Been back many times since my last review and they have new items on the menu! I tried the new Cali Doner, which is their classic doner, but with fries and cheese added. It's so massive they had to give me a fork to eat it, lol. It's plenty of food for two meals, or one very filling meal if you're very hungry. This is my new favorite menu item. If you get it with special sauce, it's like if German Turkish doner kebab and In-N-Out got married and had a baby. The crisp but soft bread and the melty cheese pairs perfect with the tender beef and fresh fries. Absolutely recommend trying this out if you like a bit of fusion. Just tried this place today and the service was great! Two friendly guys at the counter and we ordered two classic Doners. They let us try the beef while we waited and it was delicious! The beef was well seasoned, moist and we definitely liked their suggestion to get a mix of all the sauces with the doners. The doners were also a very generous size and stuffed full! I ordered from Kebab Planet through DoorDash, and it was a huge disappointment. The baklava was spoiled, and both the kebab wrap and plate tasted so old that I got sick after eating. We have tried both the angus beef and the chicken wraps and they're equally amazing. And the food... oh, the food. If you haven't tried a Döner Kebab, you need to do some serious research and get yourself to Kebab Planet ASAP. The Döner Kebab has a rich history, melding Turkish and German culinary traditions into a perfect, delicious harmony. It's not just a kebab; it's an experience, and Kebab Planet nails it. In the U.S., where these sandwiches are hard to come by, I was so passionate about them that I taught myself, over the years, how to make Döner Kebabs, perfecting my own Tzatziki sauce, meat spices, and sandwich assembly. But nothing beats the ability to go to a restaurant and have it made authentically. I can confidently say these are the best I've had outside of Germany. Classic Döner! It's big, yummy and heavy on the sauce, if you are like my youngest you might ask for less sauce. Otherwise it's the same messy experience that I had living in Germany that ruined some of my ties. So yummy glad they are in walking distance to my house. You can probably share one Döner! Good quality halal beef and decent organic chicken. Their buns could be a lot more authentic and better quality though. It's a weird contrast that with such attention to their meat there are still preservatives in their sauces and their bread isn't more natural as well. The fries weren't that great either. The meat (beef) is the star of the show here. Check it out if you're looking for a casual meal or pick-up. It's definitely an above average fast food experience. This place is bomb! My girlfriend and I dropped in from a recommendation from a friend, and so glad we did. They specialize in German style doner kebabs, served a few different ways. You can get a wrap or on this amazing bread which we opted for! So crunchy and fluffy inside it reminded me of a bread I had in Italy. So amazing!! We tried the organic chicken and angus kabob, so good! Fast casual style service, really nice and attentive cashiers. First time trying this place. Had the Doner (I don't know if I can call it a sandwich) and it was Yummy!! Place is still in the opening stage so inside was work in progress. They're having a grand opening special on Sat March 9th. A good time to give them a try. The sandwich had the right balance between meat and other ingredients. I will never come back again. Update. Now it's up to 90 minutes waiting and still barely starting my order. This is run so poorly that if there isn't any serious changes about how it operates then this business won't last long at all. The meat was so tender with such a delicious flavor and such a generous amount. They are also generous with the fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and delicious sauces. They make everything here, the sauces - garlic, cucumber and chili as well as the crusty Turkish bread. They also have the best fries I've had in a long time, crispy and the perfect amount of salt.
