My kid loves this place and actually wanted to have his bday here but unfortunately that cant happen. Neat place to come and relax while the kids work off their energy. Have been coming here occasionally for a few years. It's great for no frills, bring your own water and snacks, let the kids jump around for an hour or two, then go grab dinner somewhere after. The price is very reasonable even when we forgot socks and have to buy them. Lots of parking. They even have laser tag, dodge ball, and party areas. This is a great place to bring kids so they can burn off all that energy. There's lots of parking in the front, and we got there right when it opened on a Saturday morning at 10 am and there were already parties being set up and tables filling up. I noticed it kept getting warmer and warmer as the day went on. They have huge fans in there with the AC barely making a dent, but it didn't bother me much since I wasn't running around like the kids. The kids didn't mind cause they were too busy having fun. Prices went UP here though! For 60 minutes, it's $24.02 and 5 and under pay $15.52 from what I regathered from their website (I uploaded a pic of it). But we got the 120 min jump for $36.10 just to make the most of it. Now that's A LOT compared to us just taking my 5 and 8 years old to some place like Kids City or Keiki Kingdom, but the kids wanted to try it out and ended up liking it better since it was more for grown up kids they said lol. A big PLUS to coming here is that you can bring your own food and drinks but NO coolers. So we packed snacks and drinks (which they'll need from running around) and saved a bunch of money there. I even saw people bring lunches in there, so you can definitely make a day out of it. In case you were wondering, NO alcoholic beverages lol...cause there is always some guy that's wondering. We live in the area, so it was nice to take the kids to a place so close by and not too crowded for some fun. So much fun!! We came in on a Monday afternoon, thought it'd be fun for our kids on our son's 5th birthday. We go there just after 1:30pm, so it wasn't really busy. Being our first time, we had to invest in grip socks for the 4 of us, they were $4/ pair, not bad... Plus, we got a game card for the arcade games. It's just under $20/ person to jump for an hour. There's also a special for toddlers, $25 for one toddler and a parent. That's a good deal. The kids had tons of fun, they've been asking to go back already. So we'll probably have to be in again soon! They pretty much had the entire jump are to themselves this time around, which was pretty cool. Next time we may not get so lucky, lol. I drove the hour from Honolulu to the park to find that they close at 3. Not to mention my daughter is special needs so she didn't understand why we couldn't go in the middle of the day. Upon arriving they were still open I had 5 mins and no one could be found and it was extremely hot inside I'm not sure how any kids would have an enjoyable time jumping in those conditions. Since this is the only trampoline park around we didn't have a choice but to turn around and drive back in traffic to Honolulu for another hour. read more

They have crazy rules that I've never seen enforced at other jump parks. They have 15 trampolines and only one person can jump at a time. Don't know if they know COVID is over. No tag, no jumping high-fives, no laughing, just jumping on a square by your lonely self. Save $30 an hour per person and jump in your back yard or find a neighbor's trampoline. It will save time when you arrive. It's located in Waipahu, easy to find, plenty of parking. The facility is pretty big. It's divided into a party area. Arcade/ prize machine area. And of course the trampoline area. There's plenty of tables around for parents to just hang out if you're going on your own. Staff were friendly and really made sure the kids were safe and having a good time. They require grip socks and they're pretty good about overseeing everything. They even have dodgeball games for the kids. It can get pricey if you're going there with a bunch of kids. Great option for a party. Good location. Friendly staff. read more

This seemed like a fun activity to do with my son. It would have probably been more fun if it didn't feel like the 9th circle of hell in there. Invest in a better air conditioner please! Or at the very least, crack a door open and get some fans. It was kind of expensive for 60 minutes of jumping for me and my child was $45 because I had to buy the $4 socks for each of us. The worker at the Dodgeball was really rude. His tone and attitude were all wrong, and he put his hand on a child to stop them from going on the trampoline. There's a better way to do that. My son was invited to a birthday party here. It was our first time visiting and it was a pretty fun spot for the kids! The place is very large and has an industrial vibe. It's split up in to the jumping area, arcade/games area, and the party area. The trampoline area is fun for the kids. There are staff there making sure the kids follow the rules and are safe. My son especially loved the basketball trampoline area. The arcade area was fun for the kids and filled with traditional arcade games.. I enjoyed whipping my 5 year old at air hockey (joke!). The arcade takes cards that you can refill in the front. I really liked that it wasn't as expensive as other arcades around, so the kids got more play for the money... of course it didn't stop them from asking for a million refills! The party area looked like a big industrial empty rooms with random tables separated. Each party decorated their own spot. It worked but I think there could be some improvement here with aesthetic and ambience. But hey... the kids had fun. Can't complain. My only small concern with the place is that the front doors are located right in the middle of the arcade so I felt like I needed to keep extra close attention to my kids. We went around noon and it was pretty busy. When you get there, you'll have to fill out a waiver. Make sure you fill this out prior so that you can just pay for your ticket and get jumping, they have lockers that you can store your items in but at a price. I think it was $5 for an hour and $3 for half an hour OR you can just put your items in the car. It was $18 for an hour. I think there should be an option for 30 minutes because jumping for 30 minutes was enough for me. The jumping squares are fun and you can jump across from trampoline to trampoline. They also had basketball hoops that you can attempt to shoot in. It was pretty difficult, considering you're jumping while trying to make the shot. We also tried their Laser Tag. It was $10 a person. To be honest, it wasn't that great as it didn't have any vests and the area was not dark enough. You had to try and aim for a little dome on the gun and it was a little difficult. I think if they disclaimed that they didn't have vests or that it was a "work in progress" we may not have done it. Some of the guns didn't work and we needed to switch them out. Fun times at itrampoline! It was my nephew's bday and he loves to jump and so this place is perfect for him. He had a blast and so did the adults. Just getting old so jumping for 2 hours was pretty taxing on the body. The facility was very clean. Lots of space to jump and it seems that they are good at rotating the jumpers in and out at regulated times to insure ur enjoyment. Meaning you have a set time limit to jump and that means more space for you and your party to enjoy. There was a dodge ball area, a basketball dunk area and a air bag area. The rest was about 15-20 trampolines to do whatever you wish to do. The seating areas were spacious and non jumpers had about 20 or so arcade games to play. The bathrooms were clean albeit being a little far away. The parking was plentiful in the front. The only thing that got 1 star removed was the snack bar being very limited. Not many choices and overpriced. Also, I understand they there needs to be rules but when a 2 year old is sitting on the trampoline for a minute, you really don't have to yell at them to stand up multiple times. Don't forget to get non-slip socks. If not they have them for a nominal fee. Overall it was a great time and the prices seem to be ok for what you are getting. read more

First time here- Big space with not only standard trampolines but also dodgeball, basketball, arcades and laser tag. The seating area/party area is gigantic. They have a drink & snack vending machine but you can bring your own drinks so that's definitely recommended. Dodgeball area was a hit with my daughter and her friends...they practically did circles in/out of that section all hour! There's a stage on the far end of the party area- not sure if they ever have a band play or if it's for the parties? They have some promos and offers a small military discount. Anything helps so I appreciated that it was in their site offering the code online. Currently as of 3/19/22 masks are required at all time. Fun place for kids. Brought my kids here since we had time to spare. 60 minute jump for those age 5+ costs about $20/each. Grip socks an additional $4/each. Clean facility, staff monitoring the jumping grounds to ensure safety. My kids have fun when they come here. Can get crowded on weekends, as expected. Located in Waipahu, across of McDonald's. I had my kids birthday party last year @ iTrampline and it was great. The children loved the activities. I loved how simple & easy it was to book with different packages for your different needs. There are separated party areas on the side and you can do add ons. One issue I hope they had fixed was the laser tag video. It was super small with only a handful of cameras so they could've had been bigger if the changed the settings. One camera was actually upside down. Overall, the kids had a great time there. This is a great place to have a party or just hang out. Just know that it's tiring. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend itrampoline for all the kids. Hang out, jump around, and play games. What's better than that? My daughter loves the dodgeball area. It's so good to have workers that actually pay attention. It's funny but not all workers do their job nowadays. Weird. Anyway the workers throughout the facility do watch, and for the most part, uphold the rules. Also, make sure you purchase grip socks because regular socks will not be accepted! There's so many things to do to tire your little one out! There's 3 different areas to jump (basketball, flip area, mixed area & dodgeball) there's also a mini arcade for the non jumpers. Though the facility was spectacular, this review is to highlight the wonderful team members at iTrampoline! As a new mom, my child is literally attached to me and needs to eat every 2-3hrs or we're in for a sh!t show. The girls working that night walked up and down the aisles with water and even offered me a bottle while I was nursing. I felt so accepted and comfortable. THIS PLACE MOVED FROM KAPOLEI to WAIPAHU. That is all. I'm not sure when that happened but probably in the last year or so. My daughter had a party in May 2019 and I was driving to Kapolei but the GPS kept telling me to exit Waipahu and I thought it was wrong. The parking area is in an industrial area in Waipahu, near Don Quijote (yay!). So you get the gist, it's a place kids can jump on trampolines, play dodgeball, and they also have other land-based games for those that don't want to jump. The party area is larger than before, the jumping area is smaller, the waiver form can be done online ahead of time, so your entire party can fill it out online and not waste time standing in line. It's still a great party place, and yes it can be dangerous, just like Ice Palace or Coral adventure park etc.... so make sure you fill out that waiver. read more

I highly recommend iTrampoline! This is a great place for kids to burn off some energy. I had made a reservation as a late birthday present for my niece. The staff was friendly and great. When it turned out that my niece's waiver was expired, the staff were kind as I called my sister to get that filled out. I like that they have staff out in the park areas monitoring the activity. If children were running or jumping on someone's square, they addressed it immediately. The music soundtrack was fantastic. After our hour and a half, my niece and I went and played the games. Went there tonight (Friday) with my son, had to pay for an hour an half ( until closing) half an hour later place was a ghost Town, he was the only client there and we were told that he can jump on his own for the next hour. Asked for some kind of ticket. to come back and was denied. This is the absolute worst trampoline park/business I have ever visited. They are very limited in what they have. They have the most ridiculous rules ever. Kids can't run on the trampolines, only 1 person jumping per trampoline, one person on the basketball game trampoline. I took 3 pre-teens, a 7 year old and a toddler to iTrampoline on a Saturday with no reservations. I really should have looked up the reviews because like many others, I walked in, went straight to the line and was directed back to the waiver section to fill out a waiver for all of my littles. After that process, I paid & bought grippy socks for everyone. I wasn't directed on where to go afterward, probably because it's obvious? But I think communication is key. Facility: Looks clean. The trampoline section isn't as large as I'd hoped but enough for my kiddos. There's a basketball section, dodgeball arena, and free jump area with padding to fall onto in the back. Staff are teens, respectful. They carry whistles to remind kids to stay safe. I appreciate safety but not the noise lol! There's a section in the back for a few arcade games and toddler section with an area rug.. which smells a little dingy but otherwise the section seems clean. Washed my baby's hands right after though. There's also an area behind the toddler section with sofas and a screen to watch the live games. Price: $18.50 for 1 hour per person $12.50 for my toddler $2.00 per pair of socks $104.00 total Tips: There's a vending machine to buy bottled drinks. I wish I brought water bottles for all the kids since they worked up a thirst after all the jumping. Bring water for the kids! Bring your own grippy socks to save $2 per kid. Make sure waivers are signed before going in. You can go into the trampoline section with your toddler.
