Uh.....how many cases of Covid have there been from TRYING ON SHOES! Seriously! Came here to see what hoodies / sweatshirts they had and of course to look at shoes. Long line to get in but not too bad .. maybe waited 10 mins. They are enforcing a no try on policy which is kind of annoying. Sure, I know my general size in Nike shoes but still each shoe feels different .. more wide , more narrow, etc. They are allowing you 60 days to try on the shows at home and then bring them back if they don't fit. Are they gonna put the returns back on the shelf? If so, that does not make much sense. Trying on there versus trying on at home. Stood in line to pay for a sweatshirt and then noticed it rang up for more than what the tag showed. The lady at the door let me back in without having to get in line which was good but then told me I had to get back in line to get my refund! Wow! Seriously?!! They messed up! Not me! Bought some shirts. They are crowded and because of some many customers, they are also messy. At least they were when I was there. They do have a lot of sales. Lots of cool workout clothes and the workers were extremely helpful if you are looking for anything in particular.
