Stay away if you need a platinum ring resized. They ruined my 90yr old family heirloom ring! I took it to get sized and they used white gold. It was a horrible job, it was crooked and some of the rings detail was screwed up! I went to complain and the guy said that's what is used to size platinum rings(white gold). Glad I went elsewhere for a second opinion, I was told differently(platinum to size platinum, white gold to white gold, etc). Now my ring is ruined. read more

I stopped by this jewelers because I had an inexpensive watch that needed to have links removed in order to fit my wrist. I was greeted warmly, assisted immediately, and they were able to size my watch to me right away. It only took a minute or two and they cleaned my rings while I waited. After finishing, I was told there would be no charge. This is a wonderful, kind, local store and I highly recommend it to those looking for a competent jewelers. Late review. A few months ago the pin fell out of my Fossil watch, leaving the band unhooked from the watch. I took the watch to Fossil and they did not have the correct pin to fix my watch. I was frustrated and while driving by our local Jeweler on the blvd I thought I would stop in just to ask. To my surprise they took my watch, fixed it in less than 5 minutes and did not even charge me. Great people, great service! I will be going back and hope you use them too. read more
