I recently had my house painted by Keith Painting. They painted the exterior and also one interior window. They also patched up some of the stucco on the house. They were very nice to work with and helped me pick out colors for my house. The painters showed up on time every day and worked very hard all day. They were very detail oriented and careful with my house. They also tidied up at the end of each day so I didn't have a big mess to look at. We recently hired Keith Painting for an exterior trim painting job for our home. Daniel was referred to me by a friend who had also just had the exterior of her home painted. Daniel returned my phone call within minutes and came out a couple of days later to provide us with an estimate. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a written estimate right on the spot. We accepted the bid and his team started soon after. We had one worker do the entire job including the acrylic seal which we added to our order to protect our stucco from water absorption. Daniel was very fair in his pricing and we never felt pressured. His worker came each day at the same time and was very efficient, clean and careful with our landscaping. The job took 7 days to complete and we are very pleased. The attention to detail and workmanship is top notch and if we ever need interior painting done, I'm calling Daniel. We just had Keith Painting complete an exterior paint job for us that we are extremely satisfied with. The paint job they did for us was just to the exterior trim and all of our wrought iron. Our house was built in the 1920s so there are many small windows, some needing re-glazing or other minor repair, and a lot of black wrought iron light fixtures, railings, and window grates. They were meticulous, reliable, and very thorough. Their two workers would arrive every morning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. and work until they ran out of daylight. Daniel Keith estimated the job would take about a week, and was right on. We lost a half day due to some rain that came in one Friday afternoon, but they were right back on the job early the next Monday morning and finished up a couple days thereafter. We will definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to others. read more

Exterior paint job for single family 1940 home in Burbank, stucco--they patched, painted, did porch and trim, and gutters, and then I added a master bedroom, which they did perfectly, too. Everything from start to finish was perfect--above and beyond! To the extent that when my contractors tore apart the front of my home when installing an exterior door, and refused to fix it, Daniel Keith offered to make the repair, threw it in as part of the paint job, creatively solving the problem of how to marry the door opening to the stucco, adding an exterior casing--it looks perfect, and saved us a major hassle. Extremely smooth process at a great price with perfect results. Daniel Keith was clear, accurate, and communicative. The guys who worked on the job were friendly and even managed to work around my curious cat. What more can we say. We are doing an ADU and when it's ready to be painted, will call him again, for sure. read more
