The promotional price was very reasonable. You're allowed 90 minutes of play time which is plenty. Note: You'll have to pay for a ticket even if you do not plan to enter the bounce house. I almost changed the venue last min due to recent bad reviews regarding cleanliness and it being wet. No, this is not like the cleanest activity you could do. It's outdoors, for children, and open to public- so if you're looking for a sterile event, this will probably not be your scene. That being said, it is not "filthy" it's totally fine! It's exactly what you would expect for a MASSIVE children's bounce house. It is as well maintained as it could be. And the wetness, this is a big one for me- there were a couple areas that were wet from all the recent rain, but definitely not enough to stop me from allowing my little to have the time of her life. Her, and all the kids, could have cared less. It was a very minor inconvenience(for adults- not the kids!) The staff, phenomenal. So helpful and so friendly. 100% would recommend taking your kids here or throwing a bday party.

Fun place for all ages including adults…read more We got the Groupon deal which works on attractions, arcade and food. There's one ticket counter line shared with the food line. You go here to redeem and each of us received a card. they had stickers to label the cards to tell them apart. We did the 18 hole miniature golf, go karts, and batting cages. The go kart has a separate toddler track near the batting cages. I actually got bored on the track because they have you out there for a good 10 minutes and all you do is go in circles. The batting cages were tricky based on the speed of the ball. Make sure you wear your helmets. Afterwards we played in the arcade. We ordered nachos for $3.75. They asked if we wanted jalapeños, we said on the side. Turns out, it was $1 charge for a small container! At least be honest and give heads up. I was wondering why nachos cost almost double. Plenty of seating everywhere. Private parties were happening all over.

Family-friendly fun!…read more It's rare to find a place that can keep the family and, let alone, one's self, entertained for more than a couple hours. But Mulligans does the job. Inside, there is a seating section where you can watch a game while eating or having a drink. The arcade is right next to it as it is all an open-space which is nice. Heading outside, there are a variety of activities to choose from. They've got 2 x 18 holes of putt-putt golf with fun, festive layouts. The electric go-karts drove fast for go-kart level and it was a fun track as well. I can probably count the number of times I've played laser-tag on 2 hands but a couple of times the laser didn't work but at Mulligans it worked both times we've been there. Super fun! They even have a toddler section with a little playground, a couple slow rides and slow go/karts. They just gotta get a couple tv's up on the wall of the outdoor seating area. They probably used to have them up so I'm assuming they'll be putting new ones up.

We are two for two when it comes to enjoying MindTrap escape rooms!…read more My fiancé, my parents, and I tried out the Excalibur escape at MindTrap's Murrieta location earlier this year, and we really enjoyed it! For that reason, we decided to go with them again the next time we were looking for an escape room for a large group. This time, we selected the 40 Thieves escape at their Temecula location for our group of eight. You can secure the room with two tickets, but we bought six tickets in advance because we knew we would at least have that many. We added the last two right before our start time of 2:30pm day-of. Then we read and signed the waivers on our phones. As before, it was super easy and can be done ahead of time or when you get to the location. Just keep your start time in mind when you're heading over, there may be people waiting to escape after you!! Our group had varying levels of escape room experience, with three people who had never been to one before, three people who had been once previously, and two people who had been to several. We were fortunate enough to have Kadence as our game master, and she was super sweet! Great at her job, and great at making us feel welcome (and not dumb at all lol). We did have to ask for a few hints, and I noticed that we did get a little extra time added on at the end so that we'd be able to finish. Super sweet of her to let us finish!! Kadence told us the 40 Thieves escape is currently MindTrap's most difficult, as it has the most puzzles to solve. They suggest 6 players for this one, but can fit up to 10. I'd say 8 was fun for most of the escape, but the room with the final puzzle definitely had "too many cooks in the kitchen" energy. There was a nice mix of puzzle types so it seemed like everyone had their chance to figure something out. We finished up at the end by taking a group photo with props we liked, thanks to Kadence again for being our photographer! Love this fun keepsake from the experience. My family loves MindTrap and we will continue to book escapes with them until we've done all of them! I'm hoping we can try to do two escapes a year from now on.

That's when we got lost with absolute no direction given after, just pointed to the party room and was told to go there. Our party host, didn't really engage much with the parents or kids or give any direction as well so we just let the kids run rampant, hoping there would be some kind of party structure. They do call your party back to the room over the loud speaker which the acoustics of this huge building made it hard to hear. It's way larger than uptown jungle, super cool concepts and activities to do, seemed semi-supervised by employees in some areas, but not all so the vibe I get is basically older kids watching younger kids. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive a frozen pretzel that was nuked and still cold and churro bites. The icee float was terrible, don't recommend, just get a regular icee. Surprisingly their pizza is pretty good! In the end it just struck me as a hunger games: kid edition where a parent can sit down at the cafe for a couple hours and have this place babysit your kid. There were 9 private party rooms and a bunch of outside tables to have parties at as well. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable is the lack of security and safety measures, this place is so loud, crazy and hectic, what would stop anyone from coming in and taking a child? There is no identifying stamps or bracelets or any checkout measure to make sure you are going home with your own children. Parents seem to have a false sense of security in here and I'm sure most are not following their kids and eagle eyeing them the whole time they are here.

This guy seemed an amazing deal price was killer and I thought maybe it just didn't have a lot of fossils and it was a lot of reconstruction. Nowhere on that piece or any of the other pieces if you go through their website, does it say replica the only way you find the word replicas if you go to their website the very first time and go as if you're going to try to book an event and then it says Shop our replicas. I was asking a very simple question when I found out it was a replica. I wasn't rude. I said, cancel my order and they jumped down my throat. It was the rudest thing I've ever experienced and I hope no one ever has to deal with them after reading this.

She did not tell me to go online to book. She did say I had to have a $750 minimum since she'd be coming to San Diego, and I was ok paying the extra. Again, no mention to go online to do this while talking. I can't go back to Tuesday the 22nd on my phone to screenshot my log. But I've posted the 2 calls I made to her Wednesday and the call I made on Thursday. I left messages asking for a call back and that we'd spoken. Let's be clear, they were not booked. I've been looking for a Dino encounter type of company for my sons 4th birthday party. After speaking with several companies who were unavailable, this was the only one who was available. I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!
