Got 4 piercings at once with a really nice girl... however I told her that I had very sensitive ears and that I could not have any kind of fake jewelry at all. So she guided me to the section that was sterling..Everything was fine till fine the next day my ears turned bright red. I bought a special solution from a different place for it and tried for two weeks to keep clean three times a day and one of the piercings broke off and got stuck inside of my ear. I had to go to ER to have it removed starting an infection inside of my ear. Those guns do not pierce properly. I do not recommend getting a piercing in these places because number one did I get a severe infection number two I spent almost $80 and I don't have my ear pierced anymore so I'm very upset. You can see the whole where one of the piercings had to be removed from infection the other ones will make it but I'm not so sure. And they obviously don't care about their customer reviews because they don't answer at all which means he said they don't care so keep that in mind when you come here and buy something read more

Can't recommend this place enough for an ear piercing - especially for kids. We brought my niece here to get her ears pierced today on her 7th birthday and the entire staff of girls were all SO kind and accommodating and patient. My niece got really nervous before the piercing and was crying for a while. They all were so gentle and patient with her while it took quite some time to finally get the courage to let them pierce her. I had such a wonderful experience at Lovisa, thanks to two absolutely amazing women--Yvette and Yailin. From the moment I walked in, both were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. I went in to get my ears pierced right as they were switching shifts, and despite the timing, they both took the time to assist me with care and professionalism. Yailin ended up doing my piercing, and by the time I left, I genuinely felt like we were family. Her calm energy and attention to detail made the entire experience feel safe and special. I returned to the mall today to switch out my earrings and, to my delight, Yailin was working again. She not only remembered me but shared that she's now the manager--and I can't think of anyone more deserving! Her dedication, warmth, and leadership qualities truly shine. This is my favorite jewelry store, so I always come here when I go to the mall. I have a couple ear piercings from like 20 years ago that had closed up, and I thought what the heck, I'll get it done here. This was a better experience than a professional piercing studio!!!! Yailin did my ear piercing and it never swelled or had any problems in healing. I still have one more piercing to do and I'm definitely coming when Yailin's here again. I already loved the store just for the jewelry, but their piercing services are next level and so professional, well done, and affordable. read more

you guys are really going to get into trouble .you guys need to improve your selection of dangly earrings and way less of the bracelets and the other stuff .you guys are beginning to lose your customer base .and I know you guys can do better and give a much better customer experience than what you guys are doing .but you guys must step up your carrying of long dangly earrings immedietly and stop carrying the other stuff that is a complete turnoff to your customers .you guys are going to end up closing up just like Claire's is doing you guys need to do way way better .you guys need to carry a 100% selection of dangly earrings and no more of the other stuff .if you're gonna want to keep me wanting to return you guys need to really step up your game .seriously .ill be looking to make sure that this is attended to immediately.thanks.Laura. We went to return some earrings that we bought and the lady recognized us and we told her we didn't realize they were $25 we thought they were $8 and she immediately said we couldn't because they were earrings but she knew we were in the store the entire time. That's ridiculous. read more

I like to check here to see what's on sale. Something is always on sale, and occasionally I can find a nice clearance item like a sparkly necklace that was originally over $20 for like $3-4. Just fun pieces, nothing too special. Staff is always ready to help. Once overheard one employee explaining to another (a new hire?) the way their target sales works and how they're expected to sell a certain number each block of time, and if you're short one chunk of time, then the short-fall tacks onto the next chunk of time but if you go beyond your goal the overage doesn't count towards any future time-chunks. Man, makes me glad I don't work in retail/sales. Doesn't sound pleasant to work for. :P read more

Came in to find a pair of earrings and see if they have a ring style I was looking for. The customer service was severely disappointing. The one person working was so busy stocking shelves to even acknowledge we were there. Ok she's busy no problem, well once I found what I wanted I tried to get her attention to no avail. Spoke loud enough to my daughter about how I'm going to check out then we'll leave, doesn't turn around. Standing at the check out clearing my throat, saying excuse me, nothing. We clearly did not exist. At which point I dropped the things I wanted to purchase on the cash register and left. This is not a good place for ear piercings whatsoever, they pierced my earlobe and missed and they ended up piercing too high and hitting cartilage which ended up infected and bleeding within two days. When I asked to come back in for them to fix it they said I would have to pay for a new piercing with not just one but a full set piercing full price. The people are nice but the store needs work on their customer service. I had also Been on the phone asking about this and without putting me on mute to discuss the issue with the manager In Charge two ladies talked about my situation in a rude manner while I was on the phone and said and I quote " why would she get pierced in the wrong place and leave ?"
