They take forever to get rings back after being sent off. Their customer service is lacking also. For someone who spends thousands in their store, I was expecting them to be more accommodating. I won't be returning. read more

Very poor customer service! Staff is not very knowledgeable of their own products they sale. Tried to tell me my diamond was a sapphire when I bought it there and then told me it was a 3/4 cttw instead of a 1 cttw. I then asked them to please take out a couple links of my Bulova watch. The guy really had to ask me if it was a product they sold AND then had the nerve to want to charge me!! I will NEVER go back!! read more

The best place to find jewelry! They have a wide selection my favorite employee is Mark enstrom he is the store manager he can really take care of u and you know u are getting a really good deal when u go to Kay Jewlers!!! read more

I am do disappointed in this store, and Kays in general. Received a $2300 ring for Christmas. Wore it for 2 days and diamonds fell out. After repairs, (3 days later) 6 more fell out. After receiving a brand new ring, another diamond fell out. I have only had this ring in my possession for 48 days out of 4 months...but yet they tell me it's over the 60 day return policy...when it's been in Kays jewelers possession for 3 months. Not to mention the staff who was very rude and disrespectful. I will never buy product from this chain again not could I ever recommend it. I wish I could give it a negative rating. read more

We have been customers for 20+yrs and always felt comfortable with our purchases. The staff has been amazing. However with the staff turnover the past couple yrs we don't know the current employees. I have a problem with a ring that needs service-we do have a warranty. My ring has been with Kay's for a month and still not repaired. Kay's did offer to replace the ring but my specific ring is not available. The ring has a thin gold piece partially wrapped around the center diamonds. My ring had been into the store for inspection not very long ago-it passed. It tore my leggings and damaged a comforter. I picked this ring as an anniversary gift after exchanging a damaged anniversary bracelet. I don't want to up exchange again. I will be picking up my ring, voiding my warranty and taking it elsewhere for repair. I'm removing my name from the mailing list and email list also Any suggestions for a new jewelry store? read more

My friend and I had been sending watches here for years. The service and quality of work had always…read morebeen very good. Recently, the number of watches that had to be returned for what appeared to be quality control issues had gone up. Frustrating to say the least. Most recently, I had a vintage Heuer chronograph serviced by Adam. After the several month turn around time, I wore the watch for several weeks with no issues observed (besides lume that was damaged during the service which I was notified about). I put the Heuer back in my watch box where it sat for months. When I took it out to use is again, the watch would run for a while and stop. Also, the chronograph hands weren't resetting correctly. I sent it back in (under the one year warranty) and Adam indicated he made some adjustments. I got it back after several weeks and it was doing the exact same thing. As I was trying to decide whether to send it back again (as we had already had numerous watches returned and were frustrated with the quality of work) the service warranty lapsed. With the watch a month out of warranty, Kokomo refused to look at watch again. Let's not forget it was having the same issue (and obviously was not fixed) as the last time it was sent in. Needless to say, I would not recommend them. If the watch means anything to you, I recommend finding another watchmaker.
