We wanted to make sure it was as sterile as possible. The sealed kit comes with the jewelry already in the applicator - no needles and guns! Pricing is $80-150, depending on the jewelry/metal you want. Esther was amazingly patient and quick. She made sure we were good with placement and pierced her ears as fast as possible. A 30 second question. I called repeatedly throughout the morning and afternoon, letting the phone ring more than a dozen times before the line just clicked off. No voicemail. I then went to the Kay Jewelers website and had to fill out a request for a phone call from this store and was given the option of selecting the first available time which was hours away. This told me everything I needed to know. Why would I ever buy from a store that does not value their customers? They don't even have the respect for their potential customers to answer their phone. You'd think I was calling the DMV. I'll take my shopping dollars elsewhere thank you very much; I'm sure I'll find better service at a non-corporate store.
