I don't leave Yelp reviews often, but when I do, it's either because I've had an incredible experience or a really disappointing one. Today was definitely one of the great ones! My partner and I visited to file another insurance claim for my necklace, our third time going through this process, which has been pretty frustrating overall. However, Nicole completely turned things around for us. She was absolutely amazing! She showed incredible patience, empathy, and professionalism while also being so personable and kind. Nicole walked us through our options, providing pricing on different items without ever making us feel pressured. She made sure we understood everything available to us, which we truly appreciated. Our past experiences here have been mixed, not particularly bad, but not great either. However, Nicole reminded us that outstanding customer service still exists. I think the low reviews are due to old staff and management because they were not the friendliest. The new staff are great! I have been to coming to this Zales for many things( to purchase, clean, repair, resize). The most recent staff are wonderful especially Kacy! My last few visits have been great bc of his service. He's helped me select items, repaired my earrings, or cleaned my jewelry. The price of the items are reasonable and competitive and I believe the store had a major overhaul. It even looks refreshed inside- new carpets and paint is what I immediately noticed. Nonetheless, I will continue to visit and shop lol. read more

I worked at this place years ago and it was the most toxic place i worked at. The manager was trying to accuse me of stealing (I have never ever stolen a thing in my entire life) and the manager had zero proof because it never happened. This same manager would also start crying out of the blue in front of employees and customers. Very unstable woman. Another lady named Marie or Maria would alienate and cause problems with the other workers and some even called and reported her to human resources. Rumor was that she wanted the management position of the store was her motive. I immediately quit because it was such a toxic drama filled environment to work in. I cannot speak for the current staff there but i hope those 2 people are long gone (fired more accurately). read more

I had a watch that needed a few links removed. The service attendant gave no service at all. He roadblocked every option I gave him to fix the watch that I just bought. He required a receipt to remove the links for free. When I didn't have the receipt I showed him my credit account history clearly showing the purchase a few days ago. I also offered to email a pic as soon as I got home. He refused to service and or accept either option. Other options could have been calling other store or offering to charge and reimburse later with proof of receipt. Thanks Zales for making it so difficult to get some service. read more

If I could rate the people individually, I would. Sean and Nicole are great. Blake, the manager, is a lying asshole. I bought my fiance's ring at the end of August, told it would be 4 weeks till it would be in, this came from Blake who admittedly looked strung out. When we came in to pick it up, he said no it wasn't in because he said 6 weeks, which is a lie because I wrote down everything when we bought it. We go in again...not there. Told it would all be in on Oct 12 the setting and the stone. We came on Oct 15th, still no ring... they said it was still in transit. We are now in the 9th week, the setting came in, dented, and the stone was wrong...he said he couldn't find a black sapphire eventhough my ring has a pretty good size black sapphire which came in within 3 weeks of ordering it. Just returned it, hoping to get all the credit back on the card I used as well as the payments I made otherwise a report will be filed. Blake was the one who also did the return and since he looked strung out again, I hope he isn't lying and fucking up my return like he did the ring we waited so long for read more

I went here recently with my fiance to look at rings. I was not impressed with the saleswoman. Her appearance was a complete turn off. She had green acrylic nail tips and her cuticles were dry, cracked, and every ring she put on her fingers had been immediately offset by the fingernails. She also had very bad breath which made it really hard to focus on what she was saying because it was literally making me gag. The display cases were dirty and the ring holders were stained and damaged. I mentioned our price range on the ring and she only gave us the SKU# on a ring well out of that range. It doesn't always happen that you meet salespeople trying to look and perform their best, but I felt like she wasn't really giving 100%. It's just a learning experience for me that if I want a professional, I will go to a professional...just not here. read more

We purchased a black diamond engagement ring, then decided to upgrade the diamond and purchase a wrap to go with the ring. We got them soldered together for our wedding day and that's when all the problems started. The diamond went missing, it fell out of the setting the first day I wore it so we sent the ring back to replace the diamond. It took 6 weeks to get the ring back and I noticed the diamond was significantly smaller then the previous one. We happened to find the missing diamond and it was about double the size of the replacement. We brought it back to be replaced again with the original diamond and that took another 6 weeks. When we went to pick it up, the ring was no longer soldered together (we previously paid for the soldering), so another week later we had to wait to get the ring back again soldered. When we got it back we noticed how sloppy the soldering was on the ring, it was just fine before they Decided to take it apart. Now that it is finally back, the diamond is extremely loose again. We have been very patient and cooperative through all of the mistakes being made, and now I am extremely disappointed and upset with my ring and the service being given to us. It's sloppy and seems to never come back how we want it. We are DEFINITELY not getting what we paid for. read more

I have very mixed feelings towards Zales, and here is why. My fiancé and his brother picked out my engagement ring a few years ago and I absolutely love it! It's so beautiful and I feel bare without it, which is why I hate taking it in for work. Depending on what needed to be done, I have waited anywhere up to 2 months to get my ring back, which in my opinion is pretty ridiculous. I have had to have my ring resized twice, and I have had completely different experiences both times. After the first time, I left Zales a very bad review because of the way I was treated and felt after leaving the store. I had waited 8 weeks to get my ring back on my finger and had called a couple times to track it and had been treated like an idiot. The second time I got my ring resized is the reason I am now ammending my review. The day my ring came in from getting resized I drove out to get it. After getting to my car I realized one of the 50 stones was lose and I went back in right away. Jonathan met me at the counter and spent the next 20 minutes looking over the ring for me because he trusted my story and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Both of the managers in the store ended up helping us find which stone was lose and got it sent out to be fixed. Three days later I got a call from them saying that it was completely done and ready for pick up. The manager (I wish I knew his name) had driven it himself to the craftsman's house to be fixed. He knew that my wedding was coming up and did everything in his power to have my ring back ASAP. I can never thank him enough for that. On a different note, I have only shopped at a different zales location once, and I will only shop at this Zales Outlet from now on. They have BY far the better customer service, and actually treat their customers nicely. read more

I visited this store with my fiance July 2015 and we purchased an engagement ring and purchased the lifetime warranty. The ring was a size too large for me to wear, the associate worked with a jeweler and created a temporary sizer to place inside the ring so I could my new ring until I sent it in to be re-sized. Once I took my ring in to be re-sized (free under the lifetime warranty), I asked for a priority shipping so I could receive my ring faster. I received my ring back within a week and it fit perfectly. I will be returning to purchase my wedding band soon! Thank you for a great experience! read more
