It is so important to support our small business in our community and Keg and Case brings so many of them together. Located in a historic St. Paul building, you will find a variety of food, drink, dessert, and good small businesses each with a personalized display. Keg and Case does a good job of brining in new vendors and keeping it fresh for customers. I went for the candle making experience at Roselines Place and LOVED the class. It was so fun making candles and hanging out in the market while they dried. The food options were not great for a week night. There were two main vendors open and they were just average for the price. It's worth a stop, even if it's just once!

Keg and Case at first glance seems like a nice booming hang out spot, now more seems like a ghost town. There's about four or five businesses in there and some random pop up stores. More then likely Covid was the reason this place is pretty dead.

This place is a blast! If you like industrial places that have history you will love this place. Imo there is something for all likings. Beer, food, shopping and of course cotton candy. Although I miss the old CC place ;) Perfect for a date night while drinking a beer.

I love this place! In winter, it is a sanctuary from the snow with food and warmth . In summer it is a celebration of creativity and life! With live music indoors or enjoying the outdoor movies and music on the front lawn, this place carries the heart of St Paul! When you come in, warm up with a coffee from five watt or enjoy a beer from Clutch Brewery upstairs! Soak up the industrial feel of the room with some food from Pimento's (winner of Food Court Wars)! My favorite place to visit and continue to go back to it! While COVID has been hard on this amazing venue, I am so pleased to see it endure! It continues to be a regular spot for me!

    Amazing mushrooms is right!

On a cold December weekday we were brought here by a local who knew we enjoyed foodie things. Stepping over ice and snow, we walked into a welcoming environment of food and gift shopping. But the first thing you see is that they are growing an amazing plethora of mushrooms! While I am not a fan of eating such fungi, I can sure as heck appreciate how cool it is to see a variety being grown like this. Truly unique! We enjoyed walking around, perusing hand crafts, home made goodies and all sorts of things. I was especially enamored by PastaMore, where we sampled different vinegar and sauces, and took home a few.

After a full afternoon of attraction hopping, my friend and I decided to stop by Keg and Case to grab some food. Their dad had likened it to a similar market in Iowa and we figured it'd be a nice stop to peruse local makers and food stands. Unfortunately, despite it being early evening on a Friday, the booths were mostly closed. All the makers and shop keepers were gone with only the brewery and grilled cheese places remaining. We stopped briefly to sample some small batch salsa and to ogle the mushroom stand and bath bombs before stepping back out to the car to regroup. Seems like a pretty happenin' place if you want to grab a beer and hang on their patio, but that wasn't our scene. My friend does intend to return to check out the mushroom place and some of the other small wares vendors.

Ice cream, FANTASTIC! Was not a fan of the cone as much...

Great place to go if you want basically everything in one spot (food, dessert, coffee, bar, little shops). While it is great and there are amazing food vendors, I kinda wish there were more options for food! Although I haven't tried the food yet, I got to try the donut shop, coffee shop and ice cream shop! I appreciate how they are all local businesses (I think?) and how high quality they are. I definitely need to go back soon and try all the other vendors!

I am a big fan of markets like this! I was excited to learn that this just opened up. I went on early Monday afternoon and was stoked to find open, free parking right outside the entrance. It was really cold so the less time outside the better and free parking - duh! I believe they also have a private parking lot. It wasn't crowded at all in here but there was a fair amount of activity. A lot of the stalls looked really cool. They're all pretty trendy and definitely don't expect to be getting some amazing deals. Since it's all craft products and food, expect those prices! There was plenty of seating available and a lot of vendors that I'm excited to try out!

Keg and Case Market.. well I sure didn't know what to expect when I pulled up. A friend posted a picture on social media and I wanted to check it out for myself. It's an older building and looks like an old brewery. There were cars parked everywhere so I figured it must be really crowded. When I walked inside, I was amazed at how modern and fresh the place felt. Think of foodie highlights from the Twin Cities and you will find those places here. They have everything from gourmet cotton candy and ice cream, to cheese boards, Revival friend chicken and mac & cheese, pottery, local honey and mushrooms, pizza and coffee. The space isn't huge and it felt crowded but I didn't mind that. I am from Philly and this is nothing compared to Reading Terminal Market where you can hardly move inside! I love that this is a mini version of something like a Reading Terminal or Pike's Place. Also the whole upstairs is a brewery which is pretty awesome. There was a sign for food trucks in the parking lot but my guess is that this is only a warm weather thing?? I could be wrong. My favorite part was the mushrooms growing inside and the bee tunnel! So incredibly creative and amazing. If I wasn't so full from my lunch, I would have gotten some of the incredible food to try. I can't wait to go back here.

About a dozen different places within one housed facility is what makes Keg and Case so appealing. As soon as we walked in we were teased by the smoked brisket smell as Revival smoked meats slow roasts their brisket daily. The line wrapped around but moved quickly. Must try at Revival: Bourbon Sweet Tea$9 (smooth, sweet and Smoky) Brisket sandwich $12(slow smoked.. need I say more) Mac and cheese $8 (Baked, cheesy and bread crumble topping) Also had to check out Sweet Science Ice Cream. So creamy and delicious. They welcome sampling but trust me, get the Cayenne caramel brownie. Flavor explosion! Worker B, has their bees onsite to look at through a glass. Sampling is available here as well. For our Pooch a Pig ear from Barkley's Bistro ($6). Finally, Clutch Brewing(upstairs). You cannot walk around with alcoholic drinks but there is good standing/seating room that's the right environment to chat with friends. We tried the Blueberry milk stout and OMG, just the right amount of blueberry flavor without sweetening the beer. It's a must visit. It was our first time and we're in awe of the place. Every place accepts card so no need to rush to an ATM.

Very nice and clean market. I went before the pandemic so I'm not sure what it's like now. Try the cotton candy! It was a lot of fun to choose flavors and decorations. I recommend Spinning Wylde, the cotton candy place, the halva, and sweet science ice cream. Service is good. Clean area. Convenient to bus stop.

Really cool market place! I love finding places like this especially around holiday season! They have all kinds of vendors- Food: (I didn't see all of them, but the ones that stick out) -Pimento (Jamaican food) - coming soon but they did have a food truck on site. -Spinning Wylde - Gourmet cotton candy. - tried some, it was amazing. They have a ton of flavors. -Revival - focuses on meat. - Sweet Science - ice cream. -Bogarts Doughnut Co. -Mn Slice - pizza, looked good. Looked like they are opening a brewery on the upper level of the building, which is really cool. This trip I honestly went for the cotton candy and didn't really pay attention to names of all the vendor since I wasn't in the shopping mood. But I seen a honey vendor, spices & rubs, and a few others. I will for sure go back and check them out for gifts this holiday season. Parking is rough in this area. There's street parking if you can find a spot or a paid parking lot. I'm not sure if it's free up to a certain time or what but when we went it was free. Otherwise a couple bucks an hour. Seems like a nice and fun place to hangout.

Keg and case is a very interesting and fun place to visit in the winter. There are more arts and crafts type of vendors than food vendors, a fancier version of Midtown exchange if you have ever been there. They definitely should bring in more food places. There's a Pimento Jamaican kitchen opening up soon which is exciting! Revival smoked meats is really the only place where you can get decent food but they sell out fast as most other vendors sell either cheese, mushrooms, honey, halva, ice cream. Parking is too limited. A bigger parking lot is a must.

The decline of shopping malls in general along with world news such as Claire's going bankrupt (as of August 2025 this location has 75% off for closing reasons), the downfall of the economy and inflation have all contributed to the current makeup here. I believe the Maplewood Mall is making space for entrepreneurs to take over varying shops as I did spot a nice handful. Contrary, the mall's buzz is dead and not as lively as I remember. Some things I do appreciate presently are the preservation of the carousel in the main space (it's gorgeous), Cinnabon is going strong and roughly 2-4 large spaces for kids to play. I am all about indoor spaces considering MN is a tough state to live in during the winter. Additionally, I adore the pockets of culture here from Pan Asian Center to smaller shops selling handmade goodies and the neat concept of the cotton candy cloud bar (how fun!). Overall, coming here to get steps in or explore won't leave you with stealing all your money. I'm glad the space is still getting used. Enjoy!!

A lot of the cart booths scattered throughout the mall sell replicas but they can be quite fun for designs and honestly a great place for any one who doesn't know the difference (for parents who are shopping for kids). For the authentic stuff there's the pan Asia center which has a whole section to pick from close to the mall entrance as well as a vendor at one of the repurposed jewelry cases who will let you swap. Another shop for authentics would be at Little Diva Hidden treasure which I've noticed, at least the last time I visited, has cheaper options. Besides this the mall also has a bargain bin store, a make your own teddy bear store (not that different from build a bear), a K-pop store, and several others. In the center atrium there are also usually some bounce houses that I always see kids enjoying. I think the point in coming here is to not expect a typical mall experience. If you do, you'll be met with disappointment. This mall has a place and is one to come to if you're looking for unique items you can't find easily elsewhere.
