When it was time to wash out the color, she yelled from the other side of the salon that she was ready for me. I should have left then - but I didn't and she butchered my hair so badly that I tear up every time I look in the mirror. Cut off about 4 inches when I said I just wanted 2 inches, and cut uneven layers in my very thin hair. The root touch up looks like someone dumped brown paint on the top of my head - not blended in, color is too dark. Unless you get a personal recommendation for a particular stylist, I'd be wary. Now I have to try to find someplace else where I can go to get it fixed.

He asked about the wreck, where I was hurting and all of the questions someone should ask before giving a massage. He knew based on the accident and my feedback exactly how much pressure to use, and where I needed help. He did some gentle stretches with me, which really helped a lot too! He was very mindful of his pressure and would make sure he wasn't using too much since he knew my body was all out of whack from the accident. He really helped me feel better much faster than if I hadn't gone to see him! I felt significantly better immediately after the massage. I've been to him for a regular relaxation massage as well and highly recommend his services. I love the room. It's cozy and private and you don't feel exposed in any way.
