Decided to come here as the reviews were so good. HUGE MISTAKE! Firstly she didn't even acknowledge me in anyway when I entered the salon. Secondly, she made my eyebrows too thin. All i needed was a clean up, natural looking brows. Thirdly, i had asked her to thread my whole face. After she was done, i looked and there was still so much hair left on my face. I had to ask her twice to finish my eyebrows. She is fast but doesnt get the majority of the hair out. Complete waste of time and money. Will not be going again and i do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came around 2:30pm to get my eyebrows done. I believe, "Kaya" did my brows and she did them wonderfully because she didn't take too much off since I just needed them to be shaped. Her price is $10, but there's a 10% discount which came to be $9 which is the cheapest place around mtn view because most places charge $12. Best thing was no waiting, so if you can get a break from work to see her around 2:30pm, go do it! read more

This is very affordable place and the ladies here are very kind. They take there time on your face and if there are areas you wish not to thread they are very respectful with that. I managed to eke out about half an hour for some self care during a very busy weekend preparing for one of my annual parties. I really needed to take care of my eyebrows and upper lip. I needed to look presentable for my wonderful friends. Lol Anyway, the hubby and I were in Mountain View for some babysitting duties, and this place was maybe a 10 min drive. Found it on Yelp of course and was lured by its number of stars. Thanks Yelp and Yelpers for the recommendation. Found parking, walked in and was helped right away. The lady who threaded my eyebrows and upper lip did a great job. I liked the way she shaped my eyebrows. I was out of there in no time. Overall, happy with my experience. I like to keep me brows slightly thicker overall, so with the slight over threading, for me personally, I give 4 stars! Convenient location for me, usually parking spots on that side. Clear signage, as shown here. I was third in line when I arrived and waited about 15 minutes as a walk-in. As you walk-in sign-in at the front desk (name, number, service and returning customer question), and have a seat. Everyone was wearing masks (except as needed, for services) and able to social distance. After each guest, the chair is cleaned and you see the precautions taken to protect us all right now - which is great. So overall clean, extremely fast threading services. I just did a Brow cleanup and it took maybe 5 minutes. Between waiting and service it was around 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Would recommend! read more

-3 stars: Came to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time in over a year. I asked to keep them as thick as possible while cleaning just a bit and I left with completely uneven and pencil thin eyebrows. Upon looking in the mirror, I said they looked really thin and the lady argued with me telling me I was wrong. I questioned myself because it had been a while and thought I might just not be used to it, until I FaceTimed a friend and her jaw literally dropped. She also tried to upsell me twice on lip threading after I said no the first time. She didn't smile at all and was not customer service oriented. +2 stars: On a positive note, she was wearing a mask and used hand sanitizer before touching my face, and the door was open for ventilation, but there was hair on the floor and counter from other clients. Felt Covid safe but not clean otherwise. read more
