It was an omelette how difficult is it to mess up. Unacceptable, especially since they made no effort to make this experience better. I've been here before. I can't really complain- the food is pretty good! The service is average! The location looks like they're lacking workers. It was quite messy and not 100% clean. I had the Bacon and Tomato, Cheddar Omelette. The taste was good. It didn't taste like there was a lot of bacon, but it's chopped up bacon but I tend to like my bacon to be more evident. I also had an egg white substitute which was $1.49. Everything is an up charge- onions, peppers, spinach, anything you want extra will be an up charge. My son had the cheesesteak omelette. He loved it!!! Overall this spot does get packed, so plan out your day around a possible wait. read more

In St. Augustine from out of town and decided to hit this location before we left for the airport. The place only had 1-2 active tables so we figured it'd be a quick bite to eat. We ended up waiting 10 mins for waters after we sat down bc the sever spilled coffee, so she decided to clean the all the coffee in the back of the house before checking back in with us at the table and bringing us drinks. Bear in mind there is 2-5 people in the entire restaurant, so she had maybe 1 active table if any at all. We order our food, 1 entree and a fruit cup/yogurt cup and proceed to wait about 45 mins.... No sense of urgency at all and we saw the sever maybe twice with no updates . On top of all that, they couldn't accept cards bc there system was down. Not the employees fault but come on what are we doing here? You have limited to no customers and can't communicate steps of service or fire off one entree order in a timely manner. Poor, poor service for not that amazing of food. read more

I walked in with my wife the other day and was greeted by young ladies, a younger black girl brought us up to are table and was very rude. We asked what there was to do around Saint Augustine. She didn't even seem to know what was around here. She practically ran to are table like she was in a hurry to seat us. She had so much attitude like she didn't even wanna be there in the first place. Hope to not run into her again. Almost considered leaving. I love Keke's and for some reason I thought my mother had gone with me to one before but she hadn't. I distinctly remember going to one in Melbourne and Orlando but I was probably blending brunch spots. Either way, I needed to make a run down to St. Augustine so I asked her to join me and she accepted. We enjoy going to brunch together. This location was pretty nice. On a Jaguars Sunday the place was not as busy as I thought it would be. We were still handed a buzzer but it went off in about 10 minutes. Our server was amazing. She never let my coffee cup get 1/2 way empty When she was busy and and couldn't get to our table, every time she went past our table she said "Ladies, I be right with you I promise. Just let me drop this off first". I kinda felt bad for her as it seemed that all her table's orders came out at once. When she was finally able to catch a break I ordered the Portabella Omelette with a side of Strawberries and Banana. My mother got the Sausage and Cheese Omelette but substituted regular sausage for turkey sausage. She loves it, I think it's just good. No complaints about our omelettes but we both ate about half of our home fries. We both agreed that they were good but greasy. I can't wait for the one in Jacksonville to open! read more

Having been to many locations throughout the central Florida area, this is by far the WORST experience we've had in years. It took almost 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. The server spilled the majority of the half cup he brought which also had strips of tar like sludge at the bottom of the cup. After 7 minutes the server came back and we mentioned the floater in the coffee, he sighed and walked off. After a few more minutes- mind you they were not busy or even close to it- he returns with coffee and takes our order. The order came out, minus the side of potatoes, syrup for the French toast or jelly. By the time we flagged down another server and it all came out, everything was cold. The same server had two other tables stand up looking for their check with a their complaining they hadn't seen their server since they sat down. The normally great coffee was terrible, I guess thankfully I was never asked if I wanted a refill. Just terrible service and even worse food this time. I stopped and grabbed a coffee from McDonalds after we left. Do better please, this was awful! read more

The potatoes were raw and greasy By the time they asked if everything was ok, I was done with the rest of the breakfast, The English muffin was not toasted enough. The coffee was not that good. I had gone to other locations that were great, but this was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. When we walked in, and sat down after the wait of about 10 minutes, we noticed people weren't really talking that much and complaining that their food was cold. Our server took awhile to even take our drink orders to the point we just ordered everything all at once. By the time it came out, my other family members had stated that their food was cold (which wasn't a surprise considering that everyone else had said that) and my food was pretty hot. I got pancakes with fruit and the pancakes were gooey, while the fruits weren't ripe. My mother's chicken was overcooked. Honestly, I picked this place thinking that it would be amazing like the other location, but I was very disappointed after eating. This was overpriced for the food that we got and maybe if it was cheaper, would've got a better review. This was a terrible experience. Would not recommend. read more

I would give this place 3 stars. I would love to start with the customer service then head into the food customer service was not there for the most part when I walked in I looked at the sign with them being low on staff so I understood why they didn't have anyone at the host stand so I waiting there maybe 10 minutes servers going by looking at me nobody stop to ask if I needed help or need to be seated when more people walked in I got behind this couple when they got seated and I got seated right away after the fact I was already there before. Sitting in my seat for 20 or so minutes without being greeted by my server until I think it was a manger maybe even the Gm coming by and asking if I have been served I told him no he got me a drink then my server came over then say sorry or anything just asked if I was ready to order. My food came out fast as it was fulfilling and the pancakes were amazing fluffy and thick brought memories to my mind thinking of my nana and papa pancakes. Bacon was crunchy really good, eggs were tasting like the eggs you get from McDonald's when you order the pancakes breakfast.
