I am not sure if these are private franchises or corporate owned but this location is AWFUL! It is no longer a trampoline park and more of a bounce park. It is dirty and broken down not maintained at all. The cost for this is outrageous for what is offered. There were 3 staff members on the floor doing NOTHING but sitting and gossiping. I tried to order icee's for my kids on the way out but no one could get their preferred flavor because they were out, not ready, or runny. This location should literally CLOSE IT'S DOORS. I took a 3 year old here on a weekday evening. The place is the perfect size for a little person and she really enjoyed herself. Now, the music that was played was not kid appropriate. I heard Meg the stallion, City girls, and Cardi B all while there. I mean was I vibing.. but it felt off as I see the place as a kids joint. I do wonder how often things get wiped down there. Hadnt been here in a few yrs...not much has changed. Pre registration is required before you pay for kids and adults. Dollar wise..a lil pricey.If you plan on coming back keep your jump socks..they are required to jump and you have to buy them if you dont own a pair already. They have different obstacles,pits and dodgeball. Something for the big and little kids. You can pay by the hour which in turn you receive a sticker to attach to yourself indicating when your time is up. Also about every 15-30 minutes they announce discounts on food or drinks you can purchase. read more

Their website has a spot to speak to a rep and you enter your number for someone to call you back. They haven't. I've emailed. I even tried getting ahold of corporate and nothing. We had an awful experience with every single employee that worked at the Lee's Summit Sky Zone this past Sunday night. We arrived at 4:45pm and I told the front desk person that it was our first time & we were excited. That person gave us the socks we paid for and said "k that's it"....later I realized we were supposed to get wristbands. So I had to go back. He said "oh, i didn't give you wristbands at all?" "Nope you didn't." Then he couldn't figure out which ones to give us. Then just put them on the counter and didn't say a word. Right at 5pm, I asked the concession person how long it takes to make a pizza and they said about 10 minutes or so. I said great, I'll be back at 5:30p to order. She said "k". I come back at 5:30 and a different person said "oh we aren't serving pizza anymore". I asked why not, as there's still 1.5 hrs until close. She goes "our kitchen person is trying to go home early". I said "well when does the kitchen close because we need 2 pizzas". She responded "our cook is leaving early so we ain't cooking anything anymore.". What awful customer service. The empty pizza cabinet, pretzel spinner, fridge, and snack area when we arrived (2 hours prior to close) should've been my hint that service was going to be so awful. No free water accessible anywhere. Also, no napkins to be seen. I had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels to use for our cake. Bathrooms were also a disgusting mess. Only 1 paper towel dispenser was 1/2 stocked. And then to make it worse, in the middle of my son's birthday party that we were having, in the middle of singing happy birthday, an employee literally started sweeping in the middle of our circle. Taking the attention away from my 4 year old and interrupting everything. How rude can you get?! I would've asked for a manager but only could find ONE employee at 6:50p, who was definitely not a manager but more of an apathetic teen who said "you need to leave, we are closing". Even though it was completely obvious we were in the process of leaving, as we were putting on our son's shoes at the table closest to the door. Also, every single employee looked like they hated being there and a few looked stoned out of their minds. The smell of weed was rampant at the empty concession stand. Not a single person was probably over the age of 18. The entire place is unclean & sticky & overly worn down. Slides are impossible to go down because they're so sticky. I also saw food bits, hair beads, gum, & BANDAIDS in nearly every jump area. So gross & honestly dangerous. Not to mention, it is completely unsupervised by employees. So when teens are doing dangerous things, people very obviously over the weight limits, or kids aren't being watched by their parents - no one is there to police it. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. My entire party, consisting of 15 people, were so upset by how everyone was treated and most importantly, my son who was just trying to celebrate his birthday. Every single person said they would not come back and would rather drive 20 minutes further to your competitor in Independence, MO - Get Air. When I was at this facility, I was there for a Birthday Party. Amanda was the one who checked us in, and made sure we all signed our waivers, gave use the instructions for Sky Zone. Amanda was very helpful with explaining the instructions, given us our gear for the glow party and making sure we know how the party was going to work. My son has been attending sky zone camp in lee's summit Missouri for the summer of 2021. Do to my husbands work schedule we made arrangements to drop our son off latter then the normal drop off time of 9:30am. On we texted in as requested by sky zone to let them know that we would be dropping off at a different time. We received a response that said we needed to drop him off by 9:30. We were told that we would receive a call shortly. After waiting an hour and a half I called the line for sky zone and finally got some one to answer. Crystal- from call center in Ft. Meyers Florida answered and was so rude to me I wanted to speak to someone else. She transferred me to a voice mail. I called back again and she hung up on me 3 times. At this point I did not no that she was in Florida and thought I was speaking to someone at the location my son was going to. This made me very concerned for his safety. As she was so aggressive I would call it verbal abuse. I am very shocked at the way I was treated. I was given an email address for her supervisor. The email provided to me was a Gmail address. Simply put I am very disappointed that my family has been treated this way! I would like someone to contact me immediately to discuss. read more

DONT EXPECT CLEAN! I can handle about anything except filth and laziness! How the fK does this place pass health codes? Took my 3 and 5 kids for the toddler time. I get the place is ran by teens and I won't get efficient services but this was a joke. Bought tickets online to save time. Oops Took 10 minutes to get checked in due to not understanding their own process. Now the frustration really hits. Every step I took I see trash and food on floors. I understand kids going crazy it happens. But we are the first people in the gym! Meaning NO cleaning prior to opening. It gets worse. I should make note my biggest worry is my son has a SEVERE PEANUT allergy and any contact can send him into anaphylactic shock. We control the risks but this place was a nightmare. The trampoline was covered in chips, wrappers, and sticky substances. All carpets looked like a fking parade went through. Gets worse! Bounce houses had several bloody bandaids, food, and every crease was full of trash that you could smell. Literally a bouncing dumpster. I'm sorry but they have never attempted to clean this place. Foam pit had a suckers, gum and chips every where. My advice is don't go if you have food allergies risks. The place is really fun set up and perfect for kids to climb and go go crazy. If I could give this place no stars I would. We were early to check in for our party and told we couldn't check in till the exact time but we were told in the phone to be 45 minutes early. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes we were treated rudely like it was our own fault. On top of all of this we were put in a disgusting dirty party room. The food and drinks were confirmed over the phone twice. They said it never was. So we had to wait for drinks. For the price of this party I would think it would have been better. This morning's visit was a huge, over-priced disappointment and we will never come to Sky Zone again. The price in the "Meet and Greet Peppa Pig" FB event was totally wrong (advertised as $12.99) because my husband ended up paying $24 just for himself and my toddler. Also, my husband and toddler arrived at opening time of 9a and by 9:45a there was still no sign of Peppa Pig until I called to ask where she was. The girl on the phone nervously told me peppa was "on a break" and would get back into costume, though had never been spotted in the first place. My husband said the person in costume seemed as if they couldn't wait to get out and hardly interacted with the kids, mostly just stood there. That's definitely not the personally of "Peppa Pig". Also, most of the play areas were even roped off for play, yet price was same. He said none of the employees seemed at all to enjoy their job and the overall energy of the visit was highly dissapointing. My toddler sat through a 30 minute drive each way from Overland Park excited to interact with the happy, fun Peppa Pig and left thinking that Peppa was "feeling sick today". Never again will we spend money at this business and will be sharing with my other parent friends this experience. Urban Air in Overland Park has a far better toddler time alternative for just $5. read more

I brought my kids for ONE hour: $35. That's if you already have the "special" socks for each child($3 each for child socks). I mean, there are Sky Zones in other cities where it's $3 less per child. I'm guessing the cost of having the facility in this industrial park immediately visible from the interstate is expensive... I am a single mom with 6 children at home so please take my review with that in mind. I'm very budget conscious and am debt free so splurges like these only come during birthdays and special times when aunts or grandparents are in town. Upon using Yelp for ideas and activities for my 8 year old boy I stumbled on Sky Zone and decided to look into the idea more. I called and was told to go online to order tickets to assure dates and times. Since I would be taking my 4 older kids and the birthday boy's friend and driving an hour I felt that it was important to make sure we wouldn't be turned away due to capacity issues...especially since this would be our first time. I eagerly went online to the Sky Zone/Lee's Summit location and was impressed with the ease of the website. I had heard from a couple of kids what a great place it was. I was taken back a little when I saw tickets were $16.99 with socks and $14.99 without socks! Yikes! For 60 minutes....yea, one hour of jumping. BUT the processing fee online is $1 per person which at the time I was going to order 8 tickets, so the price was going to be an additional $8...what??? Immediately, I started to think of way to cut down the cost because obviously I'm NOT made out of money, so I called the Lee's Summit location and asked if I could order over the phone? Nope! You have to order online. If I would have realized or known, I would have just purchased tickets there. So, I decided my 2 youngest kids, 6 and 5 years old could forgo the adventure this time...saving $16.99x2. The little boy we brought had 2 pairs of socks we could use from a previous visit...therefore my final purchase was 2 tickets without socks for a 60 minute jump...14.99 x 2, and 4 tickets with socks for a 60 minute jump... $16.99 x 4. Fees (for ordering the tickets online which they encourage you to do to "save time") was $6 and taxes were $8.55. Grand total for 6 people for 60 minutes of entertainment=$112.49. $18.74 per head. But my little boy had been talking about it for a little while so we decided to just do it. I was thinking, "this better be worth it!" Lol! We were impressed with the cleanliness and staff help; therefore my teen daughters helped to come up with the 3 rating. Without those 2 things we would have given the whole experience a 2. The first major frustration came when online, the instructions were to come 30 minutes early to get checked in. Well, 3 o'clock came up as their first scheduled jump time, so we arrived obediently 30 minutes early. The lady at the front explained that they wouldn't be able to check us in until 3 due to the short number of staff available. Well, why have a sign up time at 3 then and tell people to come 30 minutes early? We waited around until 2:50 when we noticed other people coming in to receive socks and begin check in. Just felt like wasted time, when they really should have explained it to us earlier. We were able to start our jump time at 3, thank goodness! But the stress of wondering if the were going to get us signed in in time was extremely stressful! The jumping and trampoline atmosphere was "FUN", but the second frustration for us came when they had 6 jumping areas...3 being dodge ball areas which were roped off...but yet when my kids kept asking to play dodgeball, the staff would say, "We don't have enough people to play dodgeball!" So, there were only 3 areas open...the Foam Pit, the basketball goals and the Main Jump areas. They finally called for dodge ball at 3:50, and our jump time ended promptly at 4. After we had finished the experience I asked my kids what they thought, and they said they liked it, but it really wasn't worth the money. So, in my final opinion, this place might be cool for a one time or group visit, but overall not worth the price! There are so many cheaper options my kids would rather do for a whole day and not just for an hour for the price! read more

Basically fun time, but terrible food/food service! We had an average experience today. It was not our first time and likely not out last time out. We had a group of 2 parents/4yr old and 2 parents/6yr old. Of course it was last minute planning and we did not bring socks so admission for the minimum 1.5hr was $125 (1 adult did not jump). So a little pricy! Know one got hurt and we had plenty of exercise. The issue we had was with the food. We ordered drinks, popcorn, nachos, and pizza when we walked in. We got the drinks and popcorn quickly, popcorn was awful. How can popcorn be awful??? Well it tastes like old oil was used, terrible aftertaste. I could have handled a little well done or some burnt taste but not old used up oil taste. We waited for the nachos and pizza. We checked back after 30 min still not ready. Two adults waited at the table until our 1.5 hr was up. Our food still was not brought out. The gal at the food area said she brought it out but we still had our number on the table and the table next to us also didn't see her bring anything out either. We asked for a refund and received it. They did not offer anything for the time waisted with one of the adults waiting at the table. When pressed for some sort of discount the issue was fairly resolved. Bad customer service. If at least the person waiting at the table with paid admission didn't receive credit this review would be much worse and we might not plan to return. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a Glow Zone party. Check in was a breeze! The kids got tee shirts and socks, included in price. Our party attendant, Amber, went above and beyond to make sure our party was perfect! Highly recommend having a Glow Zone birthday at this location.....we will be back! Today however was completly different i was yelled at for bounceing with MY son on the trampoline told that i was not allowed to be on the trampolines with my son that i had to stand on the blue lines so i could still keep a eye on him. I enrolled my child in sky camp, thinking it was a trusted, secure, safe place for my child. Instead my child calls and asked to be picked up at 11 am to inform us he just wanted to come home. After he comes home, we find out he was bullied twice, not just bullied but my 8 yo was thrown in the wall twice (per video) by a much bigger 12 yo boy. When I called skyzone, they didn't apologize, just to be told they were sorry and weren't aware of the actual situation. Videos showing employees sitting on desks and texting, not even knowing what is happening. They do not care about the well being or be responsible for the kids in their care. read more

I took my grandchildren to Sky Zone the night before Thanksgiving. I have been bringing them there off and on for the last year. There is a lot of staff turnover. Worst Sky Zone experience ever! This location is run like an absolute circus. The parents are oblivious to their monster children running around touching other people's belongings and so much for the "parents comfort zone" area! The kids are up there being crazy, pushing each other etc...'security' is a joke as it's a young black female/male (couldn't decide which) that isn't in any way security. I get the purpose of this 'fun place' however, you still have to employe people who keep some sort of organization. It's not a free for all despite that it is a place for children to run and play (in the play areas) we will never return and I just cancelled the 25 person bday party and had my cc refund the 50% down I paid. Waited 30 minutes on a Tuesday night in line. Another 15 just to find out my name and three other people's name weren't in the system. I was with a foreign exchange group and we were supposed to be with them, but unfortunately the check in/out time did not allow that. I ended up not even buying a ticket, but my foreign exchange student did. She was very upset that she didn't get to be with her friends. Also the management had no clue how to work through problems without their manager. This ordeal was very frustrating. I don't recommend coming. Terrible management and staff don't seem motivated at all. A staff member told us that the manager quit and our party would be delayed. We had some young kids and older teens in our party and they were unable to open up toddler court even though there were lots of adults on the open jump court. There was also only one dodgeball court open, and our teenagers weren't able to play because it was mostly younger kids. We will definitely never have a party here again, and I wouldn't recommend paying outrageous prices to jump here at all. The shawnee location is much better! read more
