Check in was easy and quick. Area is huge. Jump area could be bigger. Basketball & dodgeball area was cool! Paid the 2 hour jump for $38. Small arcade games area. Food wise was only bottled water, variety of chips, and some chocolate candy. All employees came in contact with were very professional and friendly! Overall great experience!

Prices so you can purchase online and make reservations too!

This is a great place to bring kids so they can burn off all that energy. There's lots of parking in the front, and we got there right when it opened on a Saturday morning at 10 am and there were already parties being set up and tables filling up. I noticed it kept getting warmer and warmer as the day went on. They have huge fans in there with the AC barely making a dent, but it didn't bother me much since I wasn't running around like the kids. The kids didn't mind cause they were too busy having fun. Prices went UP here though! For 60 minutes, it's $24.02 and 5 and under pay $15.52 from what I regathered from their website (I uploaded a pic of it). But we got the 120 min jump for $36.10 just to make the most of it. Now that's A LOT compared to us just taking my 5 and 8 years old to some place like Kids City or Keiki Kingdom, but the kids wanted to try it out and ended up liking it better since it was more for grown up kids they said lol. A big PLUS to coming here is that you can bring your own food and drinks but NO coolers. So we packed snacks and drinks (which they'll need from running around) and saved a bunch of money there. I even saw people bring lunches in there, so you can definitely make a day out of it. In case you were wondering, NO alcoholic beverages lol...cause there is always some guy that's wondering. We live in the area, so it was nice to take the kids to a place so close by and not too crowded for some fun. I'd say go early cause it was pretty crowded by the time we left at noon and was a lot warmer cause of the time of day.

So much fun!! We came in on a Monday afternoon, thought it'd be fun for our kids on our son's 5th birthday. We go there just after 1:30pm, so it wasn't really busy. Being our first time, we had to invest in grip socks for the 4 of us, they were $4/ pair, not bad... Plus, we got a game card for the arcade games. It's just under $20/ person to jump for an hour. There's also a special for toddlers, $25 for one toddler and a parent. That's a good deal. The kids had tons of fun, they've been asking to go back already. So we'll probably have to be in again soon! They pretty much had the entire jump are to themselves this time around, which was pretty cool. Next time we may not get so lucky, lol. The place is huge, lots of room and space. There's party areas, arcade games, and cute prizes to redeem your arcade game tickets.

My son was invited to a bday party at this facility and i wasn't sure what to expect. Well it turned out to be a pretty fun time for him. You can fill out the waiver form online before you get there. It will save time when you arrive. It's located in Waipahu, easy to find, plenty of parking. The facility is pretty big. It's divided into a party area. Arcade/ prize machine area. And of course the trampoline area. There's plenty of tables around for parents to just hang out if you're going on your own. Staff were friendly and really made sure the kids were safe and having a good time. They require grip socks and they're pretty good about overseeing everything. They even have dodgeball games for the kids. It can get pricey if you're going there with a bunch of kids. Great option for a party. Good location. Friendly staff.

Ski ball... the OG arcade game! So fun.

My son was invited to a birthday party here. It was our first time visiting and it was a pretty fun spot for the kids! The place is very large and has an industrial vibe. It's split up in to the jumping area, arcade/games area, and the party area. The trampoline area is fun for the kids. There are staff there making sure the kids follow the rules and are safe. My son especially loved the basketball trampoline area. The arcade area was fun for the kids and filled with traditional arcade games.. I enjoyed whipping my 5 year old at air hockey (joke!). The arcade takes cards that you can refill in the front. I really liked that it wasn't as expensive as other arcades around, so the kids got more play for the money... of course it didn't stop them from asking for a million refills! The party area looked like a big industrial empty rooms with random tables separated. Each party decorated their own spot. It worked but I think there could be some improvement here with aesthetic and ambience. But hey... the kids had fun. Can't complain. My only small concern with the place is that the front doors are located right in the middle of the arcade so I felt like I needed to keep extra close attention to my kids. I wish more thought was put in to the layout. There's nothing stopping a random person coming in and having access to a bunch of kids running around.

I stand corrected!! A pleasant young lady by the name of Kiani (sp?) called me today to follow up on my recent party. She clarified the following: Water was NOT $4.00/bottle. Try $4.00 for a 10-pack! And the grip socks are less than $4/pair. Maybe I should try check my receipt better next time before making these kine errors!! Thanks for the clarification!!! And... now it's a 5 star!! (Should've been from the start!)

We went around noon and it was pretty busy. When you get there, you'll have to fill out a waiver. Make sure you fill this out prior so that you can just pay for your ticket and get jumping, they have lockers that you can store your items in but at a price. I think it was $5 for an hour and $3 for half an hour OR you can just put your items in the car. It was $18 for an hour. I think there should be an option for 30 minutes because jumping for 30 minutes was enough for me. The jumping squares are fun and you can jump across from trampoline to trampoline. They also had basketball hoops that you can attempt to shoot in. It was pretty difficult, considering you're jumping while trying to make the shot. We also tried their Laser Tag. It was $10 a person. To be honest, it wasn't that great as it didn't have any vests and the area was not dark enough. You had to try and aim for a little dome on the gun and it was a little difficult. I think if they disclaimed that they didn't have vests or that it was a "work in progress" we may not have done it. Some of the guns didn't work and we needed to switch them out. Overall, it was an "okay" experience.

First time here- Big space with not only standard trampolines but also dodgeball, basketball, arcades and laser tag. The seating area/party area is gigantic. They have a drink & snack vending machine but you can bring your own drinks so that's definitely recommended. Dodgeball area was a hit with my daughter and her friends...they practically did circles in/out of that section all hour! There's a stage on the far end of the party area- not sure if they ever have a band play or if it's for the parties? They have some promos and offers a small military discount. Anything helps so I appreciated that it was in their site offering the code online. Currently as of 3/19/22 masks are required at all time. This is definitely a place we'll be returning Thank you for a fun night!

The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the business is very clean. It's remarkably tidy in fact! Kudos to the staff. My kids enjoyed the slides the most. There is a lot for kids and toddlers to do here. There is one slide that I was concerned about where it's seemingly a straight drop but it's not but still my heart skips a beat when I think of a smaller child attempting to slide down it. So be warned. We visit during off hours where we nearly get the place to ourselves! And for anyone wondering, they do offer military discount! The lack of customer service started before we even entered the play area. At check-in, I asked for specific sock sizes for my children and was met with complete indifference. It set the tone for the entire visit. Many of the attractions and play areas advertised were either closed, broken, incomplete, or poorly maintained. The zipline course was closed for the first hour of our visit. The train table had zero trains. The princess play area was nearly empty, with no costumes and very few toys. The play kitchen was missing most of its accessories, with only a couple drawers containing play food, and the SMEG play refrigerator was broken. The overall maintenance was disappointing. Several play areas felt neglected, and some equipment appeared to have been out of service for quite some time rather than temporarily unavailable. There were even broken claw machines and other unused equipment sitting around the facility, giving parts of the space the feeling of a toy graveyard rather than a premium children's play center. The facility simply did not reflect what is advertised online. What frustrated me most was the lack of staff engagement. My child became stuck inside the jungle gym, and when I asked a staff member for help, she looked at me and walked away. Whether it was a language barrier, lack of training, or simply not caring, there was no attempt to assist. There were also strange setup choices that made the experience worse. A speaker for the projector was mounted directly above the play kitchen area, blasting audio into children's ears while they were trying to play there. For nearly $100, I expect a clean, well-maintained facility with functioning attractions, stocked play areas, and staff who are willing to help families. Instead, we found broken equipment, closed attractions, empty play stations, and indifferent customer service. I don't mind paying premium prices for a great experience. I do mind paying premium prices for an experience that feels neglected and significantly different from what is advertised. The biggest disappointment wasn't that one or two things were broken. It was that broken attractions, empty play areas, disengaged staff, and obvious maintenance issues all existed at the same time.
