Haven't checked in for many years so I thought I'd give them another solid 5 stars to end out 2025. In the last few years they got the Lollicup machine and offered teas and smoothies. Average $5-6 and they are delicious. You can add mango pearls & other toppings but I like mine as is. They are not overpowering and lightly sweet. Nice owner & staff. Good hardworking people! Amazing service, total came out to $6.50 for a jalapeño ham and cheese croissant, and a blueberry glazed donut. Both were very fresh and she heated the croissant for me. I like mine more flaky but these were softer and didn't have the bite, but satiated my cravings LOL I've been looking everywhere for a good blueberry donut and this place makes it PERFECTLY. BEST DONUTS IVE HAVE IN A WHILE. I got a blueberry glazed Bear claw & donut holes The blueberry donut was so light and airy it didn't feel like cake, it he mouth feel felt like butter melting. The bear claw following that goodness almost felt like it was impossible to be better but it was. Everything tasted so fresh & natural. From classic donuts to a few fancy options made fresh daily, that's just half of what they offer. Sometimes, I'll grab a quick donut (or two) and coffee; other times, I'll get a breakfast croissant sandwich. Everything is fresh, and the sandwiches are made to order. The owner and staff are friendly, and I notice many long-time locals always come in. The little shop is well organized and clean. Craving a nice breakfast sandwich well this is the spot! I was in the area and stopped by and was surprised by the prices of the food here. Lately other donut shops I've been to have high priced sandwiches but not here! The lady was nice and quick with my food. I did pay with Apple Pay so it was a 50 cent charge so bring cash. The donuts are well made and fresh, but the service could be improved. The man who is usually there seems to be cranky for some reason. At first, I thought he was having a bad morning, but he's like that all the time. I usually get some donuts for my co-workers, so I ask for them to be placed into separate bags, and he always does it begrudgingly. I stopped and purchased some donut holes, as well as four additional donuts this morning, requesting that they be placed in separate bags, but he pretended not to hear me and placed the four large donuts into two bags instead of four. Are bags that big of a deal where he's willing to lose a customer for it?! read more

We come in at least 3-4 times a week to get 2 iced coffees, and they are very good. Everyone there is super friendly and it's nice to be recognized when we go in. Super welcoming place with amazing coffee. We sometimes get the sandwiches if we have time, and they are great! read more

Donuts are always fresh and tasty. The breakfast ham and cheese croissant is one of my favorite! Yum! The only negative is the orientation of how you line up when it's busy. Very inefficient. Other than that, super yummy place to grab a fresh morning treat! read more

This is what i ended up chewing on this morning after i had one of their chocolate filled donuts. A piece of sharp glass that cut through the inner side of my lip while I was chewing, which bled and almost took out one of my teeth filling. Long time donut lover here, Based on the blueberry cake donut I had, I can only say this establishment is average all around. About a dollar per donut, the blueberry cake donut was smaller than average. Slightly moist, and it held together well. The sweetness level was comparable to Dunkin' Donuts, but was too sweet for me. I had an interesting experience where I came here twice around 1-2 pm and they ran out of blueberry donuts. If you guys love a sweet blueberry cake donut, come check this place out. Awesome. I've come here many times to get doughnuts for work. I am always greeted with a smile, and the service is helpful and friendly. The doughnuts are tasty and always fresh, and have a very nice texture. They are also very moderately priced. In the area, this is the best shop around for me to quickly and easily get a dozen doughnuts for the office early in the morning. And I always get an extra glazed blueberry, to make sure I get it. I'm not sure how the proprietors have managed to stay in business if they treat paying customers trying to patronize small businesses the way they treated me. I felt like I walked into a convenience store in blackface; I couldn't have been treated worse! I'm sitting down to enjoy a danish and a large coffee, which ran under $5, a relatively small fortune for me given the circumstances. Somehow, the owners got the impression that a struggling writer putting pen to paper in the literal sense, which they verrry much saw, or any other customer for that fact, wants to hear a family squabble in very loud Vietnamese at a quarter to six in the morning... before the bland, watery coffee has even had time to kick in. Their boba Thai tea, for anyone needing a yummy caffeine fix, is also really good. As a mom with 3 young kids, my family and I love donuts. Ever since we tried Kd's Donut Shop, we can't go anywhere else. The donuts made here have a freshness, moistness, and flavor that make them far superior to the quality of donuts at Dunk'n Donuts (which we frequented prior to finding this gem). I enjoy the devil's food donuts, donut holes and buttermilk donuts here. Good coffee also. It's kinda tucked away in small strip mall behind a Burger King at an intersection in Garden Grove. They don't get it. This donut shop is a neighborhood store. I've been going to this donut shop since I was "knee high to a grass hopper" and the owner seems to not care. Yummy doughnuts. I have been coming here to pick up doughnuts for work events. The prices are fine and the doughnuts are really nice. Crispy outside, soft doughy inside, not greasy or heavy AND the people working are really nice! I crave these and I'm not really a doughnut fan. I checked the other reviews before I came here and decided to ignore them since I see having "no selection by 11am" as a positive. If they are smart enough to have sold most of their doughnuts before lunch, that means I am getting fresh doughnuts each morning and if I miss out on what I want, I need to wake up earlier!
