I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement.
