So I went to this cart today for the no bullets event they were giving a 25$ discount I got the breaded fish and I'm not playing with you it tasted like dirt I could tell it was fried in old grease the cake was obviously not personally made it seemed like something you could find at Costco the string beans looked like something out of a can. But at the same time I could tell they were busy with this event so overall I give it a 2 star mainly because the food was just nasty I would not advise going here. Over a year ago my family and I adopted a vegan then pescaterian lifestyle. However, after stalking Kee on IG for MONTHS, I broke down and planned my birthday trip to Portland because I so badly wanted to try Kee's food. I ended up making it a "family thing" and brought the whole gang with me. Although we ended up shopping, sight seeing etc, Kee's was the absolute highlight of our vacation. We arrived 20 mins before opening (she sells out quick!) and had the absolute pleasure of meeting this beautiful, awesome, talented, BOSS ass woman as well as her daughter. This first thing you see is her HUGE smile...she was so sweet and welcoming...just genuine as hell!! She gave me my number and I sat down amped as hell trying not to be an absolute groupie and/or embarrass my kids!! Lol That day she served oxtails over rice, green beans, mac and cheese, dinner rolls, pound cake with fresh strawberries/puree and whip cream, plus drink....for $25!!!!!!!!!!!! We also got a fried chicken plate ( complete with the "gold duss") for only $18!!! Y'all....there were 4 of us. We literally all had 2 full servings a piece off of the 3 we bought from her. The portions are that huge!!!! She gave us 12 damn chicken wings.....12!!!!!!!!!!!! The oxtails were so tender, the green beans were ridiculous, mac and cheese ON POINT, the damn chicken was HELLA good....the meal was just perfect!!! I mean this sincerely from the bottom of my heart, she is special. Her food is freakin EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Kee's is literally so amazing!!!! I wish I could come back here more often but unfortunately I was only in Portland for a weekend trip. Went to a highly recommended restaurant with a client recently and was disheartened at the tough kale dish, and tough duck breast, although did not complain . We visited Kee's on Sunday 6/24 during lunch time. There was a line of 3 - 5 ppl when we arrived. They have one entree on their menu and the price is $25 (it is not a typo). $25 got us 3 bones of ribs, pulled pork, corn, Mac n cheese (macaroni with white cream sauce), potato salad, two dinner rolls, a slice of Costco cheese cake and a drink. They gave us lot of food but the price is $25 per entree. Corn and Mac and cheese had no flavor. Cheese cake and rolls were store bought (it's ok), ribs and pulled pork were just seasoned with bbq sauce. Since I thought ms. Kee is a good cook before I had her food, i was very disappointed after. The left over is still sitting in the fridge and I don't think it will get eaten. But this is just my opinion and you might like her cooking. read more

I found this place by chance. I initially was coming to that location to try out another food cart, but it was closed and Kee's was open. Had the house special which was brisket with a bratwurst, beans and cold slaw with banana pudding for dessert. The food was very good and the servings were so huge that I'm still full. So today my heart is super content! I've been following Kee's ig for a couple months now and have been drooling over her food. Got a "Loaded Plate" at Kees Loaded and boy oh boy was it delicious! I could not finish the entire plate so it made fantastic leftovers! From the moment I ordered my food to the moment I left it was nothing but positive energy! It is a food cart off of MLK Blvd and Kee's is serving some of the best food Portland has to offer and I know she certainly has the biggest portions. They are huge. I felt I could feed a family of five with the one meal I ordered for myself. I took this to go order home and the food quality is amazing and because she gives you so much, I actually have stretched this to 3 meals for myself.
