So I would say bad ambiance and didn't try the snow cones (food) so can't tell you if they taste well or not but probably with staff who don't care about customers then they probably may not make them well but who knows

They have a wide assortment of flavors and combinations to choose from. I have personally ordered the Pink Lady and Blue Bubblegum, which are on the "Taste of New Orleans" section of their menu. The staff has been friendly and really attentive as they make the sno balls whenever I have come here. Sno balls are definitely superior to a regular snow cone and they do not melt as quickly! The true only downfall is that Big Easy is not open year round, but that also makes complete sense of course. Definitely worth a visit!

We ordered four ice creams, one large esquite, and one small esquite. The small esquite had an overwhelming amount of mayo--so much that it was completely inedible. My daughter was really looking forward to it and ended up very disappointed when she couldn't eat it. I approached one of the employees to explain the issue and asked if they could assist us with a refund. She immediately said no and instead offered to add water or cheese to fix it. I agreed to let her try if she believed it would help. However, she then brought over another coworker who seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. They went back and forth, and eventually the employee who originally prepared the esquite told me there were no refunds and no real solution. What was most frustrating was their reasoning because my daughter had taken a bite, they refused to provide a refund. That policy makes little sense--how else is a customer supposed to realize there's an issue with the food unless they try it? It was clear the staff is not properly trained to handle customer concerns, especially when it comes to food quality. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue left a very negative impression. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not be returning.
