On 8/3/2024 I paid for two estimates to repair my washer and dryer. After a months on end of calling them for follow up they ghosted me and would never call me back. I was referred by a company I bought a part from to get my stove done . When I called a lady was cursing someone out . After I informed them what is wrong with my oven they told me I needed a diagnosis Anyway . The guy came in and charge his phone and about 45 minutes later he ask me what was wrong it i told him and I basically paid for what I already informed what was wrong . Next day no one call with pricing . I called and was told because I ask a lot of questions about why no one contact me I was aggressive . I call for service for my Washer on 7/21. What started out as what I thought would be a good business relationshipe with sibley refrigeration, now operated by the previous owner's sons, turned out to be quite disappointing. Appointments were not kept, and communicated was not good. My issue was my washer was shaking violently during drain/spin and rinse/spin. With a $70 service charged, I ask the service person to check all things to let me know if the washer could be fixed or if I should purcahse a new one. I was told that the washer needed springs. I agreed to the have the springs replaced. The service person was to return on 7/22 before 1p. I did not hear from the service person that day. On 7/25 I was told someone would be out between 1-3. At 4:30 I called and was told another service person would come. The service that came replaced the parts and I paid the balance. Later that day I washed a load and the washer still shook violently. I called again on 7/26 and was told someone would come and check the washer again. On 7/27 the service person came. The service person told be he need to turn the water off to the house to repair the washer. I was told that the previous service person installed the springs incorrectly. The service person broke a piece off the water valves and said he would replace them for an additional service fee of $30. The service person disconnected the dryer to move it out of the way in order to install the springs. Once done, the service person intially refused to reconnect the dryer because he did said he did not have tape or clamps to do so. The service person told me to call his office and would not explain why. I was told by the second service person that it could be the frame that was damaged. I asked why was I not told to me during the initial assessment. Neither service person could fully explain this to me. They were both telling me different things. I said if you are in business together you both should be saying the same thing, and communicating to me the full picture, not blaming each other. In addition, the service person on sight did not fully turn the water valve properly and caused water to drain in the basement. When I mentioned this to the service person he did not offer to clean up the water and check the valve. Instead he told me this happens and he could replace it like he did the valves by the washer. At an additional cost, of course. At this point, I began to smell a rat. Thankfully someone had stopped by. I told my friend what was happening and he asked the service person why he did not try to tighten the handle and/or inlet. He also asked the service person he didn't use the water lever. The servie person said it was too hard to turn. At which time my friend turned it with ease. This lever was installed by the city some years ago and was to be used to turn the water off in the house. I can not belive the service person did not know that. Nevertheless, the service person stood by his word to try and get more money from me by saying he could replace the valve. Interestingly enough, the service person on site was able to find what he needed to put the dryer back in place after I told him I was going t to write a dissatisfied service review. At this time I paid the service person for replacing the valves that may not have needed to be repladed $60, as he went up from the initial $30 and I asked the service person to leave my home. I later spoke to the other service person and was given a full refund. How can these men work together and blame each other for what the other did or did not do. It was unbelieveable. I honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and charge me for so many other things, instead of tell me I needed a new washer. read more

I had a service call completed on 6/19/18. It was said that" the air vent needed cleaning." I paid $80 however the freezer kept forming ice build up - but not to the same extent. I went on vacation for 3 days when I returned the entire freezer was caked with ice. read more
