My wife was gifted older jewelry from her grandmother and wanted to have it appraised and possibly resized -- approximately 25 items. She booked the appointment online and was never informed of any appraisal or handling fees. When my wife, her cousin, and I arrived, we received no warm welcome whatsoever. We were about 15 minutes late due to being new to the area and accidentally going to the wrong location, and we apologized immediately. From that moment on, the older brunette woman who assisted us was rude and dismissive. There was no small talk, responses were short and snippy, and the overall customer service was very poor. When my wife asked for an estimate to sell some items and have a bracelet repaired and cleaned, the employee scoffed and said, "Just so you know, this is exactly why I asked how many items you had -- because we charge a fee." I explained that this fee should have been mentioned upfront or charged when the appointment was booked online. I also expressed that she had been rude since we walked in and made us feel completely unwelcome. Management may want to address customer service expectations with this employee. We had every intention of doing business here, but her attitude alone made us decide otherwise.

One of the ring's went home with me that day and the other had to be sized. when I was paying, one of the employees that came in on her day off proceeded to make a face as if she was shocked that I could afford such an item. I'm not sure if it was the way I was dressed (I was dressed very comfortable that day), but she should not make a face if it is not followed up with some kind of explanation. It didn't bother me too much and I didn't say anything, and we left after the transaction was complete. When I went to pick up one of the rings we had sized, an employee was feeding her infant when I walked in. Which is not a totally awful thing, but a little unprofessional. When we got to the counter to provide our ID, she decided she needed to tell my son, who was with me and struggling to pull out his ID from his wallet, that he needs to eat something because he was shaking so much. I let her know that my son has MS and Seizures (due to epilepsy), and that the shaking is for life. Not fixable. She didn't apologize for giving her opinion or what she thought was advice. If she hadn't said it with a matter of fact attitude like my son was doing something to feel the way he does, I wouldn't be submitting such a review right now. I will definitely not be shopping at the Hemet, CA location anymore. My best service has always been the Temecula, CA location and I will only go there from now on.

My history with them is outstanding, they designed and fabricated a beautiful diamond ring that I purchased for my wife, they designed and modified my ring with beautiful diamonds, they also keep all my high-end watches serviced (batteries/cleaning) and running smoothly.
