Kaya threading salon is by far the best customer service you can get! I routinely go for threading and facials to the salon and Reema is an excellent beautician. She is always warm and welcoming and provides a precise shape to the eyebrows. And the best part is you only have to tell her once and next time she'll know what to do. The lady who did my facial and waxing was not professional and made me think she was not even licensed to do waxing and facial. Rima was very sincere in her work and I had a relatively painless threading experience for my face. She was very particular about the shape and symmetry of the eyebrows so that they are not uneven. I also got a facial done, and she spent a good amount of time massaging my face, and getting it hydrated. Her facials are good - I have tried a few places and liked hers. She also gave me tips to improve my skin - the last few years I have neglected my skin, and she recommended daily products that will help. Sushila has threaded my eyebrows and given me a facial. I saw the reviews and had to see how it was, I was not disappointed. She did an amazing job on my brows and offered me a cooling mask after. Definitely get the cooling mask! It's worth the extra charge, feels wonderful after your skin has become hot from the threading. I've never had one before and will definitely get it every time from now on. The facial was so relaxing, Sushila took her time. The women who work here do shape your eyebrows well and are very polite, but I am afraid the threads they use, and their hands are not very clean. I have never had any issues getting threaded, but after visiting here, I had a huge breakout in the area I got threaded that lasted several weeks. read more
