This review is only from initial contact. I didn't go through entire process with them: I contacted the company to see if I could do a refinance. I spoke to Joy on the phone (client experience manager) and explained my case. She told me to email my statements to them and we will move forward. After I emailed them she responded that Keith will get back to me after he reviews the info. Few days went by and nothing. I thought maybe they are busy. So I emailed back to see if I will hear from anyone. No email back, no call nothing. Maybe my statements didn't look good? Maybe they didn't like my name? Who knows, but client experience was very poor before service even started. Update and Change: After the initial review was posted Keith gave me a call to explain situation. I updated starts because the follow up was amazing (they didn't have to do that). I feel things do happen and technology can cause issues. In this instance I feel that it was just an honest mistake and seems they care about people they help and are willing to go extra mile to make sure they take care of people.
