You can tell they take patient care seriously, not just the clinical side but from the relationship side. They're gentle, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. So long story short, my husband and I now go to him for all our dentals needs. Today I met dr jiwon, my husband and I went there personally because we were already in the building so might as well schedule a dentist cleaning, I had a chipped off tooth which I just discovered last week, dr jiwon had a cancellation and I was lucky I was able to get in, or else me and my chipped off tooth will be seeing him sept 18 , so I took it,he did such a good job and I'm happy with his work! She pressures you to unnecessary procedures and is engaged in borderline insurance fraud because her wealth after moving to the US is not piling up as fast as she would like. Example: She scheduled me to have seven fillings for the seven cavities that I had. I've never had cavities. I switch to a new dentist and surprise, zero cavities. It is common for you to just sit in the chair for long periods of time waiting for her to come by and try to sell you care that isn't necessary. When you talk to her, you swear that you are talking to a used car salesman. Staff is still awesome, but everything else is horrible!

I did some research on reviews and Dr. Wellborn comes up over and over with great ones. So, we went in for that second opinion. He gave us a lot of information and reasons for his opinion. The staff were welcoming and genuine. Many of his reviews mention children and how they are not afraid of the dentist after coming to him, whereas many were before. That spells compassion and understanding in my book, in addition to being a great dentist! The entire team has been wonderful, from the front desk staff and dental hygienist to Dr. Go. Dr. Go took the time to show me all of the photos that were taken and carefully explained her findings. She discussed my treatment options and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about the previous filling, which had not been done properly. I really appreciated how thorough the team was. They explained every step of the procedure, reviewed what they found, and even discussed potential causes of the issues. It made me feel informed and confident in the care I was receiving. I just had my filling redone yesterday, but I can already tell a huge difference. My sensitivity to hot and cold has significantly improved. I still have a little tenderness when biting as the procedure was completed yesterday. However, the filling feels smooth and comfortable without the rough edges my previous filling had. She also made sure it fit properly with my night guard, which was something my previous dentist did not do. I also really appreciated the follow up care. Dr. Go personally returned my phone call to check on me. Overall, I am extremely happy with the care I received.

The office itself is very large and spacious, but it's the incredible staff that truly makes the difference. From the moment my two young girls (ages 4 and almost 6) and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm greetings from Britt Ann, the Front Desk Manager. The team instantly made my girls comfortable, which is key for any parent, especially at a dental office. If my girls are comfortable, than I am comfortable! Dr. Go was our dentist. Once we were in the exam room, Dr. Go and a couple assistants came in to help and chat/help with the girls. ALl of them were fantastic at explaining everything clearly to me, but also explaining what they would do to my girls and built a good foundation of trust from the get go. My kids weren't scared or nervous at all. They probably didn't even realize they were at the dentist! The following day, I came back to get my dental cleaning (it's that time of year for all of us to get our teeth checked). And again, the level of care was nothing short of exceptional. Many staff members went out of their way to stop in and say hello, even if I wasn't their specific patient. Dr. Go was my dentist as well. And to no surprise, she was very patient with me, and explained every step of the process to me very clearly, and outlined what areas I should focus on brushing on better at home. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. If I had to say there was one thing the office could work on, I would suggest having better signage out on the main room as it was hard to find the entry off of the street my first time getting there (the office is in the back of an office complex).
