Windy city came out within a day and replaced unit and condensor on roof. This guy is lazy and only wants to put freon in units. And then people think he's a miracle worker causes he has cold air flowing again on a system thats only gonna need it again. 400 freon charge a year times 10 4000. He then did service on our furnace which has always had issues and replaced a small part on that very quickly and did a full cleaning. Very professional and in and out in under 2 hours. My HVAC guy and Trane determine it is the motherboard. NOBODY seems to stock these and ETA is 2 days to arrive. I called everywhere I could find that was local-- because my HVAC guy was not going to do the legwork. I suspect most furnace guys try to sell you a new furnace because the part is NOT cheap and it is a bit labor-intensive to install. So- I got a hold of Phil. Not only did he HAVE the part, he was willing to wait for me to drive the 1+ hours to get to his shop to pick it up. Problem solved, heat again within 4 hours of making contact with Phil. While we didn't use their HVAC services since we live so far away-- I am confident you'd be happy in dealing with them. Not only because he has an arsenal of parts to get you up and running which he sells by his on-line business, but he seems like a great businessman. He knows what goes wrong regularly with furnaces, therefore he orders inventory accordingly. And, he seems very trustworthy and nice guy to do business with. I wish we lived closer to use him for HVAC services.

I made sure they changed it to morning. Also, I made sure to remind them that I do not have access to a hose or pressurized water source and they said that they had it in the notes. The tech showed up today and said no one told him there was no pressurized water source at my home and he would do his best to clean it by hand. It is unfair that I am asked to pay full price for service that won't be done the right way. I called and let them know the tech was unaware and the woman that answered the phone said it was in the notes and they were not sure why the tech was not informed. I asked for a discount and was just told a manager would get back to me. Very disappointed once again. Do better, guys.
