I can't praise this business enough. I am a petrified of the dentist person. One of my wisdom teeth broke over the weekend. I called Keem at 9:10a on Monday & they had me in by 1. Tbf they would've had me in at 10:30 but I needed my emotional support sibling to come with me. From the time I walked in to the time the took me back was less than 5 mins. The staff was amazing. Definitely a place I recommend Just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last weekend for a reasonable price, unlike many other places. Process was quick , extractions were made within 30 minutes/ another 30min to Stitch the wound. Waiting time was less than 2 minutes since I filled out paper work online , prior to my arrival . Did not need to get Exam nor X-ray since already had a Panoramic picture that was not older than 6 months from a previous clinic. ( As shown image below ) However, for those who do not have a 6month recent pano, you can definitely get a exam / X-Ray with Keem Smile Dentistry for free of a cost. Dr. Akeem Ajayi, a very professional General Dentist along with his assistant , Roman , both did a great clean job with keeping neat and making sure I was fine . Made the process quick and simple , they both explained to me about Post Op extractions. Obviously, multiple shots of anesthesia were used to numb my entire mouth ( anesthesia included w/ final price ) Therefore ,I didn't have to go through any pain even though I was fully awake . ( I personally chose NOT to take any Halcion / Valium / Oral Sedation ) Which allowed me to drive to the pharmacy and pick up my prescription after the appointment. Everything was paid out of pocket , no insurance was used . Also I like the fact that team were very comprehensive and they didn't try to do any add-ons nor pressure me to purchase something I did not need . Then again, it is your personal choice if you would like to take Oral Sedation , depending your body can either make you drowsy , fall asleep or even both, through the Oral Surgery ( which Is something I recommend ) So those 60 minutes can feel like a 5min Surgery. Swelling and extremely pain went on for the first 48-72 hrs . I was told this is normal so if you go through that just make sure you continuously take the prescription as instructed for the time you are told to do so. I'm Already into the 5th day now after Oral Surgery & I feel little to no pain , swelling still subsiding and could go on for the next 5 -7 days . The dentist, Dr. Ajayi was nice at first but that changed as my visit progressed. I came here for a deep cleaning and to get my bonding redone on my front teeth (this was originally done to close a small gap I had). He said he could do both for me even though it was already around 4:30 and they closed at 5pm. I was not numbed for my deep cleaning after being told I would be. As I was getting the deep cleaning done, it became very apparent that the dentist was in a rush to get it finished quickly. He was rough as he worked and it was extremely painful. After the deep cleaning it was time for him to replace my bonding. He quickly removed the old bonding and added more and handed me the mirror to see if I liked it. Dr. Ajayi made it look as though I had one front tooth instead of 2 because there was no separation between the teeth. I told him that I didn't really like it and it didn't look natural to me because there was no space between the two teeth. He tried again and I guess he misheard me because my teeth were still connected. So again I tell him that there needs to be a small space between the two. This is when he got frustrated. He grabbed the tool and quickly made a jagged, uneven separation only at the bottom of the teeth and then rudely asked if it was okay. He was being very rough throughout this whole process. There was still not a full space between the teeth so I will not even be able to floss between them. At this point I was on the verge on tears and didn't want him to keep trying to fix it because he was obviously very annoyed. So I said "I guess it's fine" just so I could get out of there. He also hit my lip with the tool while it was on and did not even apologize. I included a picture of the mark this left. I understand these things happen, but there was no apology or anything. Extremely unprofessional and a horrifying experience. This bonding cost $400 and now I'll have to go somewhere else and hope they can fix Dr. Ajayi's work. Again, the rest of the staff was very kind to me but I will not be coming back here. read more

Very poor customer service ! The dentist gave me prescription for antibiotics and Ibuprofen for my teeth . The medication didn't help . My gums and face is swollen . I called the dentist to prescribe for me another medication . They gave me the run arounds and told me the dentist took of to go to pray . ??? How can he go to pray when a patient is suffering ??? Very disappointed in the service . Lack of caring and taking responsibility towards their patient . I would not recommend this dentist to friends or family !!! Ouch! That hurt more than all my other dentist appointments combined, could be used as a torture method, honestly! This was my first time attending. Since I was looking for a place for my father to also go I went first to check it out. Nope. No. Not again. I got an exam and general cleaning. The exam/X-rays weren't that bad, made me tear up a bit but hey, all prior X-rays I've gotten have hurt a tad or two. Now, the general cleaning was painful to the point I thought of stopping the doctor and just leaving. I attempted to signal to the doctor to stop but he said it was due to build up - trying to get rid of build up should not feel like applying mint to an open tooth! Or like smearing lemon and salt onto a fresh wound! Even now, breathing a bit too hard makes my teeth hurt. I understand teeth are delicate after a cleaning but not to this point! The only pros I found? The sign up and check in process. They message you a form (medical history and typical personal information) the day prior and you send it in. The next day, when you get to your appointment, there's no paperwork. Which is now a bit weird since don't I need to sign a consent form?
