Our server told us to pay for it when we were leaving, which sounded fine. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, we went to the cashier only to be told that we should have ordered it at the front counter. If that had been explained to us earlier, we could have done so right away and avoided wasting more time. The food was enjoyable, but the poor communication and slow service left us disappointed. Sadly, this is the second time we've had the same experience.

Don't let the location scare you: the food has always been cooked and seasoned well, there's healthy portions, it's been priced at an extremely fair cost, and the people running the shop seem chill. It's 100% the spot I go whenever I want an easy bite to eat.
