They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

Bernard, the owner & President came out Saturday following the storm and found the leak right away. Despite being a small job, he promptly submitted a proposal. We needed the roof replaced due to it being over 20 years old and it is a requirement of home insurance. The supervisor in charge of our work explained the work required, what's involved, and how long it will take. He then provided an estimate, which is reasonable. The entire roof was replaced within half a day, with a staff of 8-10 workers. Very efficient! He provided before and after pictures of the roof. Recently a year later, there was heavy rain and some water was coming through the ceiling of my room. I called them and they responded quickly that morning. The 2 guys worked on finding the leak on the roof, in heavy rain. They reported it wasn't the roof, but the flashing that is on the wall. This was a duplex, where the wall is shared with the neighbor. The flashing is original and has not been replaced. Water was going through the small crack, so the worker applied sealant across the flashing. Very good service. The supervisor came another day to inspect the roof and flashing. It looks all good. He said he can replace the flashing in 3-4 years. I just have to give him a call then. I recommend this company for your roofing needs.

We came back to our yard smelling like we were covering up a bloody massacre. The smell of bleach was everywhere. It wasn't the fact that bleach was used on the roof that bothered me but the concentration. I use 10% bleach everyday at work so I know what it smells like. This smelled like at least 30%. It was so strong it left bleach marks on the concrete. In fact my mom put a wet towel on one of our walls and it ended up with bleach stains. The workers didn't cover anything so my dad's t-shirt that was in a bucket in the sink outside was ruined as was my mom's washing machine cover. I shutter to think how the runoff that went into the storm drain will affect the bay. Envirowash sounds like an environmentally friendly company but I wonder if it is as the smell of bleach is sickening. Will never use them again!
