However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

They didn't have fresh yellow towels so bring your own or buy some blue ones at the vending machine. They also sell the Brown Bear air fresheners. They're so cute. I know my fellow locals on the road when I see the yellow bear on their rear view mirrors :)

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business.
