First item that caught my eye was the price, lower a good sign, the whole place was well lit bright and inviting. The people at the front end seemed to make a little more effort in getting the top dirt off. All I wanted was the basic service and there was no attempt to upsell me which was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was at the end. You exit and there are employees there with towels to wipe down the car, well wipe they did but my windows were more smudged after! Not a big deal but still a deduction of a star. All in all my experience was better than expected given the abundance of poor reviews.

There was some stubborn bird poop on the hood when I arrived, but instead of safely power washing it as they claim to do, it's clear a scraper or abrasive tool was used--leaving visible scratches that cut through the paint. This damage happened during the wash itself--not before. To make matters worse, other spots of bird droppings weren't even cleaned, so the job wasn't even done properly. When I brought this to Jesus' attention, I was met not with concern or professionalism, but hostility and aggression. I calmly asked him not to put his hands in my face, yet he continued to do so and even swiped at me as I was getting back into my car. His response to the scratches? Repeatedly offering to "buff it out," which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get--but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with. The manager apologized, said that's what his employees told him and he asked what more I wanted from him. The fact that he basically said I was lying goes against the core principle of customer service. It's dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. If you break or lose something, take ownership of your mistake and don't accuse the customer of lying. I'm never returning to this location again.
