At that case the girl told me one price then didn't add things up correctly. Apparently it was my fault for not adding things in the way they would have. They try to one over you. The chain based off their word was 60% off. The store did an additional 10% that day for the sale. I'm mad at being told one thing from the employee near the case and then when actually rang up and my card run it's $45 more. Can you not honor your quoted price? A mistake on your part shouldn't be one made on mine.

No. So it's not ready," and acted as though I shouldn't have expected it to be ready without receiving a call. I was following the instructions I was given on Saturday. I completely understand that delays happen, but there was no reason to speak to me so rudely or make me feel like I had done something wrong by returning when I was told to. At this point, I'm also uncomfortable that my necklace is still in their possession given how poorly this was handled.
