DO NOT GO HERE! I started coming in May of 2024 she curled my hair, the day of leaving it was matted and I had to shower immediately. You will not be able to curl your hair or use any heat. I recently got new hair the end of December so a few weeks which are the images below, keep in mind this is how hair is right after the shower and driving to work. Meaning that the hair lasts literally 6-7 months. I tried to reach and settle things where she got upset saying she won't give a refund due to my hair looking like the images below stating she will give new hair at no cost, but would you trust her if this is how it turned out? I had an appointment booked for a 10am consultation... I work a lot and I requested this day off for this appointment specifically a month ago. I got the email confirmation saying my appointment was accepted, a confirmation one which I did confirm, and another reminder yesterday. I showed up 5 mins earlier to a home and waited for a little.. she didn't reply on instagram when I told her I was there, so I called her and she said she wasn't in town and on her way to Palm Springs.. I came in to get itips installed last week- I brought 225g of hair and even though I said I wanted all the hair installed, she installed less than 150g of hair. I told her at the end of the appointment that my hair looked thin and she said it was because I provided my own hair.. not the fact that she didn't install enough. There were no extensions placed at the top of the head of front of the hair to blend. MY EXTENSIONS FELL OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS I reached out to Krissia to let her know and I will attach the conversation. She did not reply to my texts and blocked my number. The hair would not look thin if all 225g was installed. The hair would not have fell out if it was installed properly. I washed my hair 6 days after my appointment and over half the hair came out in the shower. I wanted to give Krissia a chance because mistakes happen! Even after I offered to purchase hair directly from her, I was blocked. I reached out from another phone and no reply. Itip installations are supposed to last 8-12 weeks. My install lasted 6 days. I am filing against Keeping Up Extensions in small claims court and encourage every girl that was scammed out of their money to do so as well! This whole experience was horrible. I spent weeks looking for places to get my hair done before I decided on going to Krissia. I spent 1000$, $820 on 2 packs of straight 22inch micro bead extensions and the rest I gave as a tip. That wasn't including the three Ubers I paid for and the deposit. The day of my appointment I took an Uber directly to the address listed on the email confirmation. Then I get a call from Krissia 15 minutes before my appointment asking if she could cancel. I told her that I was already outside and she tells me that the address she has listed isn't current and sounded really bothered. I tried not to take it to heart because she was really far along and she was having issues. I couldn't reschedule seeing as I had already paid a lot on the deposit, for the Uber, I had asked for the day off work AND I WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE. i would have happily rescheduled if she hadn't waited until the very last minute. I get there and the actual appointment itself was fine. Krissia finished in about 3 hours and the hair looked really nice, I was bothered that I had a big gap between the extensions and my hair itself. Since I usually style my hair and put it up it didn't bother me too much. However once I got home everything started to go downhill. I noticed that the hair had a specific texture, I could tell that the hair was curly and had been straightened. Which was later on confirmed when I washed the hair the next day. I followed all of the hair care instructions Krissia had on her IG and I even did my own research but the hair is really low quality and the beads were placed incorrectly. The first time I washed the extensions the water was black and I had 5 strands come out. I had at least 10 strands falling every time I brushed my hair washed or just ran my fingers through it. I was gentle with the hair, I would brush from the bottom up and used conditioner on the tips to untangle the hair but no matter what i did I had chunks of hair falling out. After I washed it I would blow dry the hair and the texture was very different than when I first had it installed. At first the hair was straight but after it was wet it was really curly. Even after I styled the hair on the lowest setting of heat, the hair burned off and it was still really wavy. The hair was installed really badly they pulled on my scalp and I had big bumps on the nape of my neck. I couldn't put my hair up because it was really painful, even having it in a low ponytail was really painful. I only lasted 3 weeks with the extension before I gave up and took them out with pliers. I'm extremely disappointed that I spent so much money and time for the extensions to look so horrendous and be so painful. It is not worth it at all. read more

This review is about Krissia. I contacted the number listed on the page and spoke to Krissia and inquired about tape in extensions. She gave me some great information, then proceeded to tell me that she would have the tape ins by the time I was interested to come in and get them done. I called on June 20th and prior to that had emailed, facebooked and texted and she never responded to anything. That should have been my cue to leave! When I called on the 20th, she told me she would have everything ready for Saturday the 27th and we agreed on everything and the appointment was made. The day before the installation, she texts (not even formally calls) me and says the extensions have not been delivered and if I can come in another day. Just like that, she waited till the last day to cancel on me and let me know my extensions have not arrived yet, when she had told me on the phone (one week earlier) that she has everything! So I was upset and bummed out, but I understand things happen, so I said ok I can come in next week but then after I checked my schedule I let her know that I wouldn't be able to make it. I also asked if she has any other available times closer to my event, to which she totally ignored me! Not professional and not only that, absolutely wasted my time. I REALLY hate to leave this review because the girls that actually own this place are real hustlers and I really don't want to see them get in trouble but they have an UNLICENSED lash artist working from their place named Jessica, which is illegal. I gave her a try based on little reviews on Instagram she posts here and there but I should have known better! her work was HORRIBLE. My natural lashes were glued together, POOR isolation! the lashes were not properly Fanned at all. I have no clue where she got her lash training from but it was the worsttt lashes I ever gotten. these are not fans these are chunks of lashes applied and a lot of them are crooked going every direction! Few hours later One of my eye lids swelled up and I had to go to the doctors and was told i have an infection! An infection?! This is insanitary!! She's UNeducated and she calls herself an educator?! WHAT A JOKE! it's all FAKE for the gram. if she isn't removed I'm honestly considering calling the state board and health dept on this place because I know Jessica is not a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician which is required by LAW! and the job she did is just embarrassing and Waste of anyones money! I'm so upset with how many of my natural lashes were ripped out due to this lash "artists" work! Never again! I'm sorry to the sisters that have built and hustle here, but shame on you because you know what proper lashing is and you allowed someone into your business/home to lash under your roof that is harming people's lashes.. it's a joke because I KNOW you guys know the work is terrible but allow it to happen to us clients that trust your business regardless if she pays you to work there. This review was long overdue but I want to share my experience. Setting up a consultation was easy, Krissia told me that she can do hair extensions with my really short hair because i just finished chemo, she told me that she would use sandwich extensions and it's not gonna look obvious and did a color match (but didn't really match my hair color). At first, I thought it looked good and told her i liked it because i was indoors but when i went out in the sun to go to my car, i took photos from my phone and the extensions didn't even match my hair color and the extensions are literally showing in the back. I was very upset and all my friends and family told me i got ripped off. I tried to text Krissia to remove the hair extensions and she can have it back but she insisted that she can't take it back because i already used it. I told her that i wish she told me that my hair was too short for hair extensions, or the extensions doesn't match my hair and that I should wait and come back to get a better result but she didn't and chose to take my $600+.. which is really sad. she didn't even offer to refund me but she offered to take the extensions off but didn't reply after that. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I was never interested in this, it has always been just getting my nails done at places or eyebrows, but since I've met her I have become addicted to lashes. Everything about this place is amazing! I have been getting my lashes with her for a while now. From classic to hybrid, to volume. Everyone always compliments them. Typically never leave a bad review but I find this very unprofessional , I've had extension done for almost 7 years , I am a hairstylist and struggle with finding good hair that dsnt shed, tangle ,or that just feels so little ,anyways so I found this girl on Instagram since my friend which is a stylist was out of town and decided to give it a try seemed like she knew what she was doing i got my hair done on Saturday she installed 22" and one of 18" at her home ! when she was half way done I noticed she didn't install them correctly I started to notice how u can see the division between my short hair and the long hair so I tell her and says she can put some of the 18" on the bottom which I thought it was tacky not just that she says I can tie my hair up with a string , I mean if u know how to do extensions you wouldn't even be saying that u should know how to blend that just tells u how knowledgeable she is installing right off the bat , she said I would have to buy more hair so it can blend better I was already paying her close to $500, so I leave and hit her up 2 days later I let her know she left the side extensions uneven on both sides , she seemed like she wanted to help at first but it was just a front ! I'm not happy with the hair she promised this hair dsnt shed cuz she glues it herself which was a LIE ! I basically just want to let you know that if you want a good installation where u can hide the microbeads her beads are way to big and you can see the glue !
