I also value Eliza's flexibility with scheduling and how she's never pushy about future appointments - sometimes my brows seem to have grown out overnight and she will accommodate my "need to see you ASAP! And in my time of looking for another brow specialist I randomly came across Eliza at Eyebrow Energy. I'm a very picky person so before just making a decision to go I made sure to do some research. I checked out some of Eliza's reviews, awards, and after all decided it's definitely worth a shot. I reached out to Eyebrow Energy and Eliza responded to me in a quickly professional manner, she was flexible with the time, gave me few different options to work with, which was great! Eliza took her time with me, before doing anything she would explain what she is about to do, what kind of products she was going to use. After Eliza was done my eyebrows looked day and night comparing to what they looked like when I came in. Eliza took the time to explain what I need to do to get them to where I want them to be. The best part is Eliza doesn't just give everyone the same shape, she actually looks at your facial features, to see what will suit you best! Overall I had a great experience and even though it was just my first session, one can tell Eliza is a professional and very thorough at what she does. I've been going to Eliza for about 2 years now since I moved to the area. She is amazing! I definitely recommend her for people who have sparse eyebrows and are scared of someone overthreading/overwaxing. I have very sad sparse eyebrows so I can't really get it threaded or anything because they'll just disappear. I also have a fear of thin over-arched eyesbrows that make you look like a creepy witch. Eliza takes the time to shape your brows in a way that compliments your face best. My brows always come out looking very polished and natural. She also provides tips and recommends new products she finds all the time, like eyebrow pencils that match your hair color or natural products that aren't harsh on your skin. She showed me how I should fill in my brows. She did my eyebrows for my engagement shoots and wedding too. My bridesmaid said my brows were definitely "on fleek." I admit that I do pay more than my friends do for their eyebrows, but since my eyebrows hair are sparse, I go less often because my hairs don't grow very fast.
