I had such a great experience here! Chloe did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure, and I'm absolutely in love with both. They really took their time, asked questions to make sure everything was perfect, and we even shared some laughs along the way. Both of them were so kind and made the whole experience enjoyable. My nails and feet came out amazing! I'll definitely be coming back--and I can't forget the complimentary mimosa, which was such a nice touch. I love it here!

So I recently went I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Went in for gel x and a pedicure. I had previously had a gel mani & pedi from another place. So Mike did my nails and some lady did my pedicure I had no problem with the service Mike & her were really nice. Until I went to pay they charged me $136 for gel x short almond nails & my gel pedicure. It was my sisters gender reveal so I needed them done but I was so caught off guard that I even tried to do the math and I didn't understand how they came up with the price. I was planning on make this my go to nail salon since I live 5 mins away. But I'm not sure with these prices.

I've been coming here for 2 years now and always have a great experience. Kathy does my gel builder fills and I've always been happy with her work. They fit me in the next day when I call. Honestly all the ladies here are great. Friendly, calm atmosphere and I feel relaxed by the time I leave. Definitely recommend!!

DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE. They used unclean tools, the man who was doing my acrylics genuinely made them deformed and then he cut my nails into my side skin, causing not one but two of my nails to get ingrown and infected. I had to go to the hospital for them to cut the skin out and give me antibiotics. I've never had this problem with anywhere else, and especially acrylics. Please do not go here!!!!

Rachel is ya girl! I came in w/ a shabby set (nails) & Rachel took me from ehh to Ahh!! I haven't been to this location in a long while, past visits were ok but nothing prompted me to write a review until today. My tech Rachel was personable, worked quickly (which then you know she knows her stuff) she educated me a little on different products used during my visit & why. I came in w/ a design in mind & she ~nailed~ it! I will be back & I will be asking for her each & every visit! Plus the vibe was lively & fun. I recently started coming back to this salon after many years of trying to get my nails in good shape. There's so much that can be done now for your nails, and that means lots of questions. Jenny took her time to answer anything I had questions about and gave me stunning nails that lasted over a month! For this I'll continue to come here! I walked in & was welcomed. Waited 5 min. The front lady mention a pedi and I asked how much she said 20$ +. For a refill another 20$ +. I sat down at the pedi station and told both ladies what I wanted. Every little small thing was an extra $2-$5. For example , removing gel = $5 extra, no gel = $5 extra, short nails =$ 2 more, shape of nail $ 5 more. Alright , I get it. It's about the money. @ the end I ended up paying $82, including tip. Not sure if it was bc I was new and no one knew me. But it is what it is. Nails came out nice.. however a week later the nails starting lifting & cracking. Wasn't worth it. I'll won't go back. Two stars bc the ladies and I had a lively convo about life. read more

It's always a great experience here. Ladies are so gentle and respectful. I don't feel like they rush the process. Whether it's to get my eyebrows done, manicure, or pedicure, I always feel like my needs are taken care of. Tammy, Dina, Kate, Kathy, and Jenny stayed after on a Sunday to get all my self care done. Dip nails: 2 star...staff are extremely kind but the quality of the dip nails was disappointing. I've had them done elsewhere and they lasted more than a month without any chipping. All 3 times I've gotten them done here, I've seen chipping within a week. read more

I had a great experience both times I've been at this salon. Both Kathy and Brea were excellent! Very professional and awesome service! I had a deluxe pedicure from Brea, she's great! And Kathy did my Hard Gel nails that turned out beautiful as well. Definitely recommend going to this salon. I paid $80.00 and usually pay $105.00. However, I do give 10.00 tips per person when the service is great! Which it was! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! First of all, you make a appt. and then they have you waiting for ever. Second, you ask for something and they totally disregard what you ask for. This was supposed to be a ombré look, and this is what I got. Totally embarrassing! And then they have the nerve to charge 55 for this mess. Stay away from this place! This nail salon is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a really great nail tech and other times it's someone that doesn't care. I went here last minute because I couldn't get into my usual nail salons for acrylics They did a completely different shape then I wanted and they cut me on almost every finger. They were lumpy and gross. I paid $70 just to bleed. I got a new set later that week from somewhere else read more

After 3 months of not having a pedicure or my nails done KC Nails has opened back upI had an appt last night with Kathy for a pedicure and manicure. She was right on time. They make you feel safe as they were all wearing masks and there are partitions up at each station. Kathy did a wonderful job. Just look at the picture of my nails. extremely expensive. called and they said acrylic nails medium length were $45. kim cut me a couple of times. took about 3 hours for french tip nails. ended up being charged $85 for these. outrageous. if you're willing to pay $80+ , this is your place. if not, don't go here update in response to the managers reply. NO kim did not inform me of the prices. i wouldn't have gotten them if she did. i would have chose something else if she did. you are complete bs. i have zero reason to lie. and also, i did ask about medium length sets because that's what i made the appointment for. nice try. read more

I went to them today and the service was fine and they were very friendly. I was just taken aback at how expensive it turned out to be! I got a gel pedicure and and gel manicure....not even a full set and it came out $70???? I understand that gel is a little extra, but how did a plain manicure and pedicure cost so much....and then the worst part was that i had a gift card from Christmas i planned on using and the guy who rang me up scanned the gift card but didn't charge it?? And ended up putting the whole transaction on my bank card. It was just really upsetting and they just told me to hold on to it for next time. But i really just don't want to go back. read more

Went on a Friday to get my nails done for my Vegas trip, a full set & pedicure. I left on my trip that Sunday and by the time I got there I had already lost a nail. Then on my way home from Vegas on the Wednesday all of my nails were gone on my right hand!!! My pedicure came out great! The lady that was doing my full set I think was new, she didn't speak any English at all which is a little frustrating because we can't understand each other what so ever!! Then as she's gluing on my plastic tips they keep popping off, and she had to keep gluing them back on which I have never seen happen before..I should've just said forget it and left then but I stayed, horrible mistake! It took her over 2 1/2 hours to finish my nails and I didn't even get the color I wanted because I was going to do a French manicure with the color on my toes but she didn't tell me that it was too light for a French until she already started and then she wanted me to pick another color....i still tipped her my normal tip which is more than 5 dollars...and with the pedicure and full set it came out to be pretty pricey! Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I have been here before and it has always been OK not great . Last time I had a young guy do my pedicure and he cut my nail down so short and cut down on both sides of my big toes and made one side bleed , now I have not been able to put on shoes because my big toes hurt so bad. It's been over a week of putting Neosporin on 2 times a day , I really hope I don't get a ingrown toenail because of this and my toenail polish was chipping off in two days. read more

This place pulled through!! of course i know there was NO chance i would probably get an appointment the day everything was opened back up, but my bestie and I still tried and they told us to come in - again we maybe though we would have to wait hours but we only waited 10 minutes most, They did my friends full body royal massage while doing her pedicure and manicure and she loved it! I just got a pedicure and acrylics, Kathy did my toes and nails and i'm in LOVE, i lost a toe nail from a pool accident and she totally was okay with it and still made my toe look cute and when it got down to my nails, ugh i love it, she took her time and made sure i liked them even when it was way past closing and through the whole way and she was the sweetest I chose bold colors and was kinda scared but they all hyped me up and i'm so glad i gave this place a chances! definitely will be back, pictures don't do these nails justice ): read more

I came here because they have really good reviews and sadly won't be returning. I came in and wanted a fill and pedicure. The lady who ended up doing my nails decided to give me a new set. I kept telling her she was hurting me while taking my nails off and completely ignored me. I also asked her to fix the shape of my nails and gave me a hard time about wanting it fixed. The lady who did my pedicure also didn't cut or file my nails like I asked. I really wanted to like this place but after paying $100 and then having to go home and file my own nails was a little annoying. read more

I really like this place. I think they do a great job and the prices are extremely reasonable. Although I do get just the basic pedicure option. My pedicures usually last over a month, which is pretty good I think. this is definitely my go-to spot to get my pedicures now. read more

I went to get my nails done Friday morning 5/4 the day before my baby shower. The service was great but expensive ($45) for a full set coffin shape. The first issue occurred as the gentlemen was doing my nails and one completely popped off & the second issue occurs when the day of my baby shower my nail broke off which was very upsetting for the occasion read more

My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

All she could say is, "Sophia is on her way and she can poolish for you." I rapidly decline. Sophia came in and says the same thing as before, "we are not responsible." The other lady tried to gaslight me by saying, "oh sometimes the nail is oily and they slip off." That is not my issue, if her technique is bad, then the outcome will be bad. They refused to refund me (even a portion). I have 5 nails in place. I was essentially dismissed. I hope they lose their license because they do not deserve to serve the community. I

As you can see in the photo, my nails were left unnaturally red, chipped, and filed to the bone. The nail tech working on my nails was ripping off the gel x nails off of my fingers and constantly applying and reapplying a product that I'm not familiar with. Normally, I don't question the techniques of workers at nail salons, but at some point, I literally had to pull my hand back because of how much she was hurting me. I'm sure the other services here are great. Just don't request a nail removal from here. I still had to pay full price despite the pain and how chipped my nails were.

Terrible Experience, Worst Service I had a terrible experience at KC NAILS & SPA. I accidentally stumbled upon this salon and decided to give it a try. However, I regret that decision now. The lady who attended to me complained about my nails not being smooth enough and scrubbed them profusely. She kept telling me every minute that she was making them soft, but my nails ended up being weak and thin. In fact, one of my nails broke the very next day. The service was poor, and the staff's attitude was even worse. They were laughing and joking about me in another language, which is unprofessional. It felt like being in Guantanamo prison, where my poor finger was being tortured. It's essential to note that people can feel what you're saying, even if they don't understand your language. I hope this review serves as feedback for the KC NAILS & SPA team to improve their service and be more professional. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to KC Nails & Spa since it opened (over 5 years ago). I love the owners and the staff! They are always friendly and eager to accommodate any special requests I may ask for (within in reason, naturally). The salon is well maintained and very clean at all hours of the day! Desiree and David are my manicurist and pedicurist. I love their work, their suggestions, and their special attention to detail. They are both very gentle which is also appreciated! Holly does the best job on my eyebrow and lip waxing. I'm always offered a cold bottle of water to quench my thirst, which is a very nice added service accommodation. I have had acrylic nails on for over 30 years, and KC Nails & Spa is by far my favorite salon to date! read more

highly recommend KC. the service was great! but the work Tammy did on my nails is beyond stunning work! what I love about KC is that they were very honest. i normally don't come in with a pic off the internet but this it was my birthday and it'd been six years since I'd had a set, I wanted it to be stunning. i showed the first girl what i wanted and I could see her face get worried and I said it's ok maybe someone else or I could just have something simple. she found someone else and that was Tammy! other places would attempt it and get it wrong but Tammy was spot on! I have been coming to KC Nails for 3 years. Previously I would try a new salon every few months and was never impressed with anyone! I immediately fell in love with this nail salon because they are so friendly and kind. The salon is extremely clean and fresh. They offer water and tea once you sit down in the massage chair. I have had a few girls do my nails over the years here, but for the last year and a half I have been loyal to Kata- she's my girl! She has the loveliest personality, so sweet, remembers my name and everything about my life, and the best part is her foot massages! I recently returned to KC nails after being out of state for a while, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere here is just as welcoming and relaxing as it's always been. My lady is incredibly amazing and so do the other clinicians. They went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect color, even letting me try multiple options until I found the one I loved. I had a gel pedicure and a set of gel-x and it's been four weeks but my nails are still looking great. I couldn't be happier with my new nails and this style. They seemed disinterested and didn't engage much in conversation, which made me feel uncomfortable during the appointment. I started going to this salon a couple of months ago. Great service, I always ask for Kathy. She is super detailed, thorough and gentle with my nails. I would want to mention that it is always better to make an appointment ahead as they get super busy, especially by the end of the day and in the end of the week.
