Definitely come here for the drinks, and skip the food. We came in for lunch on a Thursday, it was very empty, but it was bright and clean. We ordered some beers, and those were good. But the main reason for the review is the food was terrible. Inedible. And extremely over priced. We ordered chicken tenders and they were like rubber. The chip on the appetizer and side of the reuben tasted rancid. Honestly, the pretzel was okay, but not great. We did bring up the issue with the tenders to the server and he took 50% off the bill, and itwas still nearly $100 for such an awful lunch. I get that bars in PnL are not typically known for great food, so our mistake, I would definitely avoid coming back again.

We went in on a Saturday night and they were packed, but we were able to get seated in about 10 minutes after sipping a Boulevard after walking up to the crowded bar and getting immediately served. So far , so good. The service from our waiter carried on the positive vibe. Efficient and jovial!+ My wife ordered the Shepards pie and I had the Corned Beef Burnt Ends over cheesy tots. The Burnt Ends were unique and excellent, I'd probably order it as a sandwich next time - the tots with cheese and sour cream were not that appealing. My wife loved her Shepherd's Pie and the 2 small bites that I sampled were way better than what my she passes off as Shepherd's Pie at home - please do not repeat that. With the atmosphere harkening back to a traditional Irish pub with lots of dark wood, cool light fixtures and a huge bar - it's easy to forget that you are in an artificial entertainment district - until you look around at the crowd. A solid 4 stars for keeping all the moving parts moving in the right direction in a large boisterous crowd.

Went in for lunch before the TSO show. The place was very understaffed for the crowd. But the few people that were working did an amazing job at keeping up with the tables and orders. Food came quickly and was cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered was very good. Even with the crowd it the atmosphere was still very upbeat and staff was friendly. You knew they were overwhelmed but handled it amazingly. Will definitely go back!

We were in town for March Madness. After our team lost and it was raining and cold outside, we decided to go wait out the rain at the Irish Pub. Walking in the place was nice and inviting just comfortable. So to lick our wounds ordered some drinks. Our waitress was so nice and helpful with the menu. We all ordered the fish and chips. For appetizers we had the smothered chips and tots. I wasn't really that hungry but my husband and brother liked the entrees, I liked the chips . But most importantly the drinks were good and cold. The atmosphere was great. A great place to watch the games or just chill.

A great HH spot for those that work in downtown. It is walking distance and located in PnL. Our server was very attentive with our large group. We ordered the nachos and had a few drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out!

What a dump. . Ordered over 30 min for drinks and food. We're got water and our appetizer. No silverware.....so, eat with our hands??? I don't know. It's still a mystery. We were going to stay for the Heisman Trophy. No way in Hell. I think I'll just go into the bathroom and flush my head in the toilet. The experience would be better.

Wow. What a bar. Just beautiful. Apparently they took over from the Dubliner. Great bartender. But just a gorgeous bar. They are new, couple of weeks, shiny clean. I hope they do well. You

Stopped in for lunch, sat at the bar and had great service. We had the buffalo chicken salad and a Ruben, both of which were delicious.

To restaurant gave a bar feel, had a stage for entertainment and a small lounge area with tvs around for watching the games. My friend ordered the honey salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Her first reaction when it arrived was that maybe she should have ordered something else but after digging in was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of the sauce and how it complimented the salmon and veggies. I ordered the fish and chips. Of my meal I enjoyed the fries, not so much the fish. As I was eating it, I tried to think of how best to describe the taste in this review but wondering if it were bland with the expectation that you'd want vinegar. I just can't put my finger on it. I will say it was plentiful as I only finished one of the two pieces of fish that came with the meal. I myself, will definitely try something different if we were to go back. I gave this review a 3 partly because of my meal but also the overall experience. When I walked in, other patrons looked at me as if I'd walked into the wrong place which made for an odd feeling. But once my other guests arrived we decided to stay because we wanted to try the food. Crazy how a glance or two can make you rethink your lunch plans.

Gary Westmoreland, so I know a thing or two about Suburban neighborhood bars parading as Irish public houses. First things first, apologies for my long absence. After the untimely demise of my frequent dining partner Maurice (who definitely slipped and fell on his own), I just needed a break from my Yelping. #RIP #accidentshappen But, enough about me and my shenanigans. Let's talk about Conroy's. This place is sort of like a zoo without cages for the animals. After I walked in from the bright parking lot, I found myself in a dark bar full of people mostly old enough to make me feel young again. A gal with Viking hair shouted "sit wherever ya like!" from behind the bar (I think that was Conroy's version of a host). I chose a tiny little table for 2 (sigh, I was solo) amidst the crowd. I was greeted some moments later with a menu twice the size of my table. I donned my cheaters and began chapter one of the largest menu I've ever seen. The menu was resplendant with classic Irish dishes like nachos, pizza and burgers. I felt like I smelled a hint of Irish Spring soap and was whisked away to the Emerald Isle!! I kid, of course. There's plenty of fare from the land of the Leprechauns and faeries. I chose cottage pie because it seemed authentic and comforting. Even though it's been years since Maurice's tragic ACCIDENT, I still find myself needing comfort food when I'm dining solo. It was delish. I wanted to lick the rarebit it was served in clean, but the nosy man seated nearby at a large round table (by himself, mind you) kept staring at me from above what appeared to be a pint glass full of communion wine. He had a disconcertingly large head and facial features. I wasn't sure if he needed a friend or a fresh corpse for his crawlspace. Anyway, I maintained my manners and didn't clean the plate like a Beverly Hills chihuahua. I didn't try any booze on this visit because my Uber account is locked due to a disagreement with a swarthy gentleman who mistook my friendliness for an advance and yada yada. Anyhoo, I don't dare risk a dewey when I'm driving mother's Chrysler. Anyways, this place was great and the imposing, cologne-sodden Tongan boy who served me was a real sweetie pie. I think I'll download Lyft and stop by soon for some Irish beer and another bit of cozy fare. Slainte!

It was very hot but we cooled off inside. I'd like to try the patio if possible if I go back. We sat in the upper room due to being able to see the tvs. It was busy but not hectic and we found a table right away. I like Irish beer but I tend to get the local brews when I travel and I'm glad I did. Boulevard was pretty good! If I had more time I would have looked for a six pack to drink before paying RIDICULOUS prices at the stadium or FIFA Fan Fest! Service was good, quick and friendly. I brought my bottled water in, as most restaurants use the bleachy tap, and they were ok with bringing me a glass and some ice. The rest rooms were smallish but clean. Next time I'll also try to get the 'authentic' Irish or local fare!
