Was at a bday party here today. The kids had a blast and enjoyed the party room. DONT order a n ...it will take 30 minutes....they did refund my money. Very unorganized and need someone to step up and manage the place. Only posting a few pics because of children and privacy. It's a great spot and hopefully they pick up there game.

Hadnt been here in a few yrs...not much has changed. Pre registration is required before you pay for kids and adults. Dollar wise..a lil pricey. If you plan on coming back keep your jump socks..they are required to jump and you have to buy them if you dont own a pair already. They have different obstacles, pits and dodgeball. Something for the big and little kids. You can pay by the hour which in turn you receive a sticker to attach to yourself indicating when your time is up. Also about every 15-30 minutes they announce discounts on food or drinks you can purchase.

Always a great time at Sky Zone. Great job! Love the fact they have kept video games out of the building!

When I was at this facility, I was there for a Birthday Party. Amanda was the one who checked us in, and made sure we all signed our waivers, gave use the instructions for Sky Zone. Amanda was very helpful with explaining the instructions, given us our gear for the glow party and making sure we know how the party was going to work. I do recommend this facility for kids Birthday parties it's a way for them to let off alot of energy.

This is a good place for the kids to have some fun. We were out of town for my son football game. And we need to let the boys enjoy themselves. This place was very helpful with that. The overall view was great and it was nice and clean. I really enjoyed there massage chairs. Much needed for parents.

All in all not a bad place. We went on national jump day where their website said buy 1 jump get free. Unfortunately we went around 3:30pm and I guess that "promotion ended at 2pm". Didn't specify that on their website so I paid full price which was $50 for an hour and a half. That's why I gave them 4/5 stars. Other wise my daughters had a blast and they had lots of snacks to choose from.

Trash and old candy, food in every crease. 10xs worse then this picture.

Dare I say, kind of fun? We went to a kids birthday party out this way, and when I say out this way, I mean it's a HAUL from where we are in the city. Try to keep track of the beige and uniform buildings as you go by, it feels like you're in an infinite loop of personality-less structures. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

The floors were gross in the party room and I included a picture of one of the chairs. This was it at the start of our party. There weren't trash cans in the party room, which was frustrating. We spilled some water and when I used a paper towel to clean it up it was brown. The whole place needs a deep clean! Also, the party time is short. One hour is not enough time. If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

Inspired by Simone Biles and the 2024 Olympics, my kid has jumped in (cartwheeled in?) with both feet. Straight up, the lobby and bathroom areas need to be cleaner and I'll stand by that. But the rest of it is pretty nice overall. The teacher seems great and has control of the group. The times I've watched my semi-trepidacious daughter here, I've noticed they move at a pace that doesn't allow for a lot of fear which is important. They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.

Better Staff, that seem to keep the place clean, and care about keeping it a fun/safe environment. At the Lenexa location, there is plenty of seating where you can keep an eye on your kiddos while they play if you want. Or you can go back into a little nook, and read a book, use your laptop (They have guest wifi) or watch TV on one of the TVs in that area. Highly recommend Urban Air in general, and furthermore recommend the Lenexa location over the Overland Park one. Pro Tip, if you live in the area, and go at least once a month, its so much better to just buy a monthly pass. You get a better deal than if you purchase 1 single night ticket. With the level of season pass we have, it comes with a slice of pizza every night, and a bag of popcorn. It makes it so much easier for me to take my kiddo, she can grab some food to tide her over until we get home to eat dinner and its fairly inexpensive for what you get.

This is probably the origin of the phrase, 'the kids are bouncing off the walls.' Found ourselves here for a birthday party on a particularly busy winter Sunday afternoon. We've been to other trampoline parks, but again, this one has that sort of extra unhinged energy. It's not quite as expansive as some. It's almost like a dog park for kids. You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. Definitely a place parents in the area will find via birthday party or winter boredom at some point.

The teen who checked us in was nice and explanatory. I found a place to sit and watch our belongings while the kids played. They had a good time playing, but the six-year-old did twist her ankle a bit. I purchased the 90 minute play pass and three pairs of socks and it came to $84. I kept looking for people who worked there and I only saw one other male teen walking around briefly and then start working behind the snack counter. My oldest granddaughter said there was one person watching the dodgeball area, but that was it. I think they do need more people that watch for infractions of the rules because those infractions tend to get other kids hurt. Also, some kids took over play areas and were on specific cloth swings for a whole hour when their rules when you sign in specifically say not to do that. I would say that the place is more suited for ages 10 and up because there were even quite a few teens there. Also, no one is really rotating the people out for the shorter play passes so the amount of kids just keeps getting larger.
